We went in December for the Panoramic Tour and was very happy with the service we received. Ian and Stephen made our trip exceptional, making sure everyone saw more than what they had paid for and went out their way to make sure it was a memorable trip. All the hotels we stayed in were clean and of good standards and had a good variety of dishes for the meals that were provided in the package. Thank you to Star Tours for an unforgettable experience.

Our family travelled during the period 5th Aug 19 to 9th August 19, which was the excellent trip. Hotels, Food was marvellous. Tour Manager Jitu Seth was very friendly and helpful. He managed all 52 members very well, like family member, due to which tour was scheduled very smoothly. Captain of the bus was excellent. He drove very carefully and skillfully.Tour was memorable because of them and Star Tours. Best wishes to all from Parab Family.

Me & my mum went on 9 days Treasures of Europe .I had great experience.the tour was fantastic I enjoyed a lot.we visited many places and had really nice time .The manager of the tour was very nice and humble man organise everything perfectly .And best experience was MT titlis we were lucky and had a beautiful clear day . Our driver was good and with his excellent driving skills .Even he was helping my mum getting down from the bus and getting on board with his hands . This was my first experience with star tours for Swiss express with my family , I will say it was best experience .
Tour manager ( Mr Chirag ) was excellent with good knowledge and full energy , he made crowd entertained in whole tour . Food was good with lots of choices .

So far it's the best Tours operator in all aspects.
They have a wide variety of trips of all types which varied from 1 day to 15 days.

United Kingdom is well covered but expecting some custom made trips to Wales so any visitor coming to London can make some additional plans to visit Scotland and Wales too.

Hotel and food arrangements are good enough.

Online customer support to be trained to be polite with customers to improve interaction.

We met as strangers and jelled so well.....we parted heavy-hearted.....it was as though we were being separated from a nuclear family.....this bond would not have been possible without the amazing duo- Neeraj,our fantastic and patient tour manager and Alan , our cool dude driver......adhering to the tantrums,whims,fancies of 42 adults (who can be worse than kids)and 12 kids is not an easy job....you guys were simply amazing....Star Tours ,they are definitely your assets....

worst experience of life never travel with this plz

First time bad experience... ferry was not booked and no correct information shared. Although tour manager tried to squeeze in the remaining time but the experience was just a touch and go.
Worst is you get a call for apology by someone named Jigar and asking you to go to arbitration dept if you have any issues and want more refund for the bad experience and health issues suffered due to crunched schedule.

We have just returned from our Paris Disneyland tour(3 days). It was really a great experience with Star tours and the fellow travellers. We made good friends and kids had a good fun. Pickup and drop were in time as per the schedule. Hotel was decent and food was good. Our tour manager was Paul and the coach captain was Seshad. Paul was explaining good about the places and giving a lot of facts. Seshad made our travel very pleasant. Both of them were very courteous, polite and made the tour comfortable.

We had a trip of 10 days(14Jun-23Jun/2019) in Europe in 5 countries with a group of 25 people . These 10 days made one of the best memories of our entire group each day with new new thrilling experiences set by them . I wish & hope to have more tours with STAR TOURS. All the things were so perfectly arranged & managed that we couldn t find any flaws & they don t even also give any chance to complain regarding the tour schedules & arrangements . Had an amazing time with the greatest tour guide, Jay Patel (JP), who had given us a really good time in Paris for 3 days. By far an excellent tour guide with an amazing heart and has always got the tourists care at all times. I have experienced with many other tour guides around the world and London but by far he was very good. Would hope to have him on our next experience with Star Tours.

If you are a vegetarian, you cannot get a better tour

I did Panoramic Europe tour last week, Very well planned and executed.
Tour Manager did Fantastic Job,Food was Good except for day 4 lunch.
Tour Itinerary covers many places in 5 days so understandably long time in coach and travelling.

I would highly recommend.

Giving only 1 star as the trip was not what they promised..

had booked for Europe trip 14 days.
But hardly saw anything properly as they give you very less time. You can see from outside. Food was ok.

