I am so thankful that I found Southwestern Consulting for my insurance agency. I was working so hard and just spinning my wheels and not having a clear path of where to start or what to do next to help with my agency. Only being in the program 3 to 4 months I am starting to see changes in my agency, and my managing and scheduling skills. it is a work in progress and I still have a ways to go but I definitely like the direction it is going. I would recommend this to any true dedicated worker that is willing to work hard at making your business better and more efficient. it will definitely pay for itself in the end.
