beware of this company.
recent development in France forced us to be delayed by 13 hours; we requested star tour either to extend or cancel the trip but none was accommodated. Fair enough.
the exhausted bus drivers drove us to Switzerland with almost 36 hours of continuous driving ; how does EU or UK law permits that? we were so concern about our family safety and i could not take rest as was terrified and was praying drivers dont sleep or take a nap.
coach toilet was broken and star tour didnt bothered to repair it in the complete tour.
Food was horrible, provided late ; too spicy and chilly my kid could not eat it; we got sick too.
the tour guide Naynesh was rude, disrespectful and intimidating with very little help provided on top in interlaken they dropped us in wrong station (it wasnt even interlaken ) and we had to search and seek help from people around to get to interlaken(thanks to swiss citizens they were kind and helpful)
we took this tour to enjoy and experience the beauty of Switzerland, we did "stuffs" but really could not enjoy ;
when we complaint they replied us its our prejudice as they can be never wrong; their arrogance and not taking responsibility of their wrong doing will not take them further;
Avoid this company if possible.

Best travel agency in London, provides excellent tour packages and covers almost every spot. Loved its services.

It was a 4 days trip for Historic Scotland.
Tour Manager Mr. Mehul was so friendly and caring.He treated us like his family members. The kind of management skills he has at this age is just marvellous.
Didn't have much interaction with the driver but yea he drove very well and ensured our safety.

Went through Treasure of Europe tour. Fantastic experience. The tour guide Mr. Khusru was outstanding so as driver Romeo.

Great tour operator. If you are from the Indian subcontinent you will appreciate more, as their dinners places are mostly Indian restaurants.

Alright so we are back from treasure of Europe tour of nine days. Will try to write specific and to point review and will add more details somewhere else like travel blog. Tour was as expected and as committed. Which means they covered what they promised, but that made things hectic and some days were tiring due to long queues/bad traffic. As expected tour was uncomfortable for those on the last seats, would suggest them not to sell those seats or sell at lower price. Fortunately we had very good tour manager Khushru and great coach captain Junaid. Courteous, polite, patient and helpful which made our journey comfortable. Appreciate them from bottom of heart. Food was good, with variety and nicely served. Though they book decent hotels, wee couldn't enjoy hotels much as we use to check in late in night and were out by early mornings. For Eiffel tower if they book special access tickets to avoid queues it will help, our day was wasted due to that 2-3 hour wait. Our group was also good so we ended up making some friends and kids could have some fun.buses good but should have less seats to give comfort

Very bad experience with the tour booking, totally hopless staff. Unless you make a lot of fuss to get their attention they just Rob you off your money with tour cancellation and forcing you to choose another tour with little time to think through. These people really don't communicate well over email. They just sent invoice over email but if you ask for them to send official commitment as an email the employees just wanted to speak over phone with no written records

My family had a good experience and good tour guide.

It was good enough for the budget. Frankly it is the best for the budget.

To the Star of Star Tours Asif ( Fish) thank you:).I am extremely satisfied with all the arrangements made by Star Tours from the beginning.Took the best of Europe with Disney. From Visa premium Lounge arrangements to the entire trip with food was superb.Though there were few places where food was not excellent but was good and our feedback was accepted by the tour manager.
Our Tour Guide and Driving Guide Asif made our trip more enjoyable and amazing. I am going to write here more about the face of star tours Mr Asif who was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, Excellent in his profession with crisp and clear instructions. He used to explain us about the places, monuments and specialities, most importantly he made us aware of what kind of people we have to be cautious of. He guided us with the best places for food restaurants,souvenir shops, also used to guide us with the best neat and clean washrooms after every 2 hours. He used to explain us about the road signs even. He treated us with love and care a full coach with 56 people and I believe everyone was treated in a special way by him. Any question or request that we made were catered by him there and then. Thank you so much Star Tour for making our Anniversary trip so special. If I have to travel again I would want the same man to be our Guide Manager. We are planning again with star tours soon. Thank you :)
To Asif: you Rock and we enjoyed the ice breaking session as well and I know why you did it ;P but it worked for many I guess.

