Purchased a software, to which I was suppose to get a link within 15 minutes. Did not receive a link nor a reply to my inquiry throughout the day, so purchased same software, from a different website, to get an immediate access. When finally addressed my initial inquiry, refused to provide a refund. Untrustworthy.