And the most disappointed factor was
There was no toilet facility in the bus we traveled.
It was told that the bus was new but the previous trip people had miss used so it is not working and not repaired

Hence no toilets for the whole trip which was for 14 days with long traveling time.
They did not even bother to change the bus as it was health and safety issues.
It was very very difficult

Very very disappointed with this.

They should have thought about it and planed accordingly.

Tour was as per the plan with minor tweaks and tour guide Mr. Surendar planned it very well. Weather was good through out which helped us to cover up all places. Food was fine. Would suggest to folks who cannot plan by themselves and not much of strings attached like kids.

I had booked a trip of 9th Apr and it was panoramic Europe, which includes Germany,France and Switzerland.
Due to current situation of corona epidemic in these countries since it is not safe i had decided not to go for this tour , i had done multiple times requests for cancellation (if not refund then at least voucher) and it but it was not considered and 25% amount was deducted . Not happy !!

Great experience! Perfect planning. Exactly what we needed. We were a family with 2 kids (age 10 and age 15) and went for European delight for 12 days. Time optimization was excellent. Sometimes one can find it a bit hectic with the travel, however I do not complaint because I understand that it is tough to manage all the promised locations within those 12 days. Food was great, mostly Indian food. Hotels were good. The one in Switzerland was really nice, 3 star hotel. Most excursions such as the gondola ride, mount Titlis, mount Jungfrou are included which is nice.

ZERO STARS. WORST TOUR EVER. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR EVER. ZERO EMERGENCY BACKUP PLAN. WE WERE STUCK FOR 9 HOURS AT ROAD BEFORE THEN CAN FIX THE BROKEN COACH.

Please don't use star tours they are rubbish and poor customer service they want your money but can't guarantee seats . Sonia manager is rude and very bad attitude and bad behaviour. No moral and keeps changing their story

I have had the pleasure of working with Star Tours many times and I have loved every tour! The sights they visit are breathtaking. I could only have dreamed about seeing some of the places I have seen with Star. A great management team that are very supportive and a great tour company!! Highly recommended

Its a great professional place with very kind your guides

Not able to give negative rating but its worse. My Experience for the 5 days Pan euro trip:
1. you will get dinner at 6 p.m. (answer will be we have to feed you and hence we are feeding you)
2. You will be taken to the places which are not even in top 20 list of things to do in that country and that place will be a shop
3. For Eiffel towers, you have to wait in long queues as star tours will not pre book any tikcets
4. For eiffel tower if 3rd floor is closed they will claim to return your balance amount but will not return full balance amount
5. For tour manager the people who are in front only matters, once you are out of the bus there will be no mic and the tour manager will speak in so low voice that you have to be within a 100 cm area to listen to him. He will not care to pass the information to all the people.
5. If you call star tours in case of any concerns they will ask you to check with tour manager and tour manager will ask you to check with star tour.
6. In the seasons when lunch is not provided by star tours, the stop for lunch will be at those sort of places where there will be least veg food available.
7. Time to click pics will be 5 mins for 5 places
My suggestion, save your time and enjoyment. Book a trip yourself and if you are keen to get with star tours for Indian food, remember you can easily get one Indian restaurant in all the big cities.

Me and my wife took 5 day Panoramic Tour to Europe with Star Tours. Our Tour Manager was Rajesh Tawade. He is a brilliant tour manager and there was excellent co-ordination between coach captain Kaiser and Rajesh. We had best time in Europe with well arranged hotels, local tours and restaurants serving excellent Indian food. I can happily recommend Star Tours for superb value, excellent food throughout and well selected attractions. Our Tour manager had enormous knowledge and conducted the tour superbly. Hats off to Rajesh and Coach captain. We made many friends during the tour and took great memories from the tour. Thanks' for the excellent service.

My parents did 5 day Europe tour. It was terrible, food awful, total rip off. They came back needing a holiday!

I can t go in minus, hence giving 1 star. I went on a 4 day Disney Special Tour starting on 19th and this was my first and worst experience with the tour company. I am never coming back to this Star travel company. I also think 5 stars given by some people are fake!

