Not particularly impressed with this facility. I was referred here for a broken hand. First, they called me to schedule the appointment. After missing their call, I called several times to set my appointment up and somehow they had no idea who I was or any info on me. How is that possible when they initiated the first call??? Then they wanted to put me out 14 days to have it looked at and get it in a cast. My injury at this point was already 5 days old, so I had to pressure them to see me sooner. I asked if they accepted my insurance and they said they did, but failed to make any of my appointments with the preferred providers. Long story short, after their shenanigans and having me in every two weeks to have my injury "re-evaluated", and performing a procedure that didn't even work, I ended up paying a huge amount of money to for something I probably could have just wrapped up on my own. Out of all of the nurses and doctors that I saw, only one of them ever introduced himself. Everyone else was just cold, callus, and herding us through like cattle. I will be checking my options out more thoroughly next time.

Phone hold times over an hour! Patient portal system- never get a response! Two different phones on hold for over an hour, no one ever answered. What a joke!
Dr. Caravelli spent a lot of time today viewing a host of medical records with me and discussing possible treatment options . He also spoke the following day with another family physician to ensure that everyone was "on board" with what lies ahead. Now that is first-class medical care!
I have to agree that the wait time on hold is crazy, averages about eight minutes for me. I've been a patient of The Center for about three years now; having had bilateral carpel tunnel surgery & now dealing with the need for bilateral joint replacement...Chris Stout is amazing! He is very empathetic & always takes the time to answer any questions & verbalize my options. I love the fact that he"s willing to exhaust all options before having me undergo surgery!
You will experience many things. If your real lucky, they will help. But its likely you will just have your time wasted and leave angry. Dr. Lily is a joke. Wait for 45 minutes to see this joker for a minute and 22 seconds. You see, this isn't the first time dealing with this guy. But it will certainly be the last. The Center places no value on quality of life nor does it respect your time or money. I'm sure there are good doctors there. He is not amount them. Reschedule with an alternate at your first opportunity.
Doc that I saw was nice and ordered a steroid injection for my neck for herniated disc. However its been 3 weeks and Im still not scheduled. I tried to set up the appt before I left and they told me no, that they will call me. No one ever returns my calls even though the answering machine says they return calls within 24 hours. Everytime I get a real person they cant shcedule me or answer my question and I just get transferred to the same machine. At this point I assume its the "we dont want to deal with you" machine. I finally got a call to schedule the injection. The schedular just said "injection" so im glad I asked for what because she had me down as a lumbar injection. I dont have lumbar probs and have never even been seen for a lumbar issue?! Im glad I didnt assume that they know what they are doing. She couldnt even schedule my neck injection because thats not what the paperwork said. I feel bad for the person who needs that lumbar injection and probably wont get it since they mixed up the paperwork. Or who knows? Maybe they will get my neck injection? Injections an injection right?
If you need prompt access, reasonable billing and phone calls returned, DO NOT enter the doors of this so called CARE institution. Each time I had an appointment I waited over an hour to see my doc in addition to the 20 minute early appearance the Center requires. The Center changed my appointment once, no phone call. I called to verify 2nd appointment and it had been changed again, with no phone call. I had medical records forwarded to their office, called numerous times to see if it was received. Finally got a call to confirm receipt of same, showed up for my appointment, no records. Saw the doc for 10 minutes, the bill was $320.00. Will never again step inside this office.
I have been attempting to schedule an appointment at the Center for the last week. I have made numerous attempts via their online process and telephones calls to no avail. At this point it is almost funny, but really more pathetic. Just out of curiosity I will continue to see just how long it takes for them to acknowledge my requests. I have seen a very similar review that indicated this challenge was fixed. It certainly does not seem so... SHOCKING ADMINISTRATIVE INCOMPETENCE!
We are excited to finally see Dr. Tein who has been recommended by his neurosurgeon in California Dr. Golshani. We moved here for my sons medical care and went to OHSU only to find they made multiple errors with my sons care.We thought we went to the right neurosurgeon but were mistaken. Finally found who my son was supposed to see in the first place,Dr. Tein, and are anxiously awaiting the initial appointment on Thursday with this highly recommended Neurosurgeon. Review to follow soon.
I do not think I can truly relate how poor my care was at the Center. I was kept waiting close to a hour each vist. I told both Timothy Bollom and Mathew Paluck what I thought was wrong. They laughed and did nothing for me. Go to Desest Ortho friendlier staff also.
