We chose to take the 14 day Majestic tour to Europ...

We chose to take the 14 day Majestic tour to Europe without Disney on a friend's recommendation, but has turned out to be the a horrendous experience.

Let me put it down in detail:
#1. Early booking benefit provides you with a free night of hotel accommodation before and after the tour. We got a terrible Ramada in Ruislip which has mold on the Curtains.

#2. The rooms provided across the whole 14 days are super small and barely enough room to stand. If you open the luggage, then you can't stand.

#3. The rooms are mostly in 2 star hotels, with and exception of a couple that maybe three star.

#4. Mismanagement on the booking of events for Key places like Eiffel Tower

#5. Bus Drivers are very erratic, the first leg of the trip we had a great driver, and the second half has been terrible

#6. Some of the hotels had taken to had very mediocre or bad food for example in Rome, Zurich

#7. Taking folks to service plazas that have no veggie options when the whole bus was a veggie or Jain.

#8. Food distribution on the streets back of the hotel for 57 people , and giving tortillas instead of Rotis.

#9. Lack of empathy towards older passengers and their difficulty in case of visits to places like Versailles Garden on a Monday when no water or restaurants are open

#10. Forcing passengers to pay up in cash for optional tours during the trip, and making those bookings faster than key monuments like Eiffel.