A big thank you to our Tour manager she was absolutely amazing and gave us a wonderful 5 days. The manner in which she took us around and gave us details of each place was fantastic - we highly salute the information you gave and are mesmerised how you know so much about each plae.

The food was fantastic everywhere we went, wish we ahd lunches also beause the dinners were a great treat in a foreign country.

Our dirver JJ was excellent - a truly excellent driver in all conditions - thank you taking us around safely and with a smile for the past 5 days, and bearing with us and our luggage every day :).

Thank you both for a wonderful experience and all the others who made it memorable. Highly recommended

A memorable vacation can only be feasible by star tours.......We had taken panoramic Europe tour from June 2nd 2018.....and I can assure you no one can give you better services than Star tours.....It's a genuine view.......Our tour manager Shivam a gem of a person took care of everyone like a family.....seriously found a brother in him......Our coach pilot Jamey excellent person although we troubled him lot by arriving late in coach everytime but he had lot of patience.....He never got annoyed.....everyone in coach were so lovable that in 5 days we were family from different parts of world....We never wanted this tour to end......lovely hotels.....food to cater everyone's need and too yummy. .....Most amazing memories are from this tour.....love you star tours......highly highly recommended....Thanks again to best tour manager Shivam and our pilot Jamey......hope to meet you guys again.

Great Fun and Wonderful Memories of Paris

Worst tour operator. Once money is paid, there is no way to come out of it. Customer service is rude and useless. On the tour, you spend most of the time in the bus.

I went on the 5 day panoramic Europe. Or five days of torture should I say...I would give it 0 stars if there was an option.

One of the worst holidays ever. They ripped us off. They give you about 30 seconds to see things and then call you back to the coach! And the food they served was absolutely horrendous. I would have rather eaten hay then what they gave us to eat. I could go on forever but to sum it up...Never going anywhere with star tours again....

A perfect tour conductor especially for Indians !!!!

This is minus star.total waste of money.most time of your tour you spend in coach,hardly get enough sleep they treat you like robot.kids get so tired exhausted.they drop us at hotel at 12 am and ask us to wake up at 6 am.and leave at 8 am.dinner was disquisting very unhealthy.restaurant was like "dharmshala".food was very bad.drop idea right now if you are thinking to go with them.it was 39 degrees in paris and hotel had no fans or AC.out of 3 days of paris tour we spend almost 30 hrs in coach.and rest of time is including sighseeing sleeping etc.worse tour ever.would never recommand them at all.pls avoud star tours.

Had a lovely experience...good management..lovely manager and driver. Would definitely like to plan for another tour again with the same manager and driver. Food and hotels were excellent. Made new friends...lovely and lively group...entirely missing the fun we had...

We were very late in booking visa appointment with TLS, and we got 15th Aug as our application date , when 22ng Aug was our travel date. But somehow Star Tours managed to give us a date on 6th Aug with TLS, and our visa arrived very early, which was granted for a year. I am very happy with the service of visa department , especially Vaibhav and Shweta Kulkarni.

Three day coach ride with toilet breaks.



We went to Keukenhof in the morning and were given 2 hours. We were told that we must get out of city because roads will be blocked and we will not be able to get out. What the tour guide failed to mention was that the main event, the flower show parade would start. It was like getting out of there before the main event because the tour had lot of useless stops planned. Trip to seaside, cheese factory, chocolate factory etc.. these were either toilet breaks or shops were Star tour would get commission on sales made.

Another main point was Amsterdam. We were given just 45 mins. Did not see anyhing of Amsterdam. Again this was more of a toilet break.

We spent so much time in the coach and with toilet locked, it was like going for coach ride with toilet breaks.

I wish I could give them -5.

I travelled to Scotland through star tours and it was so relaxed tour with really nice indian meal for 3 days . Also the hotel was near city center . our driver & tour manager did very well job .i will be booking my next tour very soon .

