Swiss Express Tour May 2019 , Tour Manager Mr Wajid. Tour is Very disappointing. Wajid is extremely rude and had a very big argument with him for 5 minutes delay. Asked to get up at 5:00 in the morning for breakfast at 6:30. Very strenuous coach drive. We were a family of 4 with children. Cattle class tour. One batch over for food and the next batch is hearded in. Going to school can be a better holiday. I am going to take this up with their Managing director. Avoid at all costs.

Great for family tours with good options for vegetarians. My parents had a great time on the Scotland tour. Prices are also very competitive.

Had just been on a 4 day tour for Disney land Paris on Good Friday. Very bad organization. Overbooked and missed the ferry., tour manager lied that ferry was broken when instead it was overbooked by star tours. Reached 6 hours late and hence missed seeing the Attractions on day one. Left a passenger with their family and left at Disney studios as they were late by 5 mins when their daughter was having health problem. No remorse for the act by the tour manager and instead was keen on punishing them for being late(which was very disgraceful act the tour manager). Who would be responsible if the family left behind encountered any problems. Also was made to stand in wrong queue for Eiffel Tower for more than an hour. Very incompetent and worse management. I would have given half a star if possible for the tour. Would never ever recommend to even my foes to book with this tour travels.

My tour was From 1st April to 9th April Treasures of Europe ,Our tour guide Kamal Did great gob by arranging every thing perfectly.Food was excellent,Hotels very good.Captain syed was very nice and humble person .All together it was a great trip with my friends.The only thing what i felt was free days between two places whould have given enough time to recharge. But it was a great tour and 100/100 to our guide Kamal.

Had a lovely trip arranged by Star tours for 4 days to Paris.. the tour guide CJ was a master and explained each place in detail .. the accommodation and food were arranged by them and they were of top class.. it was lovely arrangements overall and there was no miss anywhere..

The stops in services, for photo shoots , coach parking after each site visit were all given a clear direction and it was a pleasure to travel with them.
No complaints ever ..

Looking forward for future trips with them..

Startour not helping for all money back or they not give me visas fee . I was spend lots of money and time but they are very bad behaviour and not helpful how can I spend extra money for again for visa if expired. Startour playing games now to make money

Over all experience was good. Our Tour Guide Anshu is the reason we would give 4 stars. Food was excellent. Hotels were decent. Biggest problem was that the AC in the bus was not working properly. Also, there is no one who would clean bus daily. For example: a kid vomited in the bus and that stench stayed with us for couple of days. Thanks to Anshu, he used all his perfume bottle to remove the stinch which was the temporary fix.

We had a fantastic Paris trip with Star Tours. Everything went smoothly and we were taken care well. The coach was clean and comfortable. The hotel and food service were excellent. The coach manger Jay was awesome in his works. The coach driver was excellent in his driving. We had the best time.

If you somehow cannot plan tours by yourself then go for Star Tour without thinking twice( it will be overall cheaper than your estimate and better service), they are the right one around..I have great experiences with Star Tours. Their customer service is amazing!

Treasure of Europe - departed on 21st July - 9 day - The WORST TOUR MANAGER - MR. NANU

Star tour holds the great value which has been ruined by their tour managers. You can review all negative comments in Trustpiot. The most common complaints are related to Tour manager only.

Don t book the tour if your tour manager is MR.Nanu. No complaint for star tours and their drivers. Drivers are really good but they can t do anything against rude managers.

I booked the tours for senior citizens travelled from India and this guy named as MR. NANU was completely unprofessional, very rude.

- He didn t allow them for toilet breaks even they are diabetic, everyone suffered lot
- the toilet in coach is just for show off as they are not for use.
- Never stopped at any good service station for toilet break
-Mr. Nanu the rude guy has no sense yo talk with people.
- mr. Nanu left young family and their kids at Switzerland without any instruction as they been late for 2 minutes.
- Mr. Nanu was rude to few citizens as they asked just for room details.
- Mr. Nanu rudely argued with few people as they turned up early for breakfast

Everyone in our coach has given written complaints about him so; we are sure star tour has take some necessary action against him.

WORST TOUR MANAGER - MR.NANU

Guys, don t take chance if your tour manager is Mr.nanu.

In recent long weekend we went for a three day holiday trip with this travels and I am sure this is not same star tours that we travelled before.they no longer tourist friendly.tour manager is arrogant and damn care about passengers. when my kid is unwell I ask for 5 min time in the morning before starting to Eiffel tower but the tour manager left us back asking to make our own arrangements. later we took a cab to reach Eiffel tower and the coach there. And when myself decided to see the tower tour manager not available to give me tickets as she is already in queue along with actual tourists to visit the tower as a tourist.