Both my husband and I had separate, terrible experiences here. I would not recommend anyone to The Center. We both dealt with appointments booked so far out, poor communication, high priority paperwork (my husband had a herniated disk - needed surgery asap) sitting around on desks even with us calling to check on things, not getting phone calls back and the frustration of even reaching someone on the phone. I went to see a specific doctor and met instead with a brusque PA that didn't listen/hear me and I saw the doctor for about 30 seconds. I didn't feel like a priority at all.
I was beyond frustrated. It was a waste of time, money and energy. Each time my husband and I ended up going to Desert Orthopedics and had amazing experiences there. Learn from our mistakes!
My experiences with the Center Orthopedics and the wonderful Doctors who practice there have all been great. My results for ankle repair surgery and my total shoulder replacement surgery were AWESOME. I would recommend Dr. Scott Jacobson, he is an awesome surgeon.
As a new patient, all of the upfront intake was very fast and worked like clockwork. I also got into xrays within 5 minutes of my name being called and so the minimal wait times were very impressive. Dr. Holt was very professional and knowledgeable and all of the staff were very friendly. I would have given five stars but the entire building smells like mildew and mold of varying degrees and I can only surmise that it is the fountain. It seems like the level of mildew is beyond being able to be cleaned and most likely needs to be replaced.
My GP referred me to The Center for a minor surgery. My initial appointment went fine as far as wait time and care . My appointment was scheduled. Then my calls stopped being returned. I called 6 times in 2 weeks to ask what my out of pocket costs would be and never got an answer ( or even a return call ) . In talking to co workers I found this to be a common complaint . It seems The Center is short staffed in the customer service department. I moved my procedure to the Slocum center . Better service and better value ( and they could tell me what my out of pocket costs would be ) .
I am very pleased with my visit with Dr. Jacobson. He was able to diagnose the issue with my shoulder within minutes. After his injection and one week of physical therapy, the results have been nothing short of amazing. It's been a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. Jacobson.
My GP sent me to the Center after six months of trying to help me with my neck and back pain caused by muscle spasms from a previous injury. The Dr seem to have a good idea of what was going on just from our conversation and confirmed his theory with x-rays. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to fix the problem immediately, my MRI was scheduled the next day and I'm sure I'll be out of pain soon
I wish I could rate my most recent visit to The Center, but I can't, because I didn't have one. In early January, I visited my primary care office with severe back pain that had been increasing since December. The NP who saw me referred me to The Center, possibly for a trigger point injection. A week later, the pain was worse, and I still hadn't heard a whisper from The Center, so I called them. The receptionist told me that my case was "under review." I asked what that meant, and she said that the team was deciding which doctor to assign it to. I was puzzled, because it didn't seem to be a problem that would require extensive analysis at this stage, but I just emphasized that the pain was quite severe, enough so that I had left work early that day. I'd thought that humanizing the report a bit might help her understand the relative urgency, but she seemed indifferent, and she assured me that they'd get back to me. A few days later, the pain was disablingly severe enough that I got in touch with my primary care doctor, who immediately sent me on a different, and actually helpful, route (she was excellent). About a MONTH after the original referral, I got a chirpy message from a Center receptionist saying that they had received the referral. I ignored the call. Several days later, when they called back, I told the receptionist that that ship had sailed long ago, and she cheerfully went away. I myself don't feel too cheerful about The Center. I can see a place getting busy, but that kind of delay, with zero communication, seems to me inexcusably unprofessional and indicative of a callously cavalier attitude toward patients.
So far very bad experience. They were suppose to get me in this week for an injection in my back aor really bad pain. They took me off my pain meds but they take their time trying to fix the issue. I've called several times the entire week and not one time, did they return my call. I'm in pain and very frustrated. All this money wrapped up into this place and their customer service and communication is the worst ive ever had at any place. Now it's the weekend and no one called me. They can care less about the patients. I'm so fed up! Just got a call as I was typing this and the Dr said they cant prescribe me any medication over the weekend and I'm going to just have to deal with he pain and I should have called sooner. I told him I called every day for the injection and tried and he said nothing he can do. Wow! Lost for words.
I'm so disappointed by the uncaring doctor my mother saw today. He is a pain management doctor and she is almost 75. Her pain is a constant 8 she can barely walk and he is like she can only take lyrica and tylenol all the while saying we can do injections and burn your nerves however she has had many injections already and none of them worked. She is low income and cant afford much of the treatment he wants to try but he refused to give her anything for her pain. However, he said quality of life is important and acknowledged that she had noone at this point but said there's nothing I'll do to help you except continue to use expensive treatments that do not work. Norco works for her but he refuses to give her anything. He was a horribly rude uncaring man.
