StackCommerce is a scam. Their listed phone is not in service. They don't have email. If you get sucked into their services, forget being able to cancel or get a refund - I know, I've spent hours with Amex on this - they fight you, over and over with their BS boilerplate "agreement." Stay clear of this company.
This is the worst online company ever. I would give them "zero" stars if possible. They have no phone support and do not answer their emails. I purchased $44.46 worth of merchandise and they gave me a refund of $5.88. Go figure!! I opened a claim with Paypal to seek support with my refund.
Bought a Prosonic toothbrush from this site, it was a month and a half before I received it. It did work well but I went to purchase new brush heads and found that you can not get them. Looked at the box and paperwork that came with it and found there is no company listed! This is a knock off from China and now I have to throw it away. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! IT'S ALL A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!
THE ADS ARE VERY MANIPULATIVE..THEY MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE BUYING AN ACTUAL PRODUCT WHEN YOU ARENOT.I NICELY ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY GAVE ME A LOUSEY EXCUSE.DONT DO BUSS WITH THESE PEOPLE.THEY WILL ONLY ROB YOU.
Sends me emails with no unsubscribe link. that's a CANSPAM violation by the way.
I purchased a product through GMA. It has been over a month and I received a Tracking number but the USPS has no record of ever receiving the product. I tried to communicate with your company about this issue but there is no way to send an email or make a phone call. So am not happy at all!!!!!!!!
tricky website with hidden disclaimers on hidden tabs.
I purchased the GeoZilla product and was unable to get it to work. My support requests fail to provide me with a solution even after sending seven screenshots. When I start GeoZilla, it wants me to buy hardware. I purchased a lifetime subscription and don't need to buy additional hardware. Going forward takes me to more addition hardware advertisements. The last screen want me to buy a ONE year subscription for $59.99. I own a LIFETIME subscription and don't need an one year subscription. When using the back button, I find more advertisements and again the opportunity to buy an one year subscription even after buying a lifetime subscription. The support reply says to look for a hamburger (three stripes), but it isn't anywhere to be found. I sent screenshots of all the pages for the app asking for someone to point the hamburger out. I have yet to hear back from them. StackCommerce closed the support ticket. I wrote a review about their failure to support me and how they won't provide a refund. They sent me a request asking me to change the review to say how wonderful I found their support. No wonder this company doesn't give refunds! They'd be broke given my experience of selling a broken app they won't fix or support! Stay clear of them and anything they're selling!
Read the fine print, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Don't order their cheap Airbuds, I did and they're not good! Tried to return them and I'm told because they offer such amazing products at low prices, all sales are final. Problem is that this isn't an amazing product!
Very bad experience, we were "mislead" by dave the salesman, then I tried to call the CEO Josh and their system says that they don't have phones, so I sent multiple emails for them to contact me...it's been several days now and nobody has reach out so far. This is a terrible way to do business, reminds me of the old saying "Buyer Beware".
These people are absolutely brain dead. They don't update their site certificates so google thinks they are spam. Customer service is a joke. Avoid doing business with their companies GIzmag, Mashable, New Atlas.
Bought some products from they, skipped half the products on delivery and getting customer service is almost non-existent. Would not recommend this company. Now their product is faulty but their customer service team won't answer the support queries! Bad company.
What an awful experience. My order from December 18 has still not arrived!!! these were Christmas gifts that were a complete waste.
The only reason that I gave this worthless company even one star is just so it would allow me to post. The company is trash. I basically bought a discount voucher for the product instead of the actual product I was led to believe I bought. Do not waste your time or your money on this garbage company.
THE SUCK DO NOT BUY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NOT REPLACE BROKEN PRODUCT NO CALLS NO EMAIL BUY FROM AMAZON
I paid for a course which was never delivered. I received series of emails that were unhelpful after I lodged complaints. It looks like a scam. I am still not able to get a refund. I don t know what to do.
Terrible customer service, and first time in my life that I get in to so much trouble shopping online. I placed the order, and in less than 5 minutes find out that they have terrible reviews. Then tried to cancel in less than 3 minutes, and they told me oops! we can not as your order on the way! Provided me fake shipping number! received the order in a week it is used and not working. no return, and I am now opening case with PayPal. This is my first experience of this type, and I am going to keep everybody away from these people by posting reviews in every platform.