We recently went on the Historic Scotland 4 day tour and were highly delighted with the whole experience. The hotel was very comfortable and in a nice location and the service was excellent.
Our tour guide was from Scotland, who new the history intimately and provided us clear and precise information about the places of interest that we visited. His customer service was second to none and he made sure every passenger's interest was looked after.
The itinerary was packed with places of interest around Glasgow and Edinburgh and were all interesting places to see.
We could have never packed so much in a short trip like this if we had arranged the same ourselves.

Unsafe and not caring for health of customers or people in proximity

Unfortunately I live in one of startours destinations or at least stop-over hamlets. Everytime a startours.co.uk bus (or startours with a spanish number plate, they seam to use the cheapest drivers available) is staying in the hotel it will block the complete cyclists way, force the passengers to stand on the road with all their luggage while boarding and block the view at a cross-road frequently used by children on the way to school.
As a lay man I already see 5 offences in one stay, I wonder what else they will do to save time, effort or money? Are the brakes maintained? Will the driver full-fill the necessary rest periods or stick to the speed-limit?

I would never board any of their buses. I cherish my life to much.

Please remember this is budget tour service if you want high end luxury service Star tours may not be your choice.
And you ll be served Indian food only. And almost same menu each and everyday so if you are not a fan of Indian food then you are in trouble. You will find great tour managers and good hotels for stay.
But the buses are bit cramped.

Booked a tour. 6 days Europe tour without disney. I loved the hassle free trip. It was a memorable trip and I made sone new friends.. Really nice experience and surely recommend this. Ms Hetal was my tour manager, she is absolute professional. I will miss the entire trip.

Ms Kamal and Cpl Kadir both are marvelous tour manager and Coach driver, they both make your holiday extraordinary. Very nice and passionate personality, dedicated and love their job.

I would definitely recommend star tour 4days Scotland visit. It was awesome trip. Writing this review while returning to home from this trip. Tour manager meoul was friendly and very supportive. People were good. It was an awesome trip. And I should mention this, Indian dinner was tasty and English breakfast too.

Me and my wife Ranjan had taken 14 days Majestic Europe w/o Dysney .
Great experiance all along tour Tour. Manager Mr.Kersasp was fantastic.Great knowledge about each destinations and well oriented tour experiance. Each and every destination was explained in minute details.
Mr Kersasp was always live with Jokes,Gazals,songs,and on request movies.Tour with all good foods are always remembered and so is with us.Excellent menu selection and efficiently catered.
In fact every thing was such a nice organised.

But But.........................Hold it,
London to Calais and back ,this area is always be remembered for bad memories.
@ Star office we reached in morning 5.00 am on 9th July 2016,for 5.45 departure and there was not a single responsible person available till 6.30am.Than TM Atul take us all form there to another destination and put us in another bus which was 58 seater and hardly there was any Leg space. Due to all this we reach Brusells late by three hours and lost one site to be visited.
On returning there was a bigger chaos.
From Calais we were to return by Tunnel channel but while at the entrance we could come to know that previous Star tour bus used our code and entry was denied to us .TM Sachin organised the Ferry service and to add to disaster after ferry, bus driver denied to operate bus after 12 hours working.On the way we changed the bus with luggage and reach Wembley office in night 1.00am 23/07/16 instead 8.30 pm on 22/07/16 (late by almost 4.30 Hrs)

Made us to feel that we r still with Indian company Ha Ha....
At the end this was a great experiance of our life.Will always book next tour thru STAR TOURS ONLY.

Best tour operator I have ever seen , best buses, best guide, best food

It was really a horrible experience with them. These guys can cancel your tour anytime.. not a trustworthy company.

They call in to say that my Paris trip is most likely to be cancelled. Because of this I cancel my Visa appointment and travel insurance etc. After that when i call them to cancel my booking and provide refund, they say they cannot cancel as tour can still go on if they get more booking.. really? Are you kidding me, you guys don't have ethics and keep your customers dangling from the edge.

Overall, a well organised Panoramic Europe tour.
Food requirements are well catered during the all days of the trips except one lunch. Long hours in the coach - however, the tour guide did a wonderful job.
The hotels were very good and some were excellent standards.
Charging extra 15EUR pp for Paris night tour (on the same coach) does not seem to be a good policy. Otherwise 5 stars.

Our family was very excited to go on a 6 day Europe trip. After a long wait the day finally arrived. Cant fault the driver and tour leader, They were good at their job and dealt with the schedule spot on.
The food was decent for the price we paid and locations in Europe.

