Smells like love (I mean coffee). Lol. No really though, for people who really appreciate the artistry and origin of coffee it is a beautiful place to be. Staff is proffesional, efficient, and friendly.

After finding a Starbucks store at practically every corner you turn he in Seattle, this is a very welcome different experience. It's not just about selling coffee, it tells a bigger story, with a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the long process that goes on before your drink gets to you.

Now it's not just the first Starbucks store at Pike Market that's worth a visit.

A very well designed space and awesome ambience created for conversations... If you don't understand much about coffee, then this is a good place to visit. Their coffee experts will show you the roasting process as well give you a quick tour. Worth trying some of the special coffees available only at this roastery!

This a coffee wonderland for me! Lots of merchandise to browse that's not available anywhere else. Built on 2 levels with a library and on-site roasting plant - This is now my go-to location...be aware that those fancy drinks can be very expensive.

It was like going to Legoland as a kid. I was absolutely nerding out at the coffee magic. Highly recommended to any coffee lover especially the experience bar! The whiskey barrel aged cold brew was my favorite. It had the smell of whiskey, but it just tasted like some of the smoothest cold brew I've ever had.

This place is fab if you love coffee. Lots to try and learn about and the setting is great. Hot brew, cold brew, interesting brews or you can just get a standard coffee. Worth a visit.

I m a critic and non-critic of the Starbucks coffee. But this one here takes it to the whole next level with a completely off-beat menu and bakery n food options. It was packed and rightfully so. We got a classic affogato, which basically expresso over a local ice cream scoop. It was just yumm, loved it loved it. I would also recommend their whole bakery spread if you have a sweet tooth

Very much a destination vs just another store. Flatbread looked awesome. Coffee selections and sampling opportunities are great. Whiskey blends too. Soooo much caffeine under one roof! It's Disney for coffee lovers

Fun and interesting place to visit. You can see the process of how the coffee beans are roasted and packaged. Then try the different methods of making coffee or the various beans.
Come here at least once. It's an awesome experience!

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery is an artisanal model of efficiency. Everything in the building has been thoughtfully designed and the employees are all professionals in their trade. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the area. I know I will be again!

I ve been wanting to go here for a couple years and it was definitely worth the wait. I was quite impressed with the caliber of service, which I would expect from a Starbucks Roastery. Nonetheless, the baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have multiple stations where you can pick out small-lot reserve coffees by the weight, coffee tasting with different methods, a bakery, full bar and of course a standard Starbucks bar. They also have an assortment of quality products such as apparel, mugs, brewing and various other Starbucks trinkets. I tried a cappuccino with the Gravita s roast and it was very smooth, rich and little more complex than their standard espresso. As you sit and enjoy your coffee you can watch the roasters at work at various different stages of the roasting process. Definitely a must visit if you love your Starbucks and want to try some more refined options.

Cool spot to check out...for both locals and tourists. Cool drink options and food items to choose from. You can order items from the Main Bar to try out the menu; try out the Experience Bar for a more guided walkthrough of the drinks the Reserve has to offer. A separate bar serves alcoholic drinks and another section serves hot food including pizza, sandwiches, and rolls.

The place has a store section where you can purchase mugs, souvenirs, and obviously coffee beans.

The roasters are real friendly...talk to them to learn about the roasting process and the beans they sell.

The music volume is a bit loud...could be softer to accommodate people stopping by for a sit-down gathering or chat...

Seating can be limited, as the place is very busy most of the time.

If Willy Wonka made a Starbucks, this would be it. Two stories, two different bars, and exclusive coffees. It's very spacious and it's nice to see a factory like style in the back, where they process the coffee beans. I got the Hazelnut Bianco Latte and it was great. Very sweet tasting. The service was great and overall I was highly satisfied.

Unbelievable. When my friend told me to check this place out I raised my eyebrow and said, um... ok. The outside is not impressive but I thought it was beautiful with all the wood and metal finishes. Then I walked j. And saw the huge array of fresh pastries, 2 bars, huge roasting machines, the list goes on and on. I ended up spending 45 minutes in there just looking around and taking photos. I bought the most expensive bag of coffee ever as it was beans roasted in an old barrel used to age whiskey. I don t drink but bought it as a gift for my boss.

An absolute must-go for coffee addicts! This trip will complete your Starbucks experience! Soak up the Sunday morning atmosphere (it gets VERY packed) and take your time to walk around the merchandise and coffee roasting machines sections.
Do not be stressed into making a quick decision, so grab a menu and stand by the side while you make up your mind (very difficult task) over what to get on your special trip there.
Be advised, they are priced very differently from your local Starbucks outlet.

I loved my visit here. Its where they roast the beans & such. Lots of nice merchandise. The staff is very nice & knowledgeable. The prices are higher than your regular Starbucks but still worth the visit. They change on the seasons & this was my summer haul!

That was the worse experience I ever had. I qwas treated like a non paying nomad. I came in bought $13 worth of drinks and had a seat. Not sure why I seem to be a problem. Won't be back!!!!!

Princi s staff is so unprofessional I was waiting in line and both servers skipped me 2 times until I finally spoke up. On top of that they didn t put any seasoning in my food when I asked them to add vinegar and oil. Total waist of time and money.

It s one of it s kind. They have a variety of coffees and very nice breakfast and cakes. A lot of seating space and nice service. I liked their egg with tomato sauce. They have a bakery inside. They serve alcohol as well.

There is no other Starbucks on the planet like this one right now. (8/2017)
None.
Check out the coffee tasting flights.

Coming here, everyone must try:

1. Their pastries!
2. The whiskey barrel cold brew! (It s a non alcoholic coffee but it tasted reallyyy great!!)

Ended up buying the beans

Or if you like a latte, you can also try their pistachio latte. Personally, it tasted great but it s too sweet.

This reserved store has various merchandises but it s more expensive compared to other starbucks stores.

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery is a very nice place to enjoy a coffee, espresso, or anything with caffeine. Along with the drinks, the food choices go above and beyond with several charcuterie offers, and breads and pastries alike. You can also buy coffee beans, and brewers as well as clothing. This location sells the elusive Pantheon blend and the hardly known Cold-Brew Malts. They are basically milkshakes with cold brew coffee mixed in, amazing.

The coffee has a great taste and it offers a variety of drinks that you can enjoy with the most delicious pastries in a place that is quiet and relaxing with the smell of coffee everywhere. The service is also amazing, the baristas are kind and have a great attitude!