Horrible. Placed an order on 7/4/2020, and received an email that it shipped on 7/15/2020 with a tracking number, and an expected delivery date between 7/16 and 7/19/2020. When checking the tracking number, no info was available. I made an inquiry to StackCommerce on 7/22/2020, and received a response the next day with the tracking info indicating that my order was "handed over to the destination country by the airline on 7/18/2020. As of 8/3/2020, I had not received my order, and there was still no updated tracking info; 16 days after the last shipping update. On 8/1/2020, I wrote another email to StackCommerce asking for info on my order. I received their canned response with apologies. They indicated that they reached out to the vendor for an update and would get back to me shortly. Well, it is now 8/4/2020, and there has been no response. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I will explore my options and take further action. I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews. I have learned my lesson. Buyer beware.
Three weeks to deliver a product that didn t work at the end. Cheap junk with no returns policy. Horrible customer service. Buyers beware.
I placed my order September 10th. Today is October 7th, still no item at my door. Here is a copy of the tracking from FedEx. It has said SHIPPED for a month.
They stole my money I never received anything from them and couldn t get my money back! Support is automated and doesn t care
LIKE NEW purchase at NEW YORK POST STORE, was all scratched up POS. The screen is damaged too. Customer service was all the same boiler plate messages over and over again. I sent the pictures to the credit card company, and disputed the charge, and they refunded my money after two months.
Worst service in terms of purchases. I bought a cloud storage coupon and figured the cloud storage company does not have any great features, I emailed Stack Commerce right away about me not being totally satisfied and requested a refund WITHIN 6 Hours of purchase. The company says its policy doesn t do refunds when the coupon is claimed. The cloud storage is none of my use now.
Ordered 3 products in August. We re supposed to ship 9/6. It s 11/14 and I ve not received the product and customer service stopped responding. This place is a scam!!!
Purchased a software, to which I was suppose to get a link within 15 minutes. Did not receive a link nor a reply to my inquiry throughout the day, so purchased same software, from a different website, to get an immediate access. When finally addressed my initial inquiry, refused to provide a refund. Untrustworthy.
They hit my charge card for $79.98. Not sure how they got my number. I am only guessing but perhaps they have a program that runs numbers until one comes up as valid. Not sure if that is true but I know I know nothing about. They do not pick up the phones and they do not return phone calls. Very suspicious. I am contacting the FBI today about them
Absent support. Having to go to card company to get a refund.
You should be careful on software purchases from them. They don't show anywhere on the order page that software is a non refundable purchase. Only after you purchase the software. Also I needed a VAT invoice for this purchase and there was no option to enter a VAT during my order. When I requested a VAT invoice after my purchase they said they are unable to provide me with one and I should create one myself using a sample template they sent me and the available details I had. That was the worst experience I ever had purchasing a software online. Be extra careful when purchasing from them.
I was disappointed with the manner in which their customer service dismissed my concerns about security surrounding my purchase, and was even more displeased by their refusal to refund the purchase after it was revealed that the service was significantly less than what was described. Be careful when doing business with these folks. It turns out they get into bed with some very sketchy businesses.
Please do not use their services, this guys are thieves! They will not refund any money, even though you can't download their products and they say they have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. I made a huge mistake, please do not do business with them. Please report them to the California consumer commission and the federal trade commission
Hi i have been trying to contact you as I was charged 380 AED on my credit card without my consent. Please provide me with an email or reply back.