The place is situtated near Wembley triangle. The agency have variety of bus and air tours around European countires. Also they also provide guided and unguided day tours around London area.

Really terrible tour management..5 hours of delay in ferry boarding..lost one complete day and have to rush on remaining days to cover the places..pathetic and won't recommend..

Historic or Hysteric? Scotland Tour by Star Tours
I traveled with my wife for Historic Scotland tour with Star Tours. We have excellent memories of Europe Tour with them 5 years back, hence I decided to take this tour, in spite it being exorbitantly costly. I can't believe that in this satellite age, Star tours does not allow any seat selection and seat allotment depends totally on your luck on that day! Initially we were allotted seat no. 17-18, but midway through, when we got down, we found someone sitting on our place. The tour guide bluntly told us to occupy the last few seats. In the whole tour we struggled due to this, as many places the time allocated was 15 minutes, but we used to take 5-10 minutes just to get out of the coach. The accommodation was good, but the dinner was average. For lunch, they took us to some restaurants, where vegetarian people will not any options. On the 3rd day, they wasted time in distillery and cut down our time at Edinburgh, which is a beautiful city. The tour guide was average. Comparatively other guide Allan and the bus driver did a good job. Completely disappointed!

Customer service could be improved not the same as before.

Its is the worst service in the whole world...don t go for it as the staff is really rude..they will try each and everything to embarrass you...hate that we went for our first europe trip with star tours. Staff is disgusting

Me and my husband spent 3 nights 4 days to scotland with the tour company. We had lots of fun with the group, very jolly and friendly, the star tour guide (Nima) was very entertaining and helpful and enjoyed her company. We will definitely go again.
Food was also good. No complaints.

I would never recommend my friends or family to star tours. Had a very bad experience booking my holiday with them. They need to train their staff well. Their cancellation policy need to change as it s a rip-off.

Deeply regret the decision to try Star tours. It was unbelievably frustrating. They made an error in their system which caused about 200 passengers great misery on 30/3/18. The worst part is they were dishonest to the passengers and were shifting the blame on the Ferry company. Instead of admitting their error and trying to arrange a decent place for the passengers (especially the children) to rest, they took us to a service centre. The passengers spent more than 8 hours trying to get answers from the tour managers and Star tours management, who were all trying to conceal their error and setting false expectations. We ended reaching the hotel around 4 AM early in the morning leaving us 3 4 hours for sleep in readiness for the next day.

On the remaining days as well, the quality of food i.e., breakfast in the hotels and a restaurant they took for dinner were way below the standards. The toilet in the coach was full most of the time.

They provided some compensation; however as expected that too was not to the level expected given the troubles that the passengers had to go through.

Overall - they are dishonest, pathetic processes & management, unprofessional and inhuman. They are happy to make money on holidays / weekends; however do not have the capacity, accountability or character to own and resolve an issue professionally. I have never come across an organisation of this type and wonder how they continue to operate. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Too tiring as they tend to plan their tour days very long from 1000AM - until after midnight even in theme parks like disneyland... I am not sure about others but spending more than 14hours in a theme park with kids walking I consider it too too way too long

Very rude staff. Got ridiculed when asked why they couldn't provide an email update about my visa application processing status.

Terrible experience. Would never recommend anyone to travel with star tours especially if you have children and old relatives travelling with you . Left stranded in Dover for 6 hours. Day 1 completely wasted and tried to compensate by covering all places in rest of 3 days . Was just a tick box exercise that we have shown everything in itinerary. Left us in Disney and when informed that my 3 daughter was unwell tour manager said you have to make your own arrangements . With unknown place and language took 5. 5 hours to reach hotel. Tour manager was not bothered if we were alive or dead.

Once again be very careful before going with star tours and to add especially if you have our tour manager who is altered , confused, rude and arrogant , imbecile.

Beware of Star tours !

I booked a Swiss tour and was told 14 days before departure that the tour was cancelled, they gave me an alternate tour but the alternate tour was 25 days later and I didn't have a valid visa during that time.

