This was my First and Last trip with Star Tours.

They failed on number of occasion to provide good customer service.

Tour manager Mr.Naynesh Shah was very rude.

Thi guys only show you places, they won't give you enough time to explore/enjoy it. If you really want to enjoy your holidays, please ignore. I hope Star tours take some action against the tour manager and compensate passengers, whose holiday was ruined and excursions were missed due to numerous inappropriate decision of the tour manager.