However, They promised to put us in a 33 seater coach but we were extremely cramped in a 55 seater coach for 6 whole days.
Body aches were the first of our problems and left us with a painful experience. Never again star tours.
I wouldn't recommend it.

In my experience I guess the enjoyment of your tour depends on what kind of tour guide you get. Our tour guide didn't even looked like he was interested in his job. From the beginning to the end of the tour his announcements were very dull, he wasn't even trying. Most of the times was rude to the people....lot of attitude.
Talking about the places, Most of the times I didn't even felt like I was in a different country. All the places looked the same (country side areas). Switzerland and France were the only countries I felt I had visited because they took us to Geneva and Paris. Belgium also was ok...but Germany, honestly I didn't even knew when we were in Germany, it was just forest most of the time In Paris(day 4), we weren t able to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower because President Donald Trump was visiting Paris on that day so they closed it early but most of the people in bus got angry because of this and blammed it on star tours that they should have planned this accordingly which was fair because the major attractions of this 5 days trip were Eiffel Tower and Mount Titlis and now one of them was cancelled. It was even said in their itinerary that if on day 4 the visiting on the top of Eiffel Tower wasnt possible then they would take us the next day which they didnt... the tour guide started behaving rudely to everyone after all this and then also the rest of the tour wasnt great.

We went for Swiss express on August 2019. Was very bad. Tour manager was very rude. Felt like school picnic. Tour manager was such an arrogant guy. Felt very bad. I have heard a lot of good stories in the past about star Tours but my first tour with star Tours was a very bad experience. Most of the time spent on bus by taking all long routes. When we asked to change a movie he said technically problems and there are so myopic mention don't to put so here. Pathetic trip. Tour manager name is Wajid

Had a 9 day tour in Europe. Enjoyed it. Tour manager and driver brilliant. Lovely food and lovely people to be on tour with

I am currently on this tour started on 19th April and ending on 22nd April. This is a horribly managed tour ever experienced. First day of the tour the AC wasn't in working condition and it was a terrible day of travel with scorching heat. Second day the coach was changed and the seat recliner is not in working condition since then. There is absolutely nothing that the facilitator of this tour (Sachin) can do something about or the driver himself to make seat better. The mike doesn't work for announcements. To top it all, we are only rushing from one place to another with no comfort or flexibility given to even have a relaxed dinner. Overall not worth considering a vacation, it is more of a marathaon away from regular routine life.

Star tour is amazing. We booked 12 days Europe trip and it was awesome. their service are best. all hotels very excellent. food was extraordinary. special thanks to our Driver Sikandar bhai and manager Udaybhai. Sikandarbhai's driving was very smooth and he was so much helpful to us everyday. very nice person. Udaybhai did excellent job at managing everything. Thanks a lot to both of you for this amazing experience. I would highly recommend this tour specially if you are looking for Indian food in tour.

Essence of Holland and Belgium May 2019.
The tour was reasonably well organised. We did have few hickups but those were because of the situations beyond control. Our Tour manager (Ajay) was very polite, humble and helpful. He tried his best to accommodate everyone's needs (about 52 passengers) and was very apologetic for the couple of things which went wrong (even though the things were beyond his control).
The company also took care of the problems/feedback in acceptable manner.
Overall a good memorable experience.

First time Star Tour traveler. Tour director Ankeeta Singh and driver Rui are excellent at their job. Took the four day Scotland trip with family including my 86 year old father. They took very good care of his wellbeing. Kudos to the Star Tours team.

Amazing Experience on the Panoramic Europe Tour. The driver and guide was excellent.
The travel is quite long on this tour however the food and sights were amazing and the driver and tour manager were very courteous.
I would highly recommend this tour and wish to create more wonderful memories again next year.

I undertook 14 days Majestic Europe tour (without Disney) from 26 July to 08 August 2014 along with my family. I would like to place on record the immense satisfaction all four of us have derived from the tour. We had a fabulous group and yet more fabulous tour manager. Nanu really took very good care of all of us. He kept us enthralled with his comic sense. He was at the same time knowledgeable, articulate and expressive. His pieces of advice were really valuable. He always gave a feeling as if he had our best interests in mind and were offering advice putting himself in our shoes. I personally feel that without him around perhaps our tour might not have been so enjoyable. I especially remember his gesture of walking back to hotel (from restaurant) in Engelberg to bring back one of our tour members who was left behind. In short Nanu has been an excellent ambassador of Star Tours.

It was a great experience travelling

It was a great experience travelling with Star tours. The guide was fantastic. The bus captain was superb. The quality of food and stay was awesome. Except going all the way for Atomium to see it from outside was not worthwhile in my opinion. The leg space in the bus was very less, for a 9 days tour, was the only negative. On the whole it was a memorable tour.

