This is a very interesting concept and really works for people like me that really don't drink but love to socialize in a place full of people. All of four of us are non drinkers so workes out really well. We tried different coffees and pastries. We spent a couple of hours hanging out drinking coffee and people watching. The staff is very knowledgeable and loves to chat. I also bought a pour over coffee maker. This is a great place to hang out and I'll definitely come back

Server didn't secure lid properly and my coffee spilled all over me. I asked for napkins and was given attitude. Covid has everyone stressed, but I smiled and tried to make most of it. Nice facility other than that.

The decor was classy and tasteful, up to date with what is trendy for sure. This location is a tourist spot and was quite busy when we came. Everything they serve is instagram worthy. Saw many people (kids too) taking photos all over 'cause it really is a neat looking place! There's a section to watch the coffee beans roast, a couple coffee bars where they serve nitros and cold brew flights, and your typical vanilla lattes. We mainly stayed by the cocktail bar and bakery since that was newer and we had never tried it before. I enjoyed the cast iron touches at the bakery section and the way the Seattle cloudy weather sets in adds to it all.

This place was not as good as I thought. I have visited this place twice so far during my trip at Seattle. While some staff were nice, some appeared to be too busy for me. There were multiple lines in the store. When I wanted a bakery item and a coffee, I needed to wait in two lines to get them. The bakery line was not organized, and someone just cut in front of me in line and got her order before me.
It was very hard to find a table for my party with kids. The was noise and not relaxing. My family told me that there is no coffee refills because this is a specialty store. The tiramisu that I ordered to-go was a mess when I got home with it. I just don t think it was a good experience.

Honestly, one of the coolest places I have visited in Seattle... and I m a local. Anyone you come in contact with, is so, so nice. The customer service is top notch. My mom was visiting from out of state, and from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, we were accompanied (or could easily ask a question of) by an employee, who knew the establishment and what they offered, inside and out. We ordered the coffee flight ( ) and the hazelnut croissant by Princi ( ). Mmmm, I m thinking about that croissant right now If you are a local like me, or visiting Seattle for the first time, GO TO THE STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY!! You won t regret it!

The atmosphere is great. The prices are unjustifiable. Yes the place offers various limited edition roasts, but I'd be hard pressed to justify the price difference from a premium cup of coffee elsewhere.

I always love spending time here ... one of the best Starbucks outlet with superb collection of fresh cooked food. Beautiful display of coffee filtering and roasting. Even the basic latte is amazingly delicious .. beware of the vacillating thoughts when you see which desert to eat.. all look so tempting .

We had so much fun here. Yes, it's just a Starbucks, but it is really not like any other Starbucks we have ever seen. The interior is filled with beautiful coffee roasting equipment and the gift shop has beautiful items for sale, and it is so much fun to order a flight of different coffees to taste. And the pastries are wonderful too.

Everything Starbucks should be, this place is. They hold back nothing, and there are no compromises.

Someone at Starbucks said "make coffee heaven, and I don't give a damn how much it costs". What a thrill the designers must have had putting this together. It's a marvel.

It has none of the flaws of other Starbucks locations. This isn't a Starbucks looking to churn out thousands of skinny lattes and frappuccinos for the commuting masses. It's a monument to good coffee, and it demands to be taken seriously.

The baristas never rush. Everyone that works here is passionate about coffee. And not just PASSIONATE , I mean deadass they live for coffee and want to share that with you. Everyone here takes ownership and pride in their work.

The coffee is exciting and surprising. Get the coffee flights. Even the silly dime-sized cookie with their cortados are exactly the right kind of cookie to make your coffee stand out. The meticulous dedication to perfection at every stage is unreal.

The roastery has great merchandise and a really cool old school train schedule board towards the left as you walk in. There are also nice places to sit downstairs to work on your laptop or chat with a friend. Upstairs has food and places to sit, but it s harder to find a seat upstairs. This is a total tourist destination especially during the summer, so if you go here during the day on a sunny, summer day, expect it to be packed.

Fantastic experience. Much better than the first Starbucks store on Pike Pl.