Do not buy from this company. They sell scams. Here is my story: 1. I purchased a Planagram Lifetime Membership on Big Think Shop in January 2. After setting it up I posted one post to Instagram and it instantly worked. 3. Beginning February 7 I scheduled 10 more posts to instagram and all of them failed 4. On February 7 I asked Planagram on their platform's dashboard messenger to post the scheduled posts to instagram 5. Big Think Shop has literally no way of contacting support. None. So, I contact Stackcommerce on February 12. Stackcommerce runs the online stores for Big Think Shop, Mashable and more. 6. On February 19 Planagram finally replied with "Instagram posts can be scheduled to facebook, but not directly through our service. We recommend something like IFTTT. " 7. On February 20, Support for Stackcommerce told me that Planagram told them that they had emailed me. This was a lie. 8. On February 28, Stackcommerce informed me that Planagram told them their service was for scheduling to Instagram not for facebook to which I replied that I was trying to schedule to Instagram and not facebook. 9. On March 2, Planagram finally emailed me asking me to describe the issue I was having. 10. On March 3, Stackcommerce forwarded me this from Planagram: "The error this user has received is usually because of a change to their account, such as a password change. We encourage the user to remove and re-add their account with updated credentials, this would be the best way to resolve this issue." 11. I changed my password on February 25 because I feared retribution from Planagram for complaining and requesting a refund. There were no changes to my account until this day. 12. On March 6 I emailed this info to Stackcommerce and Planagram Support to clarify the issue and request a refund of $50. I am a new father who was looking to save time and be more organized. Stackcommerce is allowing Scam Artists to sell products online and as a result I have lost time and money that could have gone to my family. I warned them that if I did not receive a refund by Wednesday March 11, 2020 that I would post this on every post, review site and social media feed I could find. I am doing this in the hopes that no one else is scammed by these companies.
This company is awful. I purchased a Sam's Club membership and gift card that didn't work when I attempted to use, and then they would not issue a refund or exchange. No help from customer service and they somehow lied to Paypal to get them to not issue a refund either. I'm out $45 for "buying" something from StackCommerce.
Are you kidding me, you dont have any phone support?
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase! It seems ridiculous that you should need a computer for a mobile app. It s even worse that something I can t use has also been marked claimed when I can t use it, so I can t even get a useless store credit. Very disappointed that facebook would accept ads from this company.
They made bogus charges on my credit card for $1 and $00.00. Then they sent through my order Charge. Because they made bogus charges my credit card company threw my card into FRAUD alert and block all my Credit card shopping on Black Friday not to be confused with Cyber Monday. I now am in a long fight to ReShop all over again. This is hours and hours of shopping. The carts were emptied when I hit check out. now some sites are not honoring the Black Friday Deals because they are over and their system was setting up for Cyber Monday. I saved $800 on one order alone. I wait to do this shopping for the deals. NOW StackCommerce will not Contact me back. I can't even express what a Cluster this is. Money, TIME & Christmas presents DOWN THE DRAIN !!
Terrible so far. Charged immediately for 'free course' Offered five 1hr 'free' online courses - entered payment info and redemption code - immediately charged - sent email five times in last two days asking for credit and response - no option for immediate response -just an autogenerated email thanking me and saying someone would contact me in '2 business days.. 1 hr course was okay but many references to jsbin website were outdated and didn't match my screen even though I used all the recommendations - chrome, etc. Onlilne form is only method I can find to contact them; searched google, they use so many different names, some requiring separate id's and passwords. very strange. Names Stackcommerce, GDGT, etc. Funny how the charge was done immediately even though I entered a free redemption code, BUT I have to wait two business days. ie. THURS FRI sat sun MON. It's Saturday now so I hope I hear something by Monday.
THIS IS A SCAM. I am contacting my credit card, DA, and BBB regarding their business practices.
DO NOT waste your money and time , very very bad customer service, I ve waited for over a month to get my order and still not getting yet , the expected delivery time was 12/7-12-7 but not getting anything yet , I emailed customer service but no response, this place is scam , do not waste your money , this is a big lesson for me to read a review about any company before I place my order . I wish there is zero star to rate those scammers .
I got air bud wireless earbuds and they don't even take a charge. I have emailed them several times with no response. The earbuds were over $25 shipped and shouldn't be total junk. I am resorting to refusing the charges since their customer service is non existent. Buyers beware.
Not a good experience, you can't speak with a human. The 415 number is for San Francisco, the office is in Venice, Ca. The 415 number doesn't work. Josh Payne, get your act together...I wanted to give you a zero rating, but you can't post without at least a 1 star....
This site has falsely advertised Air Bud Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds! They absolutely do not hold a charge for 4 to 5 hours as this website advertises. I have repeatedly put them to the test in the past week since I received them and I have gotten precisely 1 hour and 20 minutes each time. ALSO, one of them cuts out constantly unless I have my phone about 18 inches from it at all times...defeats the whole purpose!!! AND they don't work independently (i.e., charge one while using the other) These things are basically garbage. My blue tooth that I have used for years holds a charge much longer and is more dependable than these !!
