Michelle Broadbent is amazing! I wanted to work on 2 specific things and within a year, she helped me accomplish both! She not only helped me to grow my agency, but helped me become a giver. I highly recommend Michelle if you want to better yourself.

I was always a doubter of coaching until I met with Karla from SW Consulting. I needed a nudge, and I am glad a took it. In my 4th year of coaching, I have used the tools, accountability, and time management skills to grow my practice above and beyond where I was prior to. I would recommend all sales professionals take a look at coaching with SWC and consider making the investment in your business and your future.

Southwestern Consulting has been fantastic for our business. Having coaches working with our team has given them each the confidence and tools to be successful and grow in their area. Each coach personalizes the coaching to the needs of each person so that they get the very most out of this experience.

Michelle Broadbent is an incredibly loved and respected business and life coach. I met her about 7 years ago at a time when my life was anything but successful. As a matter of fact, I was about to loose my own home to short-sale or foreclosure. As a real estate professional, I cannot begin to explain how low that possibility made me feel. Nevertheless, I agreed to meet with Michelle because I noticed she was walking out what she teaches her clients. Half way into our initial meeting she asked me what my long term financial goals were. I said to earn $500,000 annually. She said why not do that this year. After picking myself up off the floor for evening considering the idea, I took on her challenge and signed up for her coaching. A commitment at the time that seemed impossible to justify or afford. Long story short, with her coaching, mentoring, educational material and holding me accountable to my goals, I exceeded that $500k goal that year. I do not believe that would have happened if it were not for her coming into my life when she did. Thank you Michelle. Thank you SouthWestern Consulting. I have personally been in the Southwestern Consulting coaching program and I love it! The program is rigid but flexible. The coaches are supportive and understanding yet firm. They provide great techniques for salespeople that can be used in many different industries. Overall, if you want to take your business to the next level and need some additional accountability, this is the coaching program for you!

When I first signed up with southwestern consulting they assigned me a coach that I agreed with PRIOR to signing a 12 month contract with them. After a handful of months they assign me a new coach that I did not want. I asked them to let me out of my contract because I no longer had the coach that I wanted. I told them that I would possibly be a customer in the future if they would let me out of the contract. Unfortunately, they are more concerned with money than with relationships with their clients. They refused. I would not recommend using them for coaching.

My coach has helped me greatly. He has helped me narrow my focus and remain more organized. I also appreciate him as an accountability partner. The content that Southwestern Consulting has accumulated from their wide array of coaches and trainers is phenomenal!!

I worked with Michelle and was very happy with the experience. I was having some issues with time management, employees, and profitability when I decided to start working with her and Southwestern Consulting. She was able to help me thru those challenges and I've been much happier running my business since them.

Some of the biggest benefits I have gotten from coaching is better home life and communication with my wife and family, increased self-awareness, setting more intention with my actions, having more alignment and clarity around goals and vision, where to go, how to get there. Working in my business coaching, has helped me realize when I am not living into my vision and values allowing me to course correct faster and easier. Having someone to challenge me and probe with questions allowed me to come out of the urgent work, which is where most of my time was previously spent and focus on the important work of running and growing my branch and business.

Michelle Broadbent was amazing. She help us take our business from $400K per year to over $840K in the 12 months we worked with her. She is not just about theory. She is about action. She learns about your business and helps you grow in the area that needs to be grown. Hiring, Sales, Networking, Motivation. She is so talented and was a major asset to the growth of our company. She is worth every penny.

Sarah is great at keeping things on point and making suggestions to better our sales process. We have profited from implementing her strategies. I would recommend her and Southwestern Consulting to anyone looking to improve and increase their sales.

This is an absolute rip off. Do not waste your money and time with these clowns. A bunch of losers that have gathered together to rip off those who are starting out in their careers. They have the audacity to take you to collections. Do not sign a contract with these sleaze bags.

Southwestern Consulting is a life changing program. I entered the program last year looking for sales methodology training, management best practices and overall support in advancing and developing my career. During my time with the program, I was able to work with my coach on presentations, support for field work with reps, and overall coaching on how to be better in sales and a more impactful leader. Some of the most impactful takeaways from my year with my coach was the ability to have real-life, just in time coaching...not hypothetical situations as I had in school. I would present a challenge, we would work on it and then I would apply it and we would reflect together. One of the other impactful lessons I learned was the importance of treating others the way THEY want to be treated. Thank you to SW Consulting for giving me the tools and experiences to not only further my career but help me in my personal life.