Not impressed. This was our first time experiencing a bone-break with one of our kiddos, and I would NOT recommend The Center to others. While the Doc was very kind, the operations of the offices were very unprofessional. No directions about how casts go on, how to get crutches, how to advocate for ourselves within the medical and insurance world. My daughter's leg still isn't healed and we are looking for second opinions. I am also submitting my own claims to insurance b/c they didn't do their jobs.
My experience is from 2018. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Center. I have visited many hospitals and surgery centers due to an extreme lifestyle and lack of concern for my then youthful body.
This is my specific experience with The Center. I had broken the entire knuckle off of my fibia, I had 2 plates and 3 large screws put in to repair it. This took place in winnemucca, nv. I was in the process of moving to Oregon, when I arrived I had no doctor.
As I was calling around, The Center was able to schedule me for a check up on the exact date my surgeon had recommended. Unfortunately they didn't accept my current insurance, thankfully they were able to guide me in the right direction as to how I could be seen at their complex.
Everytime I showed up, the process was the same, everyone was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. All the surgeons and doctors, were well experienced, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I had 16 weeks of recovery due to a second break I caused from continuing to work with my hard cast still on. They understand everything I went through and helped ensure I was able to get back to work asap and able to continue doing heavy physical labor beyond present day.
I'm beyond thankful to the men and women of The Center they made a huge impact on my life and I will be forever grateful for their dedication to their patients
The emergency room sent me to the now clinic for my fractured foot. They took me right back and treated me, gave me pain medication and set up follow up appointments. Dr Brock is AMAZING........the center is a place to go in an emergency when you break a bone.
I revisited the Center Orthopedic for an ongoing knee ailment. I had meniscus surgery on that right knee in 2013 by Dr. Bollom. Every PA I have ever been seen by has been very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. 1 1/2 years ago I had 3 Inflexa gel injections to that knee. I am currently covered by Medicare and have a relative that also received gel injections with a different brand as Medicare would not approve the Inflexa. I strongly advise for that brand through Daniel Ells and obtained that brand. He has been compassionate and very informative with my x-rays and Forest injection of 3. I will continue my orthopedic care through The Center as long as I have the need.
Dr. Hall and Kevin Kolcun are both professional, warm, caring people who instill extreme confidence in their patient(s). I can't possibly convey strongly enough how much meeting them, speaking with them, being treated by them and being encouraged by them helped me through pre-surgery, surgery and post-surgery. Each of them made an extraordinary difference for which I am grateful.
Absolutely the worst service in Bend. While the Doctors are very good. The wait time for anything is ridiculous. I requested an appt on line, it took 2 weeks for them to make the appointment and the appointment was made for 5 weeks later. 7 weeks from the time I requested an appointment to actually getting one. I also called to request a copy of my MRI to take to my new Doctor. An automated response informed me I had to request it online and it would take 7 to 10 days to process the request. I was on hold for 15 minutes before getting an operator who directed my call to the automated response. Check in to see a Doctor is another ridiculous process. Stand in line for 10 to 30 minutes just to check in, then sent to another waiting area to be called in. A 5 minute Doctor visit takes as long as 2 hours. Terrible service, I would never recommend anybody to The Center! If I could rate this a -10 I would.
Have you every had a surgeon for 7 years, then he turns around and sends you a phony letter saying he's not writing prescriptions for Chronic pain patients anymore, Just a lie. Labeled me for being a drug addict for taking 1 to 1/2 pills a day. Then doesn't ease you off of them slowly, Just says no more. What kind of surgeon is that. How dare you play god.
At The Center I have a knee doc, Bollom, a Foot doc, Moore, a hand doc, Verheyden and Dr. Nelson who does my joint injections to keep me in motion while putting off getting a new knee. My doctors and their medical assistants are fabulous It is rare to have a prolonged wait time and even if there is I am OK with that because when it is my "turn" I never feel like my docs are rushing through my appointment. They spend time with me, answer my questions and keep me in motion. In short,,,,I love my docs at The Center and would go no where else.. Nadine
I had been walking around in pain for two weeks. I decided I couldn't do it any more. I was able to just walk in and ask for an appointment. I was seen quickly by friendly staff. The doctor was attentive and answered all my questions. He gave me the information I needed to relieve my pain.