Please give more than 5 star option. Star tours deserves that. No words to say. From the point you book the package to the point u give rating in the internet after your trip, u will only think how worth the money u spent on them.

We had a 3 day paris trip . From start to end it was well managed and comfort of the passengers was taken care. Our tour guide Mr paul and driver Junied were one of the best guide and driver . Both were very friendly and well explained the significance of the places we visited. Would prefer star tours again for the next trip.

We just returned from a fantastic trip to Swiss and france. Thank you for the lovely memories and excellent driver and tour management team - you really made the trip a memorable experience.

Thi guys only show you places, they won't give you enough time to explore/enjoy it. If you really want to enjoy your holidays, please ignore. I hope Star tours take some action against the tour manager and compensate passengers, whose holiday was ruined and excursions were missed due to numerous inappropriate decision of the tour manager.

Well experienced team especially in handling Europe coach tours. They organized a flawless trip. They have many tricks up in their sleeve,. It comes with experience only. Thanks Star Tours. Will definitely recommend you to others.

My Parents enjoyed a 9 day Europe tour with them. Very courteous and responsible staff. The tour guide was excellent and friendly. However they could improve on quality of food at some restaurants as well as the stay in certain cities.
On the whole, a wonderful experience.

My Parents were well taken care. Food is so Indian. Guide Mr.Ratan was so kind and has to be well appreciated. Excellent Job!

We chose to take the 14 day Majestic tour to Europe without Disney on a friend's recommendation, but has turned out to be the a horrendous experience.

Let me put it down in detail:
#1. Early booking benefit provides you with a free night of hotel accommodation before and after the tour. We got a terrible Ramada in Ruislip which has mold on the Curtains.

#2. The rooms provided across the whole 14 days are super small and barely enough room to stand. If you open the luggage, then you can't stand.

#3. The rooms are mostly in 2 star hotels, with and exception of a couple that maybe three star.

#4. Mismanagement on the booking of events for Key places like Eiffel Tower

#5. Bus Drivers are very erratic, the first leg of the trip we had a great driver, and the second half has been terrible

#6. Some of the hotels had taken to had very mediocre or bad food for example in Rome, Zurich

#7. Taking folks to service plazas that have no veggie options when the whole bus was a veggie or Jain.

#8. Food distribution on the streets back of the hotel for 57 people , and giving tortillas instead of Rotis.

#9. Lack of empathy towards older passengers and their difficulty in case of visits to places like Versailles Garden on a Monday when no water or restaurants are open

#10. Forcing passengers to pay up in cash for optional tours during the trip, and making those bookings faster than key monuments like Eiffel.

Avoid this people if you can. Total waste of time and money. They have a misleading booking system to watch out for if you are living outside London and want a pick up / drop off outside London. We were told before booking that they would More

very bad experience, due to mismanagement of them, did not book a timeslot on the ferry, lost 1 full day, wasted time on the next 3 days, could not complete the rides as they did not pre-book the tickets kept us waiting for hours together on each day and finally did not bother to provide any kind of compensation. very bad. don't recommend them at all. this happened to 4 buses.

Panoramic Europe tour detailed thoughts and review,
Tour was decent, although they do not allow free time to explore. You almost feel as you are putting check boxes and quickly leaving each and every place. You only really get to experience Switzerland and Paris, rest is rushed.

Pros,
-Hotels they provided were good
-Bus was comfortable
-Most attraction tickets were covered by initial payment
-Decent breakfast at those hotels
-Great tour manager (Nima) knew quite alot about the attractions and that helped us navigate and save time while traveling.
-Great driver (Bobby) with most comfortable driving I have ever witnessed.
-View from our hotel room in Switzerland was really awesome (pics attached)

Cons,
-Food was really bad, they provide very cheap watered down Indian food, at these "huts" they set up at weird locations. (With the exception of hotel in Switzerland and lunch in Paris, these offered decent Indian food)
-Restaurants they picked were horrendous interms of food quality.
-Never had a chance to try out local food.
-Chances to take photographs at famous places are limited as you are constantly being rushed.