Horrible customer service. Did not read or address concerns sent to their support email. Continuously rude and condescending. Asked for refund because they were obviously not delivering promised goods/services. FRAUDULENT sale... never using their product offerings again!!
Bought a slim wallet at the Digg Store October 30th. It is now December 7th and still no wallet. Several emails back and forth and the service rep telling me the shipping information would be updated in 24 hours. That was a week ago. When you put in the USPS tracking number it simply says the label has been created, nothing else. THIS IS FRAUD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF you want to purchase something, buy it directly from the vendor, not these scam artists.
No stars. but they made me choose one before I could post. They took my money and never sent the items and offer only excuses. UPDATE -- The items finally arrived more than a month after they said they were bring shipped. They talked about "fulfillment issues" which I guess means they sold things they did not have.
I ordered an item that I thought would be great to take to Europe. At time of the order I did know it would take 10-13 days to arrive but did not know it was shipping from China. I would not have ordered. The item arrived after I left for Europe, so is of little value to me. I want to return but they offer 30 day return from the date it shipped. The item arrived at least 14 days after shipping. Information is not clear at ordering nor is their return policy posted at time of ordering. Buyer beware....you not be happy with what you get.
Purchased an expensive item, arrived broken, and they refused to send a replacement. Now I m stuck with a useless hunk of plastic and my money is gone. Customer service was non-existent. You re taking a huge risk doing business with these people - if you have an issue, you re out of luck, they ve already got your money. Avoid them at all costs. To the rip-off merchants who conned me - do the right thing and exchange my product and I ll alter my review.
Took 1 month (no exaggeration) to deliver a $150 product. Refuses refund. Said I should have read the terms which stated all sales final. Sure you got me on the fine print. Bottom line is you don t sell high end products online as final sale. And if that s your sales tactic, state it more clearly, and find a new business model.
Don't waste your money. One of their phone numbers is disconnected and another is just an answering machine. They took my money and I haven't gotten anything. No return emails. No email saying my item shipped. Nothing. No response at all. Their customer support doesn't exist. I called my bank and filed a fraud case.
I started two courses and I was disappointed with the audio quality (for example in the background you can hear children playing and running). I just think this is not professional whatever the value is in the course. You just can not take it seriously and expect that it would be good for you if the person who created the course did not take it seriously. I know that if I was the one charging people for my course I would take it 100% serious because people would expect from me professionalism and to give them some value and knowledge.
I purchased an online class and have not been able to access it. I have emailed them for help which did not help at all. I also asked to get my money back and it was denied. I also called them and no luck.
Do not buy anything from them! Cheaters!
This is pretty bad site. tried buying the item on it multiple times with no luck. they publish the item but always fails while checking out. Gives all random reasons like credit card decline etc. once they also asked me to provide the proof that i have the credit card by taking my picture holding the card. No other website had this issues ever. I by online all the time. I would stay away from this in future.
Currently waiting on response. Order was placed 9/1/2020 as of 9/22 nothing but crickets from Slack commerce!. Resolved! Thanks Erick and the team at Slack
I ordered two of their products and I just opened my package (sealed) and both boxes are empty. Just sent them and email and I hope they give me either a refund or what I ordered.
Cant refund on this site even if you made a mistake on your order.
These people are in the business of THEFT!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I bought a Grammarly 1 year premium voucher from StackSocial(A StackCommerce spawn). Apparently you can't use the voucher if you're already a user with a Grammarly premium account. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the product listing(See Attached). I've spoken to 3 different customer support representatives and they either respond(while also closing the ticket) with irreverent well-wishing-nonsense telling me that what I bought is incompatible with my current Grammarly user status(which I already know since that's why I'm creating the ticket) or they talk about how since StackSocial is too focused on giving me a great deal they have to sacrifice providing reasonable customer service because they are too incompetent to tell whether or not a voucher has been redeemed. Update: After speaking with a fourth representative, I was able to pick up on a loophole in their spiel. If I received approval from Grammarly, they would issue the refund. I had already chatted with Grammarly before this and they were the ones who suggested I speak with StackSocial. I sent a screenshot of that conversation and a refund was issued somewhat promptly. This company's customer service was still garbarge.
