When every boarded place looks so dreary this place is a wonderland. Open those beautiful doors and you are shocked by the vibrant atmosphere. Its a nice surprise and the Canolli isn't bad either.

As a tourist in my own city,
Starbucks Roastery was still a great experience. Anyone visiting Seattle has to stop by this place just for the expiernce. There s two different parts in the Roastery: the standard Starbucks bar w their usual desserts except done better and another wide which has pizzalike flatbreads. Everything here is super good and you can also order more specialized coffee. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get the citrus coffee drink it is delightful and extremely refreshing. Highly recommend

Ordered a london fog with half n half, 8$ for 6 oz cup of dirt water! The guy taking my order didnt even know what it was then proceeded to ask half milk and half water? I told him half n half as in breve. All said and done he made the drink wich took 12 min. I said 2 go and they bring it out in a mug wich took another 5 min to poor the most atrocious beverage i have had from any coffe house let alone starbucks. Place is not for me!

Fun watching the roasting process and trying some new beans before they make it to stores. They have a lot custom mugs, coffee holders, and machines to buy. I was surprised that they didn t have any of the state or city mugs at this location. The food that was offered was a visual menu with the option to order some items off the menu. They provided high chairs for the little one. He loved watching the roasting process about as much as I did. I suggest sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee on site but if you think you might take it to go just order it to go from the start, easier to get up and go.

Love Starbucks but this place confused this tourist. Where to order? Trial and error. Sandwich I had was soooo salty I had to drink a gallon of water. Flight of coffee was good but took a long time to get. Seating is hard to find even though the place is huge.

This is basically the Willy Wonka factory of coffee roasting. To get the good pour coffee, you actually want to bypass the main ordering counter at the front (which does have some particularly tasty espresso concoctions exclusive to here), go downstairs, and sit at the slow bar. The baristas down there will have your undivided attention and you can pick from a variety of pour over options.

I always come here when I'm in town. I like to sit in the room downstairs that has a view on the packing machine and just spend a few hours drinking something with the aroma of coffee all around me.

Fabulous. A must visit while you're in Seattle.

Fabulous. A must visit while you're in Seattle.
The buildings fit and finish has been finished to a staggering level of quality. Not a detail opportunity has been missed.
The coffee options are many and varied. With alcohol. Nitrogen infused. Drip coffee. Teas.
The food options are really good. Sweet or savory. The green olive bread sticks deserve a special mention. They're amazing.
Gifts. Coffee accessories. Beans. Cops. Pots.
The experience at this particular location is fabulous. The staff are knowledgeable and engaged.
A not to be missed experience while you're in Seattle.

Says it's open on Google and on the website. Many people were standing outside waiting but the door was closed and locked. So we called, and called, and called but no one picked up so we left disappointed. So sad. Local restaurant recommended to check it out. Since we are just visiting we probably won't come back for a long time.

If you love specialty coffee, they made this place into a Disneyland just for you. Visually stunning, with lots of space to sit with groups. Serving flights that are slightly above market, but really fun. Touristy AF.

The Roastery is an amazing place to spend an hour or two, and is a must-see if you're in Seattle.

The atmosphere is very lively but cozy with lots of comfortable seating in a beautifully designed space. You can see the machinery they use for roasting out in the open.

I'd suggest going for a slice of the most amazing pizza in the world and then ordering a coffee tasting flight to try Thier amazing blends while you relax.

In the Roastery they also have a mixology bar to try some alcoholic coffee creations. They also have a shop where you can buy some very stylish coffee cups, travel mugs, coffee brewers, and clothing/accessories. Most stuff is reasonably priced for what it is.

Definitely a too spot in Seattle and while touristy, it certainly lives up to the hype.

This is a very fancy Starbucks. The atmosphere is nicer, the staff is very helpful but the drinks are much more expensive than at your average Starbucks. The novelty of getting fancy coffee at a Starbucks may be worth it (plus you can use Starbucks gift cards here) but there are definitely places where you can get better coffee for less. You pay for the experience and brand name here.

The environment here is amazing, kind of like you're in Willy Wonka's factory. Copper pipes line the ceiling and walls with big coffee machines all over the place, even an active bagging machine that you can watch.

I was however pretty bummed to learn that this still tastes like Starbucks coffee - the beans are nicer, but they're still burnt to a point that you can't taste the notes that make the beans nicer. On top of that, the prices are nearly double that of a normal Starbucks so I ended up paying about $5 for a cup of drip coffee that I could've easily made at home with less expensive beans.

Fun for a visit to see the interior design but the coffee is nothing to write home about.

The reserve has a great atmosphere and very good coffee selection... it s too bad the baked goods are absolutely disgusting .. honestly felt like I was eating vending machine food except paid 5 USD ... Starbucks you ll need to improve your food or food prices if you wanna see your comparable sales growth return to investor happy levels .. you re bound to hit negative by next quarter

Amazing Experience. That is what you recieve once you walk through those massive doors. You have a wide range of merchandise and a look at the creation people have been living on. They have multiple tastings which you won't be disapointed about.

This place is neat, but beware of ridiculously expensive prices. I ordered a small (8oz) decaf soy latte, and it rang up for over $7. I had to ask if the price was correct (I figured they had double charged), but was given the response that they are 'a bit more expensive than local shops in the area'. Most places charge $3-$4 for the same thing, including specialty local shops. Go in to check out the roasting machines etc, but don't waste your money on their drinks.

Very cool place! The drinks are fancy and the ambiance is artsy. It's entertaining and to learn more about the coffee and the gift shop is full of fun and cool merchandise. I would recommend this place for a unique coffee experience. Like an expresso float.

There's so much! It's a sensory overload. But everyone is so nice and all the partners are super helpful and excited to help out fellow partners from out of state. It's like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory!!