-Itinerary included wasting alot of time going to hotels that were quite far away from any major attractions (with the exception of Switzerland) which meant we were spending 90% of the day stuck in a bus.
-Tour manager kept telling people to hurry up so we can get back on the coach to travel etc. Which gave the entire trip very rushed feeling overall.
-In Paris they charged us extra money for a Paris at night tour. This was sort of SCAMMY be aware. Basically they collect money without telling you anything about this add on excursion. Afterwards it turns out this "Paris at night" tour is basically taking a longer route on the coach bus you were already on...at night.

They offered us 5 minute photo stops at 2 attractions but this did not justify the price.

I think they should arrange a open top bus tour and charge people more, or actually tell us it's just a ride on the same bus we were already on.

Overall, good company with a decent Itinerary, comfortable ride, good tour staff. However bad food, constantly being rushed from place to place and aweful night tour earned it 3/5. I would recommend this tour company at the price point.

Had a very bad experience on the four days tour we booked. Very poor management and lost quiet a lot of time waiting for the ferry and seeing the attractions. It was all rushed up. Information was not provided properly which left us confused many times. The reason why we chose star tours is for them to manage for us so that we can have a relaxing and enjoying time but it turned to be a disaster and torture for us.

Also felt very sad and concerned for leaving a family behind when they were 5 min late. And mentioned to all of the bus that they have to learn for being late . The family was not listened to, when they have mentioned of their daughter being unwell. They were informed that they have to manage by themselves in a country they went as a tourist.

Overall neverever would recommend to anybody. Also when reported back, they did not show any remorse which is very poor customer relationship.

Really good tour operatora. Easy for senior citizens and kids who are going by coach tours.

Majority of your guests are professional Indians IT consultants and not unemployed from the inner city.

Hotel had no AC and fan out of order and temperature was 32*C. I would have not selected this hotel as per their claim. They do not give hotel option but you are told where you stay.

Several guests telephoned star tour in the presence of the tour guide. They were told they do not guarantee fan working in the hotel. One guest said do you guarantee basic comfort at 32*C. No response.

Fridge and safe not working but the claim denied by star tour office.

Restaurant would not give yougurt to a child, run out of deserts for the children and do not give ice or cold water in 32*C heat.

I did not select the hotel as you did not give selection option.

I would not have selected the hotel if you had informed me that there fan system to cool the room was out of order.

It was 32*C and many guests telephoned your office in the presence of the tour guide.

My safe did not work as it was the battery was down. I did report this but nothing was done. I had also informed the tour guide Amar and left my passports in the safe.



The email request at 8.00am to prepare bedding on a sofa bed was not an unreasonable one but you could not be bothered to e mail the hotel.

My profession does matter as you exploit IT consultants from India. You told me hotels charge extra for air conditioning.

If I do not get my full refund I will commence legal proceedings and I will do it with the other guests who were unsatisfied.

We are living in London for last 30 years but I never wanted to go on package tours. I always thought you are rushed around in package tours. However, I decided to go on a 5 day Europe tour with my wife and friends from India. And my perception of package holidays changed overnight. I still can't believe we went through five countries in five days covering most of the major attractions. The food was always very good although we would have preferred few European meals. The highlight of the tour was JJ, our tour manager. He was always on top of things. He was like a walking encyclopedia and gave us more information than we could digest. I would recommend this tour to all Asians as you will not find better value than this.

We returned last night from 9days "Treasures of Europe" tour with our 93years young family member and we must say it was THE BEST experience in each and every aspect of fun food and activities under most knowledgeable 7Stars tour leader Mr Udaybhai and equally cool Zahirbhai on the stearing wheel who looked after everyone's comforts from start to finish. Highly recommendable tour company for your European dream tour experience. Big thank you to STAR TOURS for standing by the reputation you hold.

We went to Disney 4 day trip and I would say it is best spent money and time. Tour Manager Chirag and driver Sukinder were really great. Food is awesome. Hotels are good. Call centre guys are fantastic to answer your queries.

Last week had a 5 days Europe trip with Start tours, really enjoyed the trip and that too well versed Tour Manager Anna, Thanking you Anna and Star tours for made my wish to true :)

Best tour and travels option. You will get economical package for any tour and good stay in 5 star or 3 star hotel. You can make good friends during star tour trips.

