Really cool to see, and the pizza was surprisingly good. The tiramisu was just average though. Definitely a cool concept. It's quite busy with a lot of tourist, so not a great place if you want to chill and lounge and get some work done.
Beautiful place with excellent coffee, always a great experience.
Noah is the best! My fiance and I aren't avid coffee drinkers and can only have decaf, so he walked us through the menu and let us know exactly what was available to us. So helpful, and delicious! Fun place to watch the packaging of their products.
A must place to visit if you have not been. Eye opener.
Over hyped tourist trap. You get no help from the staff and it's a disjointed mess. Too crowded with people who just want to say they have been. Walk across the street to the Six Arms their coffees better and they have great food.
It s quite an experience. The place is massive and there s something for everyone, whether you re a coffee geek, a curious tourist, or just looking for a place to hang. Tried their Origin Flights and it didn t disappoint. They allow you to choose 3 beans for your enjoyment. They explained the origin, notes, and brewing method used. It was fun comparing the tastes and I ended up buying Hawaii Kau for my own brewing at home. You can say it s a marketing ploy but you also get your money s worth.
Must-see attractions, there are special introductions, you can always ask questions.
It is a place that you can have a unique Starbucks experience. Everything is delicious and fresh. It is usually a little bit crowded.
I passed by without knowing. I think it's by far the largest store in Starbucks Reserve's high-end Starbucks Reserve, which has recently begun to pop up around the world. Get excited.
Awesome place! Great warm atmosphere and it smells delish!!!!
This drawing at Starbucks Coffee @ Chatrium Riverside Residence , in Bangkok Thailand
Came in on a Saturday. The place was extremely packed. But it's still pretty cool to see their roasting machine and the process taken to roast coffee beans.
They also have some unique roast blends that you won't find in any other Starbucks store.
Good place for a coffee date. Expect lots of crowd and a decent brews. You could also get a map of the place at the entrance if you're going there for the first time. Do note that different sections do billing separately. So you may have to order your Tiramisu from a different counter and your coffee from a different one.
This is a one of a kind experience. See your coffee and drinks made to order right in front of you. The food is delicious and prepared fresh daily. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and passionate about roasting and brewing coffee so you have the best experience.
If you are visiting Seattle, Starbucks Reserve should definitely be on your list of sites to see!
Great experience. One of the best Starbucks location ever. They have coffee of course but also many other goods. What I like the most is the fresh baked bread. But they have pizza an many deliceful cookies
Nice place to spend some time for sure.A lot of delicious food and great coffee. The environment is good.
Just another Starbucks with better coffee n service
Lovely place!! I go here sometimes for some late evening studying. Even when it's packed because despite having grown up here I forget when it's Peak Tourist Season, all the employees are so nice!
One time I went in there thinking it was like a regular Starbucks and ordered something they absolutely didn't have. The barista was so nice and showed me the actual menu and gave me a recommendation. I hate when people do that, like so much, so he's a way better person than I am and I'm grateful for it.
Keep in mind because it's the Roastery their prices are a little higher than what you might expect and the menu is smaller, but that's because they really perfect what they have, and it's all very tasty. There's even an expanded bakery in there with pastries and little artisan pizzas.
The building itself is so nice and airy, really cozy in the winter too, which is why I love to go there to study. :)
Fancy place! I'm not even the biggest Starbucks fan, but this place blew me away.
They had good coffee. They did although have lots of choices making it a little confusing, but I guess that's what you come for. Also they only have one bathroom. It is a multiple stall bathroom but it's not gender specified. I couldn't find a family bathroom either. It did make me feel a little uncomfortable, I would like some privacy. But I guess they just cater to a different crowd.
Cool place to visit in Seattle. Nice place to grab gifts for friends and family.
This place is phenomenal! Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere!
Nice ambience, great selection of coffees. Bakery items were fresh from the oven
This place is amazing! The staff, food and COFFEE are exceptional! This is a must see while you're in Seattle.
Beautiful spot, lots of different coffees to try in a variety of ways.
The coffee was great.....the bathrooms are amazing.
Very tourist place but its fun. If you like starbucks great place to visit.
Turns out the hype was REAL. Had a flight of three espressos and they were FANTASTIC. Outside is boarded up as a precaution, but the place is definitely open for business!
Some tasty food but the cold brew options are where it s at. The barrel aged cold brew is the best coffee I ve ever had and I always come back for it when I have a chance.
Very nice. I am not a fan of SB, but they have done a great job here, bravo.
Top place! Great experience, whether to have a coffee or simply enjoy this experience. We should have places like that in Brazil :)
Always a great experience which delicious drinks and snacks
No really, what's not to like? Engaging atmosphere; friendly, professional staff; interesting reserve coffees; and a unique site. Stop in on your next visit.
Regardless of your opinion on the quality or taste of Starbucks coffee, your jaw will drop when you walk in the door of their Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room. It is the coffee equivalent of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. I went with a group of friends who do not consider themselves very into coffee, but their looks of amazement when walking through this facility and sampling coffee flights showed their minds had been opened.