I was referred to the Center by my PCP. My initial appointment was with Dr Coe. I found him to be caring, professional, and personable. He ordered further testing to determine the severity of the Carpal tunnel which would determine appropriate treatment options. I was very satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend Dr Coe and all staff at the Center.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to someone else's appointment, and we saw Raymond Tien. He was incredibly rude straight away. He sat down after introducing himself with his laptop open and did not look up once from it. After a few mins of both the patient I came with being uncomfortable with this and myself, I simply asked very politely if he could stop looking at the laptop because it's making us uncomfortable like he wasn't listening. Instead of just stopping or better yet, apologizing, he argued he was paying attention and he wasn't going to stop. After insulting the patient over and over again about his condition, which he was unclear about...so unprofessional...the appointment ended and we started to walk out. The Dr was behind us and he was putting his laptop against me to "shoo" me out. I felt incredibly disrespected like an animal, so I stopped to tell him that I am sorry if he was having a bad day or was tired, and that I noticed he had red eyes, and before I could go on he came even closer pushing me with the laptop and breathed down my neck. The breath was warm and MOIST, so that was the last straw! When I complained to the cowardly CEO Mike Gonsalves, he was passive aggressive and didn't seem to really believe me. However, at the time, I thought it was nice that he asked what I'd like and I said I wanted an apology and a promise to not treat other patients like this. He did send the apology. It wasn't from the Dr. at all though. Plus, instead of sending it to the patient I came with and myself, he sent it to "Linda" who I do not know. When I called to ask what happened and why did the letter not get sent to the right person, Mike sent a letter to the patient telling him he would not be welcome there anymore. To make matters worse, when I called to ask why, they told me it was because I was "abusive" and because I am the patients spouse, they could not treat him. I am not his spouse. If they can't get small things right like this, then how can the be trusted by patients to do anything medically related?!?!?
I have been with the Center almost as long as you've been open. The last 10 years has been amazing. For an example: Not only has Mike Wulf saved my foot a few times. He has also been a mountain of knowledge so I can learn to take better care of MYSELF. I've been helped by many other Dr's, PA's' & Nurses in so many ways I can't begin to count. I can only say thank you for ALL you do at the Center. I love you guys! :) Truly, Dean Prescott
While walking across a street during a trip to CA my husband & our dog were hit by a car at 50 mph. The driver admitted to being distracted & racing the car next to him. After 3 terrifying weeks in hospital & 9 surgeries in CA he finally got home where he received excellent care from the very brilliant & compassionate care teams of Dr Caravelli, Dr Coe, Dr Hinz & Dr Jacobson at The Center. They provided 4 additional surgeries & the excellent all-round care so that Steve could heal to his max & live a better quality life. We are grateful for & love our Doctors at The Center Bend, OR
To the owner i am sure you know the story by now.Saying i am going to get belinda in trouble for violating hippa code is not a threat. That is wrong. It was a statement. That is a fact. It is not surprising that you sent a certified letter telling me i am no longer welcome. Most people have a hard time admitting there WRONG.WAY TO GO. When i went to school. They did not hand you a computer in the third grade. And send you on your way .They TAUGHT MATH AND CURSIVE .WHAT A CONCEPT
The Center is a great place for a hip replacement; however the billing department is totally incompetent. Impossible to reach via phone, I was lied to about payment prior to my operation; it is impossible to get a phone call through to them. Tried twice today for a total hold time of 53 minutes with no answer; very non professional.
I had surgery from Dr. Heinz at the beginning of July and everything went really well. His staff that were on his surgery team that day were very impressive. I suffer from major anxiety and they were able to reassure all would work out well. A few weeks later I had a mishap and drenched my hard cast on a weekend. Their on call PA Scott Tyler returned my call within minutes and squeezed me into his schedule. His bedside manner was just very pleasant. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient as he had to recast me lower leg. I am very grateful to my entire team from the beginning and through this process. Thank you all!!
The care I received from Dr. Anthony Heinz was excellent. Would HIGHLY recommend him for all your nero foot needs. Thanks again Dr. Heinz the care you gave me was superior to what I received at another facility. I will now be able to return to all the outdoor activities and the active life style that my family and I enjoy so much.
These guys had me come in for my spine injection for a double herniation at my L5 S1, performed by dr Matthew palluck. I come in and they start doing their thing, this guy stabs me in the spine 5 or more times trying to get this needle in the right place to deliver some steroids or something to help with my 2 herniated discs. He then decides he is not able to do it, tells me he is not going to try again, and that I should file another appointment with his partner on the way out. I then get an invoice for the full balance of the procedure. Needless to say, I'd rather let a hobo take a crack at this than trust these clowns again. These people are crooks looking to make a profit off the misery and pain of others. Their licenses should be revoked and they should be barred from performing in the medical industry ever again.