Somehow this company tried charging my debit card over $500, I never even heard about them, they made 8 attempts to use my card, 4 which failed, and 4 more which were authorized using my wifes card and even the 3 digit code on the back. I had to cancel the card and now I waiting and hoping that money doesn't come out because we never heard of or did business with this company. We have gone through so much stress over this, that's alot of money that would devastate our household. PLEASE BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES, CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT OFTEN
I never could access the course that I ordered. Since day one of the order, inquiries to the site just led me on a wild goose chase. They make you sign up for accounts and surrender your data to Mashable, StackSkills, and other websites, and there is still no access to a course. I am still inquiring about access or a refund, but I am not getting any help. I will try a little longer before contacting a third party.
Ordered a product and never received it. Asked for a refund since I needed to go with another company and was told "we only offer store credit" Awful company and customer service.
I ordered $100 of store credit from StackSocial for $80. Evidently, you cannot use a coupon if you're pay with store credit. Here's where the 1 star comes in. Nowhere on the checkout page did it say that purchases of credits could not be refunded, but I couldn't find a way to request one. I was planning to use these credits along with a coupon code, but the site didn't tell me this wasn't possible when I was buying the credits, it didn't tell me until I actually tried to use the credits with the code. This seems kind of shady to me, especially considering they were offering 20% off credits at the same time as a 25% off coupon code, honestly almost seems like the site is trying to bait people into a worse discount. Store credit, especially credit that is paid for with cash, should be treated like cash, not like arcade tickets. Coupons should work, but the problem I have is that this wasn't stated to me until I had made the purchase, and there's no automatic refund option for unredeemed credits. It's very sketchy and honestly makes me a little weary of StackSocial in general for any future purchases I may make. I have also submitted the below message to PayPal: StackCommerce, I purchased $100 of store credit for $80 with the intention to use my credits along with a coupon code I had to get a good deal on a piece of software StackSocial was selling at the time. After I had purchased the credits and went to buy the software, the system informed me that I couldn't use the coupon code with credits, and the coupon code was a bigger discount, so I used that. Now I'm stuck with $100 in store credit that I have no intention to use and that they refuse to refund. The credits are unused and no third party vendor is involved, so a refund should be simple. Furthermore, I feel I was bait-and-switched by StackSocial into purchasing credits that are worse values than coupon codes and not allowing coupons to be used with credits and not making it abundantly clear when purchasing credits that this is the case. The only place you can see that coupons don't work when paying with credits, as far as support told me and as far as I can find, is the FAQ, and there is no reasonable expectation for a customer to go through every question on an FAQ before making a purchase. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my refund, at which point my "hero" Daisy emailed me saying SHE provided the refund. I then got another email from StackSocial, asking if I'd like to update my negative feedback now that the issue was "resolved." So here I am, updating my negative review, and leaving it negative. I wish I could be more critical than I already was. This will be the last time I shop at StackSocial. I was only going to send this review to StackSocial's internal feedback, but then I got one more email from StackSocial. They had thanked me for leaving a review that apparently implied I "had a great experience shopping with [them]!" At first I thought the language was off and they were thanking me for leaving a review in general, but then I went back to the link they sent me where I could update my review, and it had changed to positive. Everything I wrote was there, but the rating was now positive instead of negative. I tested the link, and it seems StackSocial added a command to the end of the URL that defaults the page to pre-select "I'm Satisfied" when you go the site, so even if all you do is add text to your negative review and hit save, it will change it to a positive review based on the link they sent you. I can't share the entire link because I don't want to leak any personal information, but the command "&intention=16" at the end of a StackSocial review URL is what pre-selects the positive rating, take it away and the review loads up with whatever it ACTUALLY is. I honestly can't believe how shady StackSocial has been every step of the way, it's honestly worrisome I ever shared my credit card or paypal information with them. 1 Star, and I know it's a cliche, but I'd give 0 if I could.
Bought $102. Chromebook at the New York Post Store. The Chromebook is too old for updates from Google-Chrome, so it is basically useless. No refunds, no returns. These folks are committing fraud on the public.
