Accommodations and cleanliness were very good. Location wise, it is a 25 min walk to downtown Florence, a little out of the way of the main attractions. Utilizing the bus service in town helps a lot. It's a shame that it's actually a nice hotel but it doesn't do anything to compensate for its inaccessibility.