This place has a wonderful vibe and elevates coffee to almost a heavenly experience. Try the flight of Bourbon whiskey with cold brew. The pizza was also good. Staff was helpful and enthusiastic.

Definitely recommend for a tourist and a local alike.

Noisy.

An expensive, but also leaves for the most impressionable experience, because it has everything you are familiar with, the baristas jobs are to be super helpful, and they genuinely look like they want to help you with ordering. You could even just walk in, sit down, not order, and no one would probably notice. However, a bunch of the space in the cafe do not have outlets, and space itself is hard to come by when it gets peak crowd. The most reliable outlet source is at the bottom near the tasting room with the tables (outlets under the long wooden table). It's also a bit distanced from the major crowd, so it's the most convenient space for work. Drinks are a good bit pricier, but when you have the Starbucks brand name, and are willing to walk into the specialty game, people will buy into anything. If you can handle the noise/have a good pair of headphones, then this is probably the best place to do work. Best wifi, lots of sitting arrangements, bathroom easy access, service is good, opening hours are AMAZING (most cafes will be closed by 6. Starbucks is open until 11pm every day of the week) and in my opinion, I am a huge fan of Starbucks Reserve brand interior design. It just feels like a third wave cafe that didn't cheap out on their furniture with the facade of "we are hipster" or "this is the vintage feel." The Starbucks reserve team knows what they are doing.

If you are coming to Seattle for a visit, you have to come to the Roastery and taste the wonderful ( and expensive) coffee. Try the Brazil brewed in the"Clover Machine" brewer. It's the smoothest and most tastety coffee I've ever had!

During my short trip to Seattle, every morning was spent here! The staff are super attentive and nice. The ambiance of the roastery is like a very upscale bar- except the star of the show is coffee. I cannot wait to stop by again next time I m in Seattle!

Really interesting environment. You can watch the whole roasting process and get special made coffees that you can't get at a normal Starbucks. At the same time, you can't get standard menu drinks or food.

1st time to a Reserve. Very much enjoyed the ambiance, drinks, food, friends, and fellowship. The space is very conducive to live conversation with fiends.

I will go back when back in the area again.

Starbucks OG, this place showcases in gelreat detail the amount of work / steps it takes to convert coffee beans into lovely coffee. They have great staff and workers who give insights into its working and suggest good flavours for coffee aficionados. It is a massive roastery with many moving parts. One can just sit and enjoy along a cup of coffee which is getting made as you sip.

A really beautiful space that shows the inner workings of the coffee roasting process to the public. It gets pretty crowded with tourists on the weekends, seems to be more attraction less coffee house, but a nice spot worth showing off to out of town guests.

The classic classic, go to the attractions that Seattle must visit. There is an oversized baking machine bigger than people. There is also a spot of coffee for you to see. Very special experience.

If you happen to stop in, make it a point to visit the Cold Brew Bar. Pictured is a cold brew Manhattan - made with undiluted cold brew (for the perfect foam) and Woodinville Whiskey. Delicious.

Not sure what all the negative reviews were about. Starbucks Reserve is a magical place. The staff was extremely helpful and engaged. They seemed genuinely into what they were doing and no high pressure sell or anything negative.

Quite a few specialty reserve coffees and a variety of ways to enjoy them, even individual French press. Eco-friendly wooden trays and a host of family-friendly features for kids and the elderly alike. Co-located with Serious Pie and seems to be a judicious use of space for profitability at all times of the day or late into the night.

Would be hard pressed to find anything negative to say about the place. It has to be experienced. Two thumbs up. WAY up ! ;-)

This Starbucks is huge, lots of tourists always around inside, and a good place to go if you need a good gift idea for someone. If you ever want to meet up with someone for a coffee meeting, this would be the place to go. Their staff is excellent there as well.

Cool venue and a custom menu that is different from any regular Starbucks. While present, there was a great local jazz group made up of young musicians. It was an extremely nice experience.

Neat space. Feels like the future. Super high end coffee with a Tom Douglas pizza (serious pie) place inside. Actual booze here (that section closes early). Interesting gift shop. Meeting spaces inside for booking.