I purchased a coupon, but Stackcommerce gave me a faulty coupon code (didn't work on the website). I sent a ticket, and received a (very slow) response with a new code. However, when I went to the website to redeem, there was no place to input the code, so I was charged for the full price of the product AND charged for the coupon. I have been trying to contact Stackcommerce for the past MONTH and have thus far only received two (very unhelpful) responses. I highly do not recommend this site to anyone. The customer service is extremely disappointing.
Purchased a set of wireless headphones from these guys about 3 weeks ago. They debited my account, never sent me a confirmation, nor did they send my headphones.
Stay away from this company! I ordered something and the money came out of my bank account. No confirmation of my order. No phone number to call -only emails with useless assistance. As of now I haven t received my order or gotten a refund. I will be taking further action to get my $100 back! Stay away they just take your money, read the other reviews!
Yep. Chromebook doesn't work. No tech support. RIP OFF JOINT. Don't buy anything from these jokers or any associated "web partners". It's a laugh. Take your money and disappear.
Refuses to refund a purchase: I purchased a 5TB backup plan promotion with Polar Backup. After realizing that the sub-par limitations of the backup service would not meet my technical needs, I requested a refund. Apparently, they have a "no refund" policy with their vendors. It seems like a scam to me.
Company delivered a fake non working product, not as advertised. Filing complaints with FTC, bbb and the attorney general due to the fact that they refuse to give me a refund. They are currently trying to force me into accepting a replacement to which I ve clearly indicated that I have no interest in. Consumers have the right to refuse a buyer sales agreement once the seller has introduced deceptive trade practices. In my case, they advertised one thing to me which I was willing to pay for but sent me a completely illegitimate item which was not as advertised. I have the right to refuse any business relationship with this company as it has violated my rights as a consumer. I have the right to a full refund due to the fact that this company has advertised goods with the intent not to sell them as advertised. Also, this company has made false and misleading comments to me as I was trying to remedy the situation by misrepresenting to me that I was obligated to accept only a replacement and not a refund as I had somehow unknowingly entered into some sort of agreement upon placing my order without signing any contractual agreement. I am making this review solely on my experience with stack commerce and not making suggestions to any other consumer going forward.
This company is a scam avoid at all costs. Do not waste your money all they do is store credit no refund. They have no customer service that can answer questions or help
The website worked well. Easy to order. Easy to pay. Unfortunately my order was cancelled due to lack of product. No offer to delay or be put on a wait list. Not sure if I'll use the site again.
Don't buy anything from these guys. support team sucks.
as a transaction processor, they are terrible. unable to complete transactions. other businesses should stay far, far away from their service
I ordered some power hand tools from these guys in April 2020. It is now June 19, 2020 and I have not yet receieved the items. Customer support GRACIOUSLY offered to return 38% of my money. Sounds like a great deal...for THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!
I never saw the product I paid for. The scam works like this: you pay, and then you're directed to another page where you are instructed to "enter your code [and] redeem your coupon". To redeem in this sense means you give up any refund before you ever see the product. I never saw the product, I asked for a refund, I was denied. My guess is this is likely how they make the largest share of their money. If a company won't back what they're selling, it's a virtual guarantee the product isn't worth having.
Complete scam and they automatically sign you up for a 7 day trial that costs $99 dollars after 7 days. These folks should be in jail.
Ordered well over a month ago and when I go to track shipment it says Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
Good experiences in the past but *this* time - not happy. Need help and not getting a response from support team (2 attempts) and there is no phone number to escalate my request for help.
Took my money, cannot contact them to shut off the subscription. No information on their website for customer contact or individuals. No phone number. Tried a pw reset, and no email from them to reset. Still trying to figure out how to stop the charges. Not good.
Stay away from this seller. Took my money, provide no service they have promised, refused to refund. Very rude and unprofessional.
STACK COMMERCE IS A BIG RED FLAG. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. i purchased a prima hd 1080 projector for $300 plus tax and they told me they couldn't locate the purchase. since i bought thru paypal i opened a dispute and then filed a claimed. PayPal support told me the money gets PUT ON HOLD once a dispute is opened. However, these liars claimed that once I make the purchase the money goes to the vendor and it is non-refundable, absolutley no returns. 300 is a lot of money, i'm still in the process of fighting this case. DO NOT SHOP WITH STACK COMMERCE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND OFFER LITTLE TO NO SUPPORT. 12/19/19 - the response from the Business is not accurate. purchased Nov 30th and i still have yet to receive a refund. do not shop with them.
