I have had a really hard time with this company. When I initially signed up, I believe they misrepresented the cancellation policy and did not communicate in full that were I to cancel early, I would owe the remaining balance. I was not aware that I could not cancel early and when I tried to, they said I would owe the remaining balance of more than $3,000 for more services not received. The reason I was cancelling was because my coaching experience was lackluster at best. After six months, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the result of product and I am disturbed by the company's lack of ability to rectify this. Most companies after paying for a service you haven't truly received, will refund you, they have communicated that they will not. My coach no longer works there, which shows he had 1 foot out the door while "coaching" me. Why would I pay for 12 months of a service that I have not received for the initial 6 months? I am incredibly disappointed with Southwestern Consulting and would absolutely never recommend their services. Please beware of this scam. I was disappointed mostly with Jamie Hourahan though and his misrepresentation and manipulation.