Dr. Bollom and the folks at The Center are a first class operation. Every person I have dealt with has been courteous and professional. It s nice to have a doctor you can have a interactive conversation with. You can tell Dr. Bollom is really listening to you. He asks clarifying questions and decisions are made both medically and based on what you want to accomplish in your life. I recently had surgery. After the decision was made it was only two weeks and the surgery was complete. The admin staff was on top of the situation from start to finish!
Dr. Roth and Heather are absolutely AMAZING!! Dr. Roth performed a rare surgery on my daughter late last year, and will be doing another surgery for her in a couple months. There was no doubt about going back to him! I recently had a issue, and my first thought was to see Dr. Roth and Heather. They of course did not disappoint! Thank you guys!! The Reeves
To those considering making a sojourn to The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care & Research clinic, you are on the precipice of a truly excellent life choice. Let this brief write-up help guide you through your experience to come:
Your journey begins with a check-in at the reception desk, where one of The Center s helpful receptionists will dutifully and compassionately attend to your needs. Rest assured, all receptionists have been hand-selected to be devoid of any semblance of personality, politeness, or cordiality, and are highly trained in such skills as: 1) acting inconvenienced by your need for medical attention; 2) appearing bored and as though they d rather be anywhere else, doing anything else besides, well, their job; and 3) mastery of general surliness.
Next, you will be whisked to a most comfortable waiting area, equipped with the latest in questionably sterile chair technology. After a brief wait, one of The Center s operations administrators (not to be confused with a medically trained nurse) will greet you with a friendly scowl. He ll churlishly fire off a battery of questions to help you settle in and ensure that your medical needs are addressed to the highest standard; did you know, it turns out the best medical treatment is ensuring that The Center is able to extract as much money from you as possible. For instance, if you come in wanting to ask about two separate issues, say, bruising associated with De Quervain s tenosynovitis in your left wrist and pain after a 12-mile run in your right knee, you will be gently objurgated for not making two separate appoints for each (minor) issue. This is because The Center cares about you, the patient, and is certainly not concerned about maximizing their profit margin. And don t worry, should you forget, The Center s administrative staff will be there to castigate you for your gross oversight, and will then ensure that you are seen by the best and most condescending PA available. Doctor? you ask. Where do you think you are, Canada?
The Center would never treat its patients like cattle, with medical issues to be milked for maximum profit, and the staff of The Center are always respectful and understanding, delivering a high level of compassionate care. It is for these reasons The Center has earned the highly esteemed rating of one star.
Also, when traveling outside the continental United States, consider visiting some of The Center s recently opened satellite clinics, located for your convenience in:
Hoeryong camp, North Korea Xinjiang re-education camp, China Sednaya correctional facility, Syria Sabaneta correctional facility, Venezuela
Options to explore before resigning yourself to a visit to The Center include, but are not limited to:
1. Walking it off, or, if your legs are broken or otherwise inoperable, crawling it off. 2. Drinking copious amounts of alcohol (turpentine will work in a pinch) to numb any pain you may be experiencing; the stronger the spirit, the better, and remember, spirits are most effective when ingested undiluted and as rapidly as possible. 3. Seek medical attention in Mexico, the drive is well worth it if it means avoiding The Center. 4. Consider severing any affected limb(s) yourself; is the limb(s) something you really need? Is it worth a trip to The Center to keep it? 5. Visit a witch doctor, the holistic thing is all the rage these days, ayahuasca anyone?
Easy enough to locate. Plenty of parking. Nice friendly smiling faces. Too much red tape, too long of a wait time. Feels like being in Limbo somewhere. Waiting waiting waiting. If there's a choice go somewhere else instead.
This place discriminates. The lady knowing that a person from a disability job coaching place helping me find a job. Well the lady at the center said we don t hire. This place needs to learn that discrimination is not ok and is against the law. What horrible people that work here
The real problem with The Center is that it is owned by the core group of doctors who have no oversight like you would find at a Hospital. This allows them the freedom to treat patients as they please. I have had multiple back surgeries and now after almost four months, I cannot walk. They seem to just want me to disappear because I am older and shouldn t be walking anyway? I am in pain everyday and nobody cares.
Dr Ward and his team are fantastic. They truly care, treat me like a friend not a number, the Courtesy, Dignity and Respect was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you Dr Ward and team. God Bless all of you.