I purchased 5 solar chargers from iDrop News Store for $109.90 on Nov 28 2017. Last movement was "En route to DHL ecommerce dist ctr" on Nov 30, 2017. Contacted the iDrop News Store on Dec 9 2017 and got a return email from "Diana Prince" (cute..but not helpful) saying they would look into it. Contacted again on Dec 18 2017 after hearing nothing from them. Still awaiting a response. But after this experience I will never consider another purchase from them.
Company is a huge scam! Their products are cheap knock-off brands. Beware!
sold me a defective Ockel Sirius B unit. Will not send replacement. told me how to fix it myself. Sent in report to BBB of L.A. They had some other things I wanted to get. NOT NOW!!!
Good luck buying anything from this company. They will not give you a refund- stated 15 day return policy. I bought a product that wasn t what I expected I wanted to return it to get a full refund on my credit card but they said the only thing they can do is to send me another one. I ve been purchasing products from this company for at least three years and I thought they were great until I had to return something. Don t do business with them
Fraudulent, beware of no refunds and terrible service.
I do not know how they got n2 my PayPal but I did not order ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY & REPORT THEIR SHANANAGINS TO the BBB & CONSUMER AFFAIRS...THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A MINUS STAR IF I COULD!
I purchased a Smart Watch Clone from an ad on idrop news from stack commerce several months ago. The first watch I received did not work properly, it was returned, another watch ( or even the original watch) was sent, it did not work properly either, it was returned, a third watch ( or the original watch ) was sent, it also did not work properly. Now they won t honor the 1 year warranty unless I send them a $10 money order to cover shipping costs. This site is selling defective products with all sales final. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!!!!!
You should be careful when purchasing a VPN service. I have noticed there is no return for VPN services after I had purchased. They don't show any no-return policy while you are paying. Once you have paid, then you will see a hidden word, FINAL SALE. The original VPN service provider has a 15 days return policy, which means a return is technically possible. However, StackCommerce superhero (customer service) told me that it is impossible due to technical issue. Her excuse was more ridiculous.
BEWARE..... READ FINE PRINT. NO OUT ONCE YOU'RE IN. I paid $30 for a self-teach piano program. I admit I did not read the fine print. I did get the link to redeem and I downloaded 1 of about 30 PDFs. It ended up being too difficult for me to manage alone. Customer service won't refund, and I can't use this so-called "easiest" program. I was foolish for not knowing Stack is the visible middle man for tricksters to hide behind.
I got the following e mail after my order was found to be defective. This was a month ago. I have sent them three e mails requesting assistance with this matter but they have not responded to any of my emails. Get this ******No Phone Support***** they use google voice. Save your money and do business with a legit company who is going to assist coustomers! /// -// -/// -/ Carol (Support Heroes) Oct 6, 9:31 AM PDT Hi, Your order is currently processing with the vendor. Terrible. I bought airbuds from them. Tried to exchange them however the emails they sent to me don't work in the fashion they are supposed to. Below so doesn't work. Beyond Frustrating. They now closed my case. SO DONE with them!!! ##- Please type your reply above this line -## This is an email to remind you that answered your inquiry and we're waiting for your reply:
AVOID SCAM MERCHANT A purchase of a solar charger was made using PayPal to this company on 2nd Dec. They have failed to deliver the product BUT TOOK THE PAYMENT AND FAILED TO RESPOND TO SUBSEQUENT ENQUIRIES
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a cold brew coffee maker that did not work straight out of the box. Contacted them immediately and they offered to let me return it BUT I would lose HALF of my purchase amount plus the original shipping cost to do so? If I chose to just exchange I would still have to pay shipping to receive a new one? WTH people? Why is it ok to sell defective products and then expect the consumer to pay for your negligence? They will not comply with their own return policies without charging you for the return!
I ve been waiting for an Alessi espresso coffee pot for almost a month. Order was confirmed on September 11 and today is October 7.
