I purchased a cold brew coffee maker that did not work straight out of the box. Contacted them immediately and they offered to let me return it BUT I would lose HALF of my purchase amount plus the original shipping cost to do so? If I chose to just exchange I would still have to pay shipping to receive a new one? WTH people? Why is it ok to sell defective products and then expect the consumer to pay for your negligence? They will not comply with their own return policies without charging you for the return!
