Stunning roastery and coffee. A bit loud for having a leisurely chit chat, but I'm sure that wasn't what they had in mind for this store. Wish we had one in Indianapolis!
Like a wine tasting, our barista lined up the flight in the order we should try the different coffees. The staff seemed to really enjoy their work. A pleasant experience.

It is truly amazing! The interior design is so fancy and elegant. They offer many kinds of coffee so it s a good place to bring family and kids to try different types of coffee and pick your favourite ones. You could see the process of making coffee inside. They also offer lots of snacks and pastry.
A great experience. You'll pay a lot for your drink, but the experience of this place is worth it. We had our coffee brewed in a syphon, which was pretty epic. My only complain is that the tea selection is the same as the regular Starbucks stores. Granted it comes in a nice teapot here, but some other or more rare teas would be appreciated.
Showing what starbucks can do when they aren't making Frappuccinos the Roastery has some very high quality coffee prepared in a variety of ways. The setting itself is beautiful and it is interesting to see the twisting tubes of industrial coffee production. The extensive use of copper reminds one of a high quality distillery. Offering flights and a variety of cocktailesque drinks doesn't dissuade this image.
Downsides include the load atmosphere which is expected in a tourist location like this.
Also don't expect to buy Frappuccinos or other Starbucks standards here; go across the street to one of the many nearby Starbucks for that.
Oh where should I start, this place is worth the visit. Cool venue with interesting and sophisticated equipments around. If you enjoy the little details, u should be having a fun time in here. If u enjoy coffee, this is the place.
This place is also considered a restaurant. They have tons of food and baked items! Food is pretty decent too. They have a back story about their pizza oven, so make sure you ask them or find out what! That makes the food tasting even better, I bet.
This is a Coffee Lover's Paradise. And if they love Starbucks... This is the go to place. You can witness beans being roasted in house. It looks more like a factory turned into a bar... more precisely a Coffee Bar. They have 5 bars. Each bar caters to different products. I will try to remember all the names. 1. Main Bar - They serve all kinds coffee at this bar. Brewed in front of you. The Cyphon Method of brewing is the oldest from around 1800s is a must watch. A special mention of the barista named Wyatt... He explained us about the Cyphon method. He even served us a sample of the Cyphon brewed coffee. Nice guy. 2. Experience Bar - located on the lower level. A complete experience of coffee and food served to your table. 3. Coffee Bar - This is where you can buy coffee to go, ground in front of you. 4. Mixology Bar - They serve mocktails. Also saw Wines on the rack. 5. Food - Food served... From breads to Crossants to Flat breads.
You can buy souvenirs of different kinds of Starbucks products at this locations... Including an Electric Bike for $1799.99
The whole experience was another level. Must go for a tourist and a coffee lover.
Service - 10/10 Food/Coffee - 10/10 Ambience - 10/10
There's three different counters to get different kinds of coffee. Service is quick and the coffee is absolutely delicious. There's a rotation of coffee, so check back in for new brews
Okay, this place is stunning. I do recommend popping your head in just to have a look. It basically seduces you into buying a $30 mug :p
What's not great, is the food and bar. Pizzas came out burnt a bit too much, the bar was pretty disorganized with 1 bartender managing a Saturday night evening rush. Waited 20 - 25 mins in line just to place the order in. Wasn't over the moon about the cocktails that came in the end either.
So cool to even just go in and walk around. So much more than a normal Starbucks. Definitely not a place to sit and relax because it is very touristy but cool to see if you are a Starbucks lover and from out of town!
Wonderful ambiance, helpful staff and so many tasty treats and exotic coffees to try. Definitely a much superior alternative to visiting the original Starbucks!
Yes, I paid $12 for a coffee. Was it worth it? Yes. You get to see the coffee made in a crazy steampunk chemistry set, and the knowledgeable baristas will chat away to you while it brews. If you want a Willy Wonka experience for coffee, this is the place to go. (Although not for my daily caffeine dose in the morning...)
Long line to get into the original Starbucks. Not a huge coffee drinker, so I went more to just be able to say I have been. If you are looking for unique Starbucks gifts for people, they do have that. Otherwise, say your time and just take a picture from the outside.
Even if you don't like Starbucks you absolutely need to visit this location. It's a particular version called the Roastery and it is amazing. The decor is wonderfully meshed wood and metal. They have fantastically designed pieces on display that you can buy for your home and the coffee is specially selected and brewed by the staff.
Heaven on earth for for caffeine lovers. There is a bar where you can sit and have flights of coffee. The overall experience was not only great to take in, but the coffee and offerings were amazing. From the roasting facility to the cold brew bar to the unique store/gift area, it s all well thought out.
Dine and hang out at Starbucks Reserve were great with lively musics and friendly atmosphere. The fragrant of coffee and colorful of food made us hungry to order those food. The Starbucks employees gave great services. However, the two pizzas (tomato salmon, and artichoke cheese) we ordered did not taste according to our tasteful expectations. The tiramisu was excellently nice. Overall, it gave us a unique experience comparing to many of Starbucks stores.