I went to the Center Now Care today for a knee injury. The service there was great! I went through the check in process, went over to the waiting room and was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor was in my room within 10 minutes, sent me to x-ray and was back to my room in minutes. The doctor came back in immediately, went over the findings very thoroughly with me and set me up for a bone scan. Which should be done tomorrow and will go back in to get the results. Very impressed with everything about my visit.
I have been struggling with an extremely painful back problem for the past 5 months,& have seen a lot of medical professionals & had various treatments, none of which were successful. My whole life has changed due to this problem, & not for the better. When I went to Dr. Nelson at The Center, I began to feel hopeful for the firsttime in a very long time, because he really listened to me, took the time to explain what was wrong & what options we had to reduce the pain. When I left The Center & began the treatment he prescribed, I was amazed because I could stand & walk without pain within 24 hours!!!
In addition, the people at The Center are so helpful & have such a can do attitude. The office has such a positive vibe, it just really was such a complete change from the other places I have visited for help with this problem. I wish I would have gone to The Center 5 months ago! I can t say enough great things about my experience & I will never go anywhere else for my medical needs! Thank you Dr. Nelson & Carla at The Center-you re awesome!!!
Dr. Nelson makes my visit for shoulder injections painless and pleasant. If anybody is thinking about having this done I would suggest having it done here at The Center and with Dr. Nelson.
Poor customer service, no respect for the patients time, repeated appointment times changed, lack of availability, poor resources, bad experience all around.
There are some good doctors at the center but it s too bad that s where they are located. The Center only cares about money not people. They keep patients waiting forever for appointments. I am literally sitting in an office and it s beyond a half hour passed the time a test was supposed to start. My time is just as valuable as theirs. But your not treated that way here. You re just a number.
This place is all about the profit. Cram all the patients in and make them wait. Their walk-in care isn't walk-in at all but rather wait until the PA has time for you. They charge high rates but for low service. this place is not patient focused but rather all about the high profits to be made in orthopedic speciality care.
Update... I give these folks a second chance and have had much better luck this time around.
Always seem to be put on hold for an extremely long time when I call for follow-up questions or when returning their calls. Cannot seem to get a return call from the doctors nurse regarding an injection despite being told a month ago I would receive such a call and also leaving a message for her to call me.
In looking at their reviews here, I find it interesting they only respond to their reviews if the review is positive. :-(
I went to see Dr. Hall at The Center for an issue with my hip. He was one of the nicest doctors I have seen in a long time. He was extremely friendly and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend Dr. Hall to everyone.
I was a 30 year career Fireman in Southern California. My family and I had a few Dr's and went to a couple of couple of hospitals, including the one at UCLA. And we had good care.
But the Care, Knowledge, Skill of the Dr's and staff at The Center is by far the best I and my wife have received.
This building is welcoming and comfortable. The receptionist are helpful and polite. The nurses are pleasant and skillful at their jobs. And the Dr's are the top of their chosen field and as busy as they are. They take their time and explain things to you.
None of us want to go to a Dr. But if and when you need too. You cant't go wrong at "The Center".
The only thing good about this place was they told me in advance that my medical insurance may not cover the visit. Waste of time to inhale mold and chemicals coming from that filthy fountain. Don t ever wanna go back.
Dr. Michael Coe is a GREAT surgeon. He helped me staying late on the night before his vacation to perform a long surgery (in my oppinion anyway). He has wonderful Dr assistants. Using layman's terms, I was informed on what my procedure intailed and what to expect now and in the future. He listened to my concerns and didn't rush my visit. Surgery is the norm for him not for us and he understands our anxiety. THANK YOU DR. COE AND TEAM. I'm truly grateful. Sherri Price
Dr. Hall is the most talented and caring surgeon I've ever met. This incredible man put my husbands arm together again after a near amputation. In a time of incredible terror, he instilled an equally as incredible amount of confidence and comfort. You sir, are one of the good ones!
On a side note, over the course of 6 months of aftercare treatment at multiple facilities, we faced no issues with billing or scheduling. They were prompt, thorough and always welcoming. You can imagine the amount of medical bills from lord knows how many different facilities/independent physicians and anesthesiologists.. The Center was the only one that I didn't have to fight for months with to correct their billing. In fact, never even made any phone call to their billing department.
What I do know is, if I had the choice to deal with a subpar office staff in order to get the best surgeons and medical teams, I'd deal with the subpar office staff with joy. However, that was not our experience.
Thank you Doctor Hall and thank you to The Center!