So they booked me on a 4 country alternate tour which also got cancelled. With only 2 weeks notice - it was too late to make alternate arrangements as most of the flights/ hotels were already booked/ expensive

It appears that Star tours runs a tour only when they have 25 or more passenger - which means they seem to have habit of cancelling tours

They paid back the amount I paid in but received no compensation for the visa costs and the travel costs from India to UK

All in all - beware of Star tours. Your dream vacation might just get cancelled

We had a very good tour for Scotland from 22nd July to 25th July, with tour manager Rishi Vaikul.
Very well Organised, Driver Roger was very helpful. Rishi was very helpful nature. And supported all. We would like to come back for another tour in near future and refer Star tours to our friends.

was way downgraded experience, Considering this was UK Coach tour, it is overall worse than a premium coach tour one can get even in INDIA!! Sadly, FOOD was the worse part of entire 5 days tour. So if you THINK you get nice desi food, well, they take you to the WORSE place possible. Basically, star tour runs typical desi CHEAP travel agency so keep your expectation very very low. You will feel like you are on CHEAP travel in India.

Terrible and traumatic experience with star tours on a recent trip. Ferry got delayed by 6 hours with no information from the tour manager who instead lied that earlier ferry broke down. After a co passenger liaised with P&O cruise we finally left but the whole day got wasted.

Rest of the trip was squeezed to tick their items in itinerary . Almost all families had young kids and we had to run around along with the indecisive tour manager.

Tour manager was constantly changing the timings and plan throughout leaving us in confusion. No where the tickets were pre booked. Everywhere we were made to wait in the queue with young kids.

The absolute heights of the trip was leaving a family behind when they were late by 5 minutes. This was despite the fact that the family asked him to wait and that they are on their way.

I wish we can rate here negatively. The one star given above doesn't do any justice.

We took 5 day panoramic Europe tour, our tour guide Vipul was excellent. It is best if you want to see most of the Western Europe in limited time.

Food was disgustingly cold, greasy and heavy on a daily basis and was not given alternatives. Company was even worse. Never had to deal with a more inconsiderate group of people in my life and I'm a primary school teacher surrounded by children all the time. Don't come on this trip if you want to relax. The screeching of women throughout the coach journey when you try to catch up on sleep and judgement if you happen to want a decent meal completely ruins the atmosphere and holiday. Would not recommend this to anyone. There were a lot more issues than this with the trip but it would take too much time to cover. Learnt my lesson to never book on star tours again. What a waste.

WOW .!!!! fantastic tour I had with my Mum Where I was reluctant to go on this tour.

RAMANNA - I call him ANNA THE PILOT with Killer smile ( though he smiles rarely)a young lad with excellent driving skills , who drove smoothly throughout our tour journey. His driving this huge coach thru narrow streets was commendable.
JAYVADEN PATEL - A very calm and composed Tour Manager possessing vast knowledge about all tourist attractions in all cities that we visited. Seemed like he is
PhD in HISTORY.His time management skills are excellent , managed all thru so well. At each attraction his instructions were firm and very clear as on that note HE left us at Mt. TITLIS and directed coach to Restraunt for Lunch. Since it wasn't anyone's fault, dont want to complain still incidents happen. Jay would give best tips about everything ,be it shopping or tanking pics. He always stick by company laws. A bit rigid though. He needs to mingle with his guests bit more.

ALL CREDIT GOES TO JAY AND RAMANNA FOR AN ENJOYABLE SUCCESSFUL TOUR.

ENTERTAINMENT : Here Star Tour Lost one star from me . Though songs and films played in the coach were of good choice but lacked in entertaining guests at some points. I never had so quiet Tour before which seemed like we were all going to attend a funeral.