Their sales office in Bangalore, India, is very professional in dealing with customers.

Keep it up Star tours.

I travelled with family with team manager Ann fernandis and Ne Juned from 18.5 to 22.5.2019. for panaromic Europe tour. Ann is well cultured ,devoted to his duty, jolly, entertaining and last very caring of all passenger .Mr Juned is also well behaved and very good driver . He does well. So full marka goes to both of them and star tour.

Horrible experience paid one week before still waiting for visa letter

booked 5 day Europe tour with them. They changed the itenary without our consent to take us to Luxembourg. They had so many other options to do incase the change is inevitable.

The travel agent/advisor on the phone was rude and was mentioning about the terms and conditions we have agreed when we booked the tour.

They decide where we have to go and offer no options in case of contingency/emergency.

They boast of their ratings and customer reviews with satisfaction.

Donot use them. They are rude!. Use any other tours it should be fine.

We been to panoramic Europe tour. Everything was beyond brilliant( Food, arrangements and stay) We would not have cover all the places if we travel ourself, we covered so many places with star tours. Special thanx to our tour operator Kaiwaan for best service and driver Collins for being so co-operative.

Great tour, well organized and value for money. These are the first few thoughts for Star Tours and its team.
It was our first time experience with them and we have loads of memories to cherish.
Starting from the pick up and drop service from Swindon, Hotels and accommodations(3* & above), delicious Indian lunch & dinner and continental breakfasts , clean coach , trained and friendly pilot -Allen and awesome Travel Manager - Karan, everything and everyone was great about this tour.
Karan was really helpful and kind to all the group members at all times, and managed to explain about the photo stops and places really well. He was really friendly and initiated many activities to mingle up with the co-passengers.
Allen was really skilled and managed to maintain the comfort for all the passengers during the long driving hours without any bumps or sudden breaks. We being seated at the last rows of the coach can easily tell this difference :-)
Talking about the place selection for the tour , its systematically done and covers all the major attractions throughout the tour. Some places at Paris especially were repeated ,but on request Karan gave us the liberty to manage our leisure time provided guidance appropriately.
Me and my wife had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour if you are on a budget and want to go many places hassle free.

Great trip and experience with star tours. Me and my family went on the 5 days PNER tour and it was well managed, with great food and sightseeing. I would say include Paris by night rather than optional otherwise it was a excellent planned tour.

We had fabulous time with star tours with Mr Jitubhai the tour manage and Mr Alan the driver at Brussels, Holland and Germany. We like to say thank you.

Booked a 9 day tour of Europe. Overall a great experience. Could do better with the food and organisation of the trip. More time to sight see and also time to do shopping. First time with Star Tours.

It is basically a Tour management agency which is serving the People of London from years. The management and staff of this Agency is most cooperative and customer friendly. They are operating number of tours with atmost care and perfection. Their AC coaches are mostly customers friendly. In short we can conclude that this is a most trustworthy, dependable and customer friendly Tours Agency which is the first choice for every one.

We had boooked BEST OF EUROPE WITH DYSNEY TOUR with star tour.
CONS
1. The time managment is worst.
Many attraction in tour, they coverd just to tick check list even we could not take photo.
On the main attraction like Eifeal Tower, they gave just 30 minutes to go UP & 10 minutes to click photo. Eiffeal tower is very crowded all the times.
On Rhine fall switzerland, they gave just 1 hours so we could not do boating.
On Automiun Centre in Brussels, they gave just 10 minutes
Above timings are including toilets timing on each stop there is 15 mins que for toilets.
While on cuckoo watch shop in germany, they gave 4 hrs which was not worth at all.

2. Coach is not comfortable with basic necessary facilities.
They will not let you use toilet in the coach only Tour manager (Mr Kersarp) can use it. If they would let us use toilet in coach we could easyly save 2 hrs a day.
Chairs are not comfortable, it does not have hand rest & foot rest. Where on this tour we have to spend most of time on coach.

3. Tour Manager was very rude & not helping.

1. Food quality & taste was really good
2. Hotels were of good standard.

We visited Paris on a 4 day trip early May 2014 with Star Tours and Manager Mr.Gareth . Gareth was very familiar with the place and presented to us very well and pleasantly.
Mr. Gareth is very friendly in attitude and very easy to move with.. We have very good memories associated with the trip and everything was very planned and went well.. I would recommend to friends and hope to avail another opportunity in near future..

It has been an excellent experience for us. I would recommend the Italy tour to all my friends. Loved every bit of it.