This is like Willy Wonka's Coffee Factory; ample sitting, cozy environment, excellent selection of artisanal pastries to accompany flights of coffee. One stop shopping for the serious coffee connoisseur.
Don't think of it as a coffee shop... It's more like a coffee museum.
Super cool location - 10 times bigger than a neighborhood Starbucks. Roasting equipment visible and lots of cool souvenirs! There is tasting available as well and an experimental cocktail bar!
The Reserve Roastery is like Willy Wonka's factory: tubes above and all around, magical coffee items, and baristas abound like Oompah Loompahs.
On one side is a souvenir shop with limited edition items and a pizza bar. On the other is the tasting room, with one main coffee bar and another, more intimate tasting experience downstairs. There are also an array of individual stalls for the bathroom and cool bowl sinks.
This Starbucks is special in that everything is about exclusiveness and quality. The coffees/teas will set you back $6-8 per drink, but they are brewed with reserved beans roasted in the very location you are standing in. Even the cups have the R + star, signifying that you are not just sipping any ordinary cup of coffee. The souvenirs here are also unique, and they also have special black gift cards (akin to the black credit card).
For big Starbucks fans, this is a cool place to chill, learn about coffee, and grab some rare items.
The experience here is second to none. Every detail is accounted for and is reflected in everything from the design of the space to the presentation of coffee. The space is designed to show off every aspect of the roasting process and highlight the select drinks on offer at any given time.
Starbucks' new concept shop..You can see the process of roasting coffee, there are simple nerds, and you can purchase a variety of special accessories....The cold brew glass is unique, so it is recommended to purchase
The vibe as you walk to this coffee shop is like none other. The starbucks employees greet you and there are machines all over. You can just sit and people watch as you sip on fresh coffee. The vibe makes you want to sit there and just enjoy . Nothing like a cup of coffee in this beautiful city.
Starbucks Reserve.. super fancy coffee in a super fancy setting. This is not your run of the mill Starbucks. Lots of wood and copper with an industrial feel. Multiple coffee bars where the serve pour over coffee, clover machine infusions, and other seasonal drinks. They roast coffee in the open and their is a whole bean bar, and multiple food/pastry bars. Definitely a cool experience... Just be prepared for a $10 cup of coffee!!
The Starbucks Reserve Roastery is a great stop. Get a flight of coffee -- it's a lot of coffee, so bring at least two people, ideally three or more. Somehow we ended up with five or six little pots of coffee and left far too caffeinated, but the coffee was wonderful.
Lively, lots to look at, different food and drink choices. I d say it s worth a visit if you re into Starbucks. Being a Seattle native, Starbucks isn t my first choice for coffee. I decided to give their dark mocha a try and as expected, it was fine. Not as sweet as I would ve liked and the coffee tasted burnt. Three stars for ambience and food options.
This place is different from the average Starbucks cafe in that they roast and supply beans to multiple coffee shops. They also have sit down alcoholic bar, deli, and coffee/tea tasting bar with pastries that I wouldn't otherwise find at my local Starbucks. It was entertaining to see the steam punk like machinery process coffee beans from roasting stage and through the semi automated packager. I spoke with the roaster on shift, who was patient enough to explain the rigorous process of planning recipes, logistics, training and hours that go into the job. I won't look a bag of coffee beans the same way again.
Its not the first ever Starbucks but its a far superior experience!! There is so much to see, eat and drink once you're inside. They offer tasting of different coffees, a wide variety of pastries you wont get at other locations and theres even a coffee library. Its not by all the typical Seattle attractions but its well worth the slight detour. You could spend a lot of time just sitting in there. The atmosphere is awesome! Also the customer service is exceptional.
Fantastic spot! Beautiful elegant design, incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. Come here late afternoon to skip overcrowded times, so that you can have a nice chat with the baristas.
Beautiful architecture; challenging to get in and out with tourists queuing to take pictures of its entrance. Inside is a mix atmosphere of a coffee museum, a trendy coffee house, and a large Starbucks gift shop. Extensive variety in terms of coffee; knowledgeable staffs. To appreciate its specialty, order something difference than a typical Starbucks store.
Nobody does pizza like Starbucks, apparently! Because theirs was incredible! Don't forget to use your app on all Reserve purchases for extra star rewards earnings!
Wonderfully coffee. You could call it near perfect coffee served with elegance and class. If a high-class coffee shop is what you're looking for Starbucks Reserve is the right place for delicious coffee.
This place is totally amazing just walking in and seeing what Starbucks have created here is beautiful. Most people tend to go to the original Starbucks store at Pikes Place market. But if you are really into coffee and a big fan of Starbucks this is definitely a place to make a pilgrimage. The attention to detail and no expense spared Ambiance of this place make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