FOOD : can't complain about anything as far as Indian cousine is concerned. Strictly speaking and an honest advice for those who are not fond of curries , should not book with Star / Taj Tours. My mum would not eat anything but pure vegetarian, hence this tour was perfect for us.
ACCOMMODATION: Star tours take you to good hotels and Some are too good and some arre so so. Had good breakfast in almost all of them.Again I would like to mention that Star Tours try their best to provide you with Indian snacks and Masala chai at breakfast which is appreciable.

One of the worst Tour company. We booked 4 days Disney special this Easter holidays. They were Unbelievably unorganised. They left more than 200 people in Foxton service station without any explanation for 12 hours blaming the ferry company that they are over booked. Passengers found out that there was an operational error when one of them called up P&O ferry and confirmed . They booked the coach to board the ferry at 10 pm rather than 10 am .The entire holiday was ruined as two days were wasted. Very rude and unprofessional team from head office , call operator, driver and the Tour Managers.
Please do not travel with them .

I tried to book many times with them but always disappointed..
Either they will cancel the trip saying that the bookings are less or they say all the bookings are full..
Every trip starts from Wembley.. they don't provide alternate places to join..

Most efficient tour operator Best convenient and makes most sense No compromise

Their Europe 9 day trip was uncomfortable always travelling in coach almost 80% .Not much sightseeing of the cities we visited.
Shaji the tour coordinator was too much discriminative and ride to other non gujarati passengers.
Only food was good. Few places like Engelberg we enjoyed.
Sight seeing was very very little as compared to the 9 days.Most of the time we were travelling in coach,low air conditioning, reaching hotels very late at night and the hotels were too far away from the city attractions. So this is a waste of money and time for 9 days.

Jay was a really good tour guide. As a family we really did enjoy the experience. Hats off to the star tours team. Fairly priced and decent Indian food. Very happy with the service we received.

The best tour experience I have ever had is the experience I had with Star Tours. I travelled with my wife and four years old on a 6 days trip to Europe. Star tours was highly recommended by our friends for our trip, so we went with their recommendation.

Arrangement:
All the arrangements and food was very well planned even the regular toilet breaks were perfectly planned.
Hotels and Food was pretty good.
We covered all that was there in our itinerary with enough time to enjoy the place and photographs for lifetime memories.

Tour Guide:
We found best of the best Tour guides JJ . He has immense knowledge of history of Europe, the places we visited and the monuments we saw. JJ is pretty charming person and never let us realise the fact that we were covering long distances in a coach, infact he kept everyone involved in interesting conversations which made our journey very joyful and full of fun. I really appreciate the way he led the tour with diverse crowd of people of different age groups ( 4 years to 65 years)
He provided all the information for each location before arrival.
Information Including History, picture spots, best and not the best shops to buy things from, facilities etc.

After years of booking my travels with star tours i regret to say how upset the staff made me feel.
Mr Anshu ( supposedly the director of star tours in uk) was so rude to me.
They have no respect or way of talking to their customers.
After a week gap of cooling period they double or should i say triple my trip when i decided to book.
I always use to speak highly of star tours and always recommend to my family and friends.
It saddens me to think its my last time using their service after visiting 8 countries and old time customer.

Travelled on the Panoramic Tour recently. The tour manager and driver were amazing taking us to the snowy mountains and to the maginficient paris.

A big thank you to the group we were travelling who were good and made many friends.

Star travels believes that providing Indian food in Europe is the greatest achievement than showing Europe . They don't give any importance for the arrangements . May be because their profit margins are less , They left us on our own at mid night in London and not even willing to drop us at hotel . So who ever traveling to Europe are basically need to be happy with their food and less time for sight seeing - Enjoy

Best tour operators. We have done 2 tours (Scotland and Europe) with Star Tours and we have been delighted by the service provided and with the way both the tours were conducted by the Tour manager. the timing was maintained to perfection by our group and also the tour operator which made both trips memorable and we had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend others to go ahead and book tours with Star Tours.

The tour was alright but the night tour was a waste of money. each person has to pay 15 each for an hour and a half on the coach. Food was terrible with no variety at all. if you want to eat the same meal 10 times in 5 days this tour is for you. hotel situation was pretty trash as well.