Only drawback is you won't be able to explore the place the way you want because schedule is decided by tour manager. Other than that all set.

Go and book your next trip with them.

The overall experience was ok, the very limited time offered at each destination is a big constraint. If you are from India and a vegetarian and not familiar with western world this is a great opportunity for you to see western countries. If you are like me, living in a western country for more than a decade and eat non veg and is also curious about each place and would love to explore more this is not for you.

The tour manager was extremely rude when folks were a few minutes late thus spoiling the overall experience. The bus was stinking and AC was also not working. No room freshner was available to cover for the stink. The tour manager never took the initiative to address the concerns of the passenger or even apologise for the inconvenience caused.

So again, can't complain much, you get what you pay for, the price is competitive and the food arrangement was very good. Although, I was a bit tired of very similar menu for five days at a stretch. So again take this trip with a pinch of salt and keep your expectation low.

9 days Treasures of Europe tour (20th October)

Very well organised tour with a jam packed schedule. Mrs Kamal (tour manager) was absolutely brilliant. She thoroughly explained the history of monuments/cities that we were due to visit which enriched the experience. Her lively personality and leadership made the entire trip wonderfully memorable. Hats off also to Mr Sikandan (driver) who made sure that we reached all of our destinations safely. The hotels we stayed in were clean, spacious and secure; they thoroughly exceeded my expectations. The food provided was great, catering to south Asian taste buds. The optional excursions are also definitely worth a consideration; my personal favourite was the ice flyer at Mt Titlis. Having had a wonderful first time experience with star tours, I would unreservedly recommend them to all my friends and family and would like to thank the team for all the wonderful memories (+photos!) that I now have.

Well planned and well organised. Tour manager was great, hotel was brill. Great value for money, managed to fit a lot in a very short space of time. Highly recommended. The customer service operators were very professional and polite.

My first time experience with group tour with star tours for 5 days panoramic europe . From day one till last day it was so good & the indian food they provide in europe which i have never expected & it was so tasty and yummy. All the hotels we have stayed in it was clean and comfortable and very good. And what can i say about our tour manager because of him we had really good trip . He was so good with his knowledge and given all the necessary guidelines And did it fantastically well to cop-up with the time . It was exceptional. Overall everything was good . I will personally recommend my family and friends for STAR TOURS. :

Pretty odd that they dont give refund for the Covid Pandemic .We booked our trip for June 2020 and now they say they can give a voucher but cant provide a refund when their trip does not cover 50 percent of the places mentioned. They still claim their trips run and are on schedule thats pretty odd to make use of the situation and not provide full refund. 1 yr is too far for me to get a voucher and I d prefer rebooking closer.

Unfriendly staff. Cannot speak to someone in charge for complaints. Ask to speak to the manager Rajesh i think it was. I was told he was not in, what they didnt realise was i was outside and could see him.

Went to historic Scotland 4 days trip. Overall good experience, important places were covered. Has scope to improve though. Dinner places needs to be changed, tour manager needs to be more engaging with the group.

Not a good service. travelled with them in 2015. waste of money. they asked extra money for Geneva and then allowed us 20 mins in Geneva. You spend most of the time on Bus. takes you to one or two place in a city and you just have to satisfy that you have visited the country. Never recommended

Great tour experience for 12 day European tour
They covered most of the attractions. Most Hotels provided were very good ..food was of good quality

This is the 3rd time with Star tours. Previous two trips were excellent and the tour managers were excellent. But the 3rd one was a disaster to 5 day Swiss Express.If some one use Star Tours in future better not to travel withTour manager Mr. Wajid. He is horrible, unaprochable and arrogant. If star Tours need to keep their fame please give Mr. Wajid some extra training. One more thing the other Driver Ibrahim was very polite and friendly man.

Took Scotland 4day trip. Good hotel stays, but coach is average considering that you spend lots of time just travelling between cities. Coach Loo not cleaned each evnng. Tour guide was well informed, knowledgeable and was Scottish so gave lots of local info