Perhaps not the best coffee offering on show in Seattle, but one of the best coffee experiences for sure. Prices are fair, service is excellent, staff are knowledgeable and happy to guide. Must stop for any foodie or coffee lover.
Friendly staff. The menu is also diverse, so it's a great place to enjoy! It is recommended to go at least once.
Pretty cool place if you re a fan of Starbucks or have never been. The roastery has specialty drinks and merchandise that can t be found at a normal Starbucks. They also serve cocktails at a bar and have an on-site bakery; oh, and of course you can watch them roast coffee beans. Overall it s usually super crowded and hard to sit and enjoy some coffee.
A great place to stop with your middle/upper class, college educated friends.
This place was fabulous! What an experience. Not the cheapest place, mind.
In you go and discover the factory full of sweets and drinks
I don't like Starbucks. But this place is worth a visit.
Really cool place with great food and coffee. Fresh bread, ice cream, Italian-style pizza, and alcohol available. The coffee is being roasted right in front of you, and being sent directly to the machines, so probably the freshest cup anyone could ever get. Lots of people, loud, and hard to find seating, so recommend to go on a weekday, perhaps like a Monday afternoon. Overall, pretty sweet.
You drink fancy coffee here. Great Starbucks experience, you see the coffee beans roast. Hard to find a seat.
This Starbucks Reserve location feels exclusive and elegant. The coffee bar is on point and offers a wide variety of coffee from all over the world. Needless to say that I was up for hours after drinking this. #seattle
This is the first time I've seen such a great place. It's worth visiting again and again. Good variety of coffee. We could actually see how the coffee is roasted, blended and grinded. A really good treat for STARBUCKS lovers.
I couldn't love this place more! It was an absolutely amazing experience and the staff are incredibly friendly. I wish I would have had more time to spend there but we did the cold brew bar and cocktails and the coffee and chocolate pairing. Both of which I would highly recommend!
Very fun place to bring guests. Actual good coffee and lots of equipment.
Great place for coffee. Must go for tourists who love coffee. They do not serve your regular day Starbucks beans.
It's mostly a big gift shop. But it is really cool for coffee lovers.
Great place to try different varieties of coffee and tea
They say it is all about the experience and this was indeed an unique experience. Hustling-bustling place filled with tourists like me and the coffee being roasted, people welcomed whole heartedly, and the elegance of the store, makes it a worth visit. We ordered chocolate Bianca and dark chocolate cold brew. Not a coffee person so won t judge but the variations are plenty and you could get lost in selecting your favorite. Leaving everything apart, hands down one of the best pastry I ve ever had in my life was Cremosa al Pistachio by Princi. It literally melts in your mouth and the creamy texture, the gooeyness, and those beautiful flavors, mesmerizes you. Extra star for that!
P.S we went again on second day just to get that pastry
Short walk from the Camlin and well worth the visit!
Amazing! Definitely would recommend this place for everyone. Don't know how I can go back to a regular Starbucks again.
Based on the idea of brewery, this roastary is interesting place to have your coffee and see it in making too.
Wide variety of options and they also serve Indian tea
It was a really cool space. Very well designed and overall a nice atmosphere. However it was *crowded* on a Saturday and that took away from some of the enjoyment. I would really like to go back on a weekday. There is a bar that serves coffee inspired cocktails, a regular coffee bar - the citrus fizz was awesome, and a little deli to grab a quick lunch.

Worth a look. They did a great job - whatever your opinion of Starbucks might be..
So warm and yummy!!! This place exudes ambiance.
A special mention about Noah, who is a very kind man, he was also very helpful in educating me on the proper way to cold brew my puchase of whiskey-barrel finished coffee beans. Thank you for having him on staff!!
Returned to the Roastery this morning just to enjoy a bit more cold brew before leaving Seattle.
A very unique location. Cool atmosphere with some great drink and food options.
Too much coffee to drink. Bring friends and order the samplers. Relaxed atmosphere too.
Best place ever to have any kind of coffee, food, and pastry at Seattle !!!
Awesome place! A must visit. Go for the whisky cold brew and the malt shake. You can also order the coffee beans as a souvenir. It s apparently only available in Seattle
Coffee is really good and the tasting samples are really cool. It is a great experience but really pricey. Nearly $7 for the cheapest.
I can't believe that nothing I've read about traveling to Seattle tells you about this place. This is a must go to if you are a Starbucks person. I get that the first Starbucks is a thing, but this place feels like the mature version of the company getting to make a flagship store.
Come here often and it used to be more organized and an experience. Becomes a factory unnecessarily and loses its charm in the summer. Still has nice coffee and special drinks.
I am not a coffee person but you gotta go because they sell a roast there that is specific to that store and thought it would be a cool gift for friends. They tell you that it is best if enjoyed in a month, but my friend stored it in an air-tight container in the freezer and he says that while the flavor has changed slightly - it is still the best coffee he has had!
Such an amazing experience to see their roasterie in operation, and the cold brew on nitro!