I have had a really hard time with this company. When I initially signed up, I believe they misrepresented the cancellation policy and did not communicate in full that were I to cancel early, I would owe the remaining balance. I was not aware that I could not cancel early and when I tried to, they said I would owe the remaining balance of more than $3,000 for more services not received. The reason I was cancelling was because my coaching experience was lackluster at best. After six months, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the result of product and I am disturbed by the company's lack of ability to rectify this. Most companies after paying for a service you haven't truly received, will refund you, they have communicated that they will not. My coach no longer works there, which shows he had 1 foot out the door while "coaching" me. Why would I pay for 12 months of a service that I have not received for the initial 6 months? I am incredibly disappointed with Southwestern Consulting and would absolutely never recommend their services. Please beware of this scam. I was disappointed mostly with Jamie Hourahan though and his misrepresentation and manipulation.

If you are considering coaching you should absolutely do it, whether you are in sales or an executive or even an account manager, you can never be in a position that you can't be coachable. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful that I found Southwestern Consulting for my insurance agency. I was working so hard and just spinning my wheels and not having a clear path of where to start or what to do next to help with my agency. Only being in the program 3 to 4 months I am starting to see changes in my agency, and my managing and scheduling skills. it is a work in progress and I still have a ways to go but I definitely like the direction it is going. I would recommend this to any true dedicated worker that is willing to work hard at making your business better and more efficient. it will definitely pay for itself in the end.

We used SW Consulting and they crammed our needs into their cookie cutter sales approach.

Now I am not saying we had a great sales culture, but I am saying this would not have been the first step recommended by a well run consulting company.

How do I know this....Southwestern never looked at our financials! How in the world do you know the problems in our company without diving into the numbers? Basically, their informal assessment said we were not great salespeople. Next, they encouraged us to hyper-focus on selling. Then they subscribed us to their one-on-one sales coach where they continue to make money.

We did see short-term results in the first six months. However, long-term there was no noticeable impact on our bottom line. More specifically, if you jumped into our Income Statement then the only difference would be looking at how our cost went up for their consulting fees and our revenue stayed flat.

Essentially we got sold to by salespeople.

This is a solid team with a lot of talent. I appreciate all I've learned from being coached on how I can do better in my life and profession. I would recommend this for anyone who is honestly wanting to improve in all areas of life. Thank you to Jess Vogelpohl! Southwestern Consulting has been great!

The decision to engage Southwestern Consulting for professional coaching is proving to be more valuable than I initially anticipated. If I need her she is there even if it s not my 45 mins to spend with her she will find tome to help you with a struggle you may be having or facing. So far this experience in dealing with Southwestern Consulting has been very disappointing. They came to our office and did the sales pitch. There was never a contract or a period of time that was disclosed at the meeting. I signed up to see how it went. We were all told if its for you great if its not we understand. Come to find out, it really wasn't for me and the time commitment that they wanted me to give for phone calls and such was just something I couldn't do at this time. I reached out to them and that is when I was told that I signed a contract which I never did. The sales guy emailed it over to me upon my request. I reviewed it and noticed that there was a second page, something that was never passed out at the meeting. It was initialed for me by someone else and dated. Then he went on to say that I signed up for 12 months at 499.00 per month and that I couldn't cancel. We were never told about a contract. I believe he initialed it himself and dated it for me fraudulently. I have had to get my sister who is an attorney involved now and they are wasting so much of my time. I would stay far away from them.

Everyone I've dealt with at Southwestern has excellent communication skills. This is especially important to me both from a learning perspective and from a perspective of expected value of their coaching services!

Southwestern Consulting and Christina Gradillas in particular have been life changing for my business. I can't recommend them highly enough. I have overcome some bad habits in my personal system, and have gained some invaluable insight in how to manage better. I truly feel that this was worth the time and the money, and strongly recommend you utilize their depths of knowledge to your advantage.

This program costs way too much for what is offered. It s worth $99 at best. Contracts are a joke and the sales person didn t even explain the cancellation to us. She said we just have to write in to cancel if we needed to, then got sent a $2000.00 bill. This place, the people, it s all a scam.

Jeff came into our office and sold their coaching program. Told the people who signed up that if they truly didn t align with the program they would let them out no problem. That was 100% false. The coaching from my experience was less informative than reading a 10$ Motivational book you can get online . Literally had 2 calls and was completely baffled on how this worth 600 a month. Therefore Asked to withdraw from The program respectively as the services they claim to sell couldn t have been 100% further from reality. Now they want to charge me almost 3000$ to leave. I ve had training companies I ve been sort of that are 10x more expensive than this and even they will let you out if their program hasn t helped you. Completely unprofessional and shows you that even when the company can t back up the claims they sell they still would rather kill the client they couldn t help . Terrible

After coaching my one of my associates, I had heard that Marjorie was a top notch coach. Within 3 months, Marjorie came in took a stalled book project for 1 year and we are signing a publishing deal. Shes also lasered in on my commercial real estate business and things are also going great there as well. i had tried executive coaching before but wasn't impressed. We started quickly with much deeper issues than I thought we might address in business coaching, yet she was right -- I needed to address those as well up front to truly shift and perform to my higher inherent potential. Top marks! Highly recommended.
