Really nice store and best to see how the beans are processed. Food is quite expensive but is very high quality and interesting to try different types of coffee. I got a flight with specially pressed vs normal drip coffee and even as a non-coffee connoisseur I could really taste the difference.

This is your destination Starbucks experience. It takes the cocktail bar experience and brings it to the coffee world. It has some food options but the focus is the coffee. You can get a flight board of samples to try and have a real tasting experience. There are also some unique coffee and artisan merchandise. Perfect take home gifts.

This is to a coffee pilgrimage, as the Sistine chapel would be to your local parish. Has to be experienced to believe. The traditional Starbucks menu is replaced with a more constrained set of specialty items. There's hot flatbed and pastries as well as swag you can only get here.

Starbucks has succeeded in turning the coffee business into a great passion, and with this new Seattle store, under the pompous name of the Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Testing Room, it has raised this standard to the ultimate benchmark. Environment that brings together coffee roasters, cafeteria, confectionery, bakery, snack bar and souvenir shop, allows the customer a unique and differentiated experience in the art of enjoying a coffee, with or without various side dishes. A different attraction is very sensory. A news that promises to spread quickly around the world, a great experience.

Definitely a Starbucks propaganda space, but also definitely beautifully executed (interior design, exclusive merchandise, upcycled materials). Very unique drinks and eats not to be found in any other store. Educational too!

If you're looking for the ultimate coffee experience look no further. See coffee go through the roasting process live and learn from the super knowledgeable baristas how to make coffee in every which way. Great selection of rare beans paired with exquisite food offerings. Lots of fun merch though quite pricey.

It's totally an experience. At some point, you know what to expect because it's Starbucks, but it's definitely elevated. Three drinks are excellent, the food they bring in is great. It's worth a stop if you have interest in coffee.

Definitely a cool place to hang out! Princi Italian pastries are pretty good, worth sharing! Coffee is pretty good too. Try the Melrose Manhattan coffee cocktail at the bar; worth trying if you like bourbon and cold brew. If you can try to schedule a tasting. There's retail there too, a bit kitschy but an option for SBUX fans.

Great customer service here. It can get very busy in the weekends but if you go in the middle.of the afternoon on a weekday it's super chill and relaxing to sit in. Talk to he roasters as they are super friendly and very willing to share their love and knowledge of coffee. Nitro cold brew is to die for btw.

A must visit when it comes to Seattle! While many go to the first store located in Pike Place, the extravagance and detail performed at this Roastery make it worthwhile. I'd recommend ordering the Reserve Roastery flight for $15 and trying some of their rare (and expensive!) beans. They provide tasting cards with rich descriptions of the brews you're about to try. Don't miss the attached bakery too!

With over 8000 reviews on Google, I think this roastery is doing fine without my feedback.

But hey, here i am.

When you first walk into this place & take in the aroma of the coffee beans literally roasting in front of you, you know you've found your cozy warm hygge-like place.

The coffee is delicious & the vibe awesome. A favorite hangout place for sure.

Really nice setup! Different experience than all the other Starbucks. Does not even compare to the Starbucks at pikes marketplace. Lots of seating. Very, very crowded - so be prepared for that or come when it won t be busy .... hmmm don t know when that will be.

Parking was hard. Went on a late Sunday, street parking was difficult to find. Bathrooms were clean - they were unisex bathrooms

I wanted to have a lot of people in a little dingy place and a hill exhaust, but Starbucks is always crowded. Instead of remembering the taste of coffee, I think of a store where I was glorified by the starlight. Good Photo Spot.

May not be a place to kick back and catch up on your reading or work on your laptop while sipping on coffee, but your out-of-town guests will definitely enjoy it here, oh and the unisex bathroom.

Very cool experience although it was a bit overwhelming. Thankfully the baristas were very attentive and helpful. We told told them that we weren't sure how it worked but we knew what we wanted. They told us to find a seat (which was very difficult since it was packed) and they would take care of us. About 10 minutes later we had the flight brought over to us. It was $21 (another $18 if we added the truffles) and very interesting. I'm glad we had the experience but would probably avoid going to a reserve again.

If you're a coffee fan, this is a must see on your next trip to Seattle. Quite the experience. Prepare yourself for chaos since it's a very popular stop and meeting spot. But don't let that deter you. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and great at what they do. Love that you can get a light lunch/food there too.

A unique experience if you're a coffee lover. Two levels of service and seating and views of the coffee roasting operation. They only sell small batch special coffees, single source and blends. Pricey but fun to try flights or unique preparations.

First Starbucks ever opened! This is amazing! The mugs they have are special, one of a kind. The coffee is obviously delicious as always, the people are super helpful and friendly. One downside is how packed it gets. Sometimes you gotta wait 15-25 minutes just go inside. It s worth it if you buy a souvenir other than that I wouldn t go just go the coffee since there s another Starbucks around the block.

Must visit for all coffee lovers! Simply the best coffee experience in town if you don't mind industrial size. Superb unique merchandising can be bought here price of which can go as high as 4,5 k USD per piece:)

As soon as you walk in your eyes don't know where to look first because everything is so eye catching. I loved how they have the machines on display and everyone who works there is eager to tell you any information on the history you ask them. The customer service was top of the line. I tried the coffee flights which was a great experience and I highly recommend. One of the Barista's even offered me free lattes while I was waiting for my flights.

Everybody that goes to Seattle should for sure go to Starbucks reserve Roastery. It s pretty amazing in that it is so large and there so many people and they really do a good job of taking care of the customers. I don t really like coffee but I was surprised at how good the coffee was when I was there.
