Great place if you are coffee enthusiast like I am, because you can see the whole coffee processing methods and different techniques to make this godly beverage. Not your normal starbucks as it has a different variety of coffee and food menu. But be patient because it might take some time for you to order and you might have to go through two lines (one for food and the other one for coffee) if you are new to the process. If you already know what you want it might be faster.

Really pretty. Really, really pretty. And when you park your car in the bus stop across the street and it gets towed, you can sit and sip on very decent coffee while you wait on an Uber ride to the tow lot.

I've got a free coffee from my Starbucks card. That was my birthday and my husband thought he would bring me to the Roastery to enjoy a coffee rather than at an ordinary Starbucks. We put in the order for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. So I was going to redeem the gift. The associate told me "this is not an ordinary Starbucks and we don't do the redeem." So I asked where does it say here? She continued, "this is not the same setting". "But you are taking the Starbucks cards here", I asked. So she said they will take the Starbucks card but not doing hte reward redeem. So if I work in the neighborhood and I only come to this store that is close by, all the Stars I saved in the Gold Starbucks card cannot be redeemed? That doesn't make sense to me. And when she gave me the receipt for the afternoon coffee, she gave me the wrong one. She didn't even apologize. She act like:"if you doesn't want to spend $20 for your breakfast, you are not returning customer anyway".

DISLIKED IT!

This place is so cool!! One of my friends took me here. Such a unique place. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I can certainly appreciate the "reserve" aspect of this place and why they are rare. It was beautiful. It really highlights the "art" of coffee, drink and food. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

{mostly} friendly crew, love to teach and I love to learn. The place is absolutely beautiful and every time I go I find something new. It is very crowded on weekends which is to be expected. It's much more casual and enjoyable early am week days

It's a great sight to see, though it was extremely packed. There are three different bar areas but there weren't any easily accessible menus around. Being so packed you could barely walk around or figure out what to do. I was hoping to try their cold brew samples that I heard about but gave up after a while and just took in the coffee bean bagging process before leaving. You have to go out of your way to get there before a crowd, which is near impossible.

It's a great branch and the bakery is wonderful... The only thing Is that I wasn't aware of the high prices they charge there... Tall Americano costs almost double than what they charge at a regular Starbucks...

Let's be honest, you go for the spectacle. As one of the larger Starbucks Reserve locations, with polished brass everywhere, including massive fake tanks, actual working pipes, and a sunken lower level for more impact, it's an impressive place.

Coffee... well that's harder to comment on. But as said, that's not why you come.

We dropped into the Starbucks Reserve not really sure about what to expect. To give you an idea, when you first walk in, to the right you have an area where you can view and purchase different coffee beans that they have out. They also have an area where you can purchase food and beverages that you wouldn't normally find in a Starbucks shop with a seating area to kick up and enjoy. They've also got a much wider variety of merchandise that you can purchase unlike in stores. To the left and straight ahead there is an area where you can order your normal Starbucks order. They also have some other food options and seating. Past this area you find a few steps that take you down to the area where you can partake in the experiences offered. We tried a flight of the cold brews but they have other options like flights of different (warm) coffees which you can pair with chocolate or you can try one coffee made multiple different ways. Their website offers information on all the different experiences available.

Let's you see the process of how the Starbucks beans are roasted, from green till brown. You can also sit here and have a nice coffee from their expanded list, or even coffee cocktails or snacks.

Great food, especially the Roman style pizza, and great staff. The place is sort of chaotic, loud, and hard to figure out (at first). Takes some planning if you want food, but also want to open a bar tab.

Planning on going back though and hopefully I'll like it better know that I know how it all works.

I thought the prices were outrageous. And the customer service was lacking. If you want an excellent cup of coffee though the Reserve does have amazing coffee. I'd rather go too the Reserve at the Co. Headquarters. The customer service is much better there. If I'm going to pay $6.00 for a tall cup I'd like some quality service with it. The Jamaica Blue Mountain was worth the $6.00. Again amazing quality coffee!

Great experience, with select coffees, insight into different methods of brewing and roasting, a phenomenal bakery, and mixologists putting that tasty java into even tastier cocktails. Not.a good place for a quick coffee, but an excellent place to spend an hour and explore the heights of roasting and brewing techniques with insights from helpful and friendly baristas, mixologists, and roasters.

Kinda unsure why no one is wearing like a hat or hairnet. Coffee taste exactly the same as you would get at any other Starbucks just about double the price.
Oh and everything is brass colored. Like everything.

A bit overpriced but the coffee is amazing and you could spend a few hours seeing all of the different sections. There's a mixology area, flat bread pizza, coffee bar, coffee expirements bad. Definitely bring your friends and family who are visiting here.

Best coffee you will ever have in your life. The Princi partnership is a great move with wonderful food for breakfast lunch dinner and snack time. Baristas and everyone give great service.

The pastries are amazing. Ordered a croissant with hazelnut spread and it was above and beyond my expectations. The coffee is also very good, and if you aren't into coffee they serve loose leaf tea which is great too!

Unlike 4 years ago when I visited here, it is now a reserve store that has become a lot in Korea. Still, its size is still incomparable because it is a headquartered retail store. If you visited the coffee city,

Tried the new Nitro Cold-brew. Fair warning, the standard tall nitro is over $7 after tax, it's good coffee, but not $7/cup good. The nitrogen gives it a rich and creamy mouthfeel (and taste) for the first few sips but quickly dissipates as the coffee outgasses. Try it once, but it's a novelty not a revolution.
