They are so on top of things. Prescriptions are called in almost immediately. My mother who is almost 90 loves dealing with them. They are the most professional and calmest group of medical professionals we have ever seen.

I cannot believe what this place has come to. I had a horrible experience with my last visit. Dr. McCartney is a poor excuse for a doctor. I was very concerned for my daughter and her symptoms. She completely dismissed my concerns and my daughter. Claiming nothing was wrong and it should go away. She made it seem as though it was an inconvenience to do her job and make sure my daughter was okay. Not sure what happened to this place... that doctor should work on her bedside manner and show a bit of compassion for scared mothers/fathers and sick children.

We have been at this location for 30years. When it was Southboro Medical Group we had excellent and efficient care and service. Since Reliant has taken over it has gone steadily downhill.

I've been a lifelong member of Southborough Medical Group. I've always had great care, and even now that I have appointments twice a month I've only had one billing issue which was very easily fixed.

An absolute disaster. While being treated for an illness, I was constantly harassed by nurses with multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Apparently, this operation is entitled to an immediate response within the hour for something that really isn t that urgent. If you get sick, be prepared for a massive headache in addition to your sickness. These people have zero understanding of how to communicate respectfully to their patients. Will not be returning.

I have been a patient at Southborough for decades. I love my doctor. But, I distinctly dislike the support around him...nurses who don't like their jobs or the patients and receptionists who do not listen and cut you off when you talk; difficulty with billing and processing insurance. Always an effort dealing with staff. The general attitude is that patients are an inconvenience in their day. I believe this attitude exists because of the way Reliant manages staff and how they evaluate performance. I am sorry that this is being said on a public platform but, unlike the old days when patients were surveyed privately, Reliant does not provide a venue for feedback. Hope the right people are reading this...your in the business that serves a calling, providing medical care, not in business of making money through medicine.

Don't try to get a referral, they'll waste your time by transferring you around from department to department telling you to book with them even though their phones aren't working so you are unable to book an appointment with their doctors any way.. really upset with this recent experience.

By far worst experience I've had for a simple drug...

By far worst experience I've had for a simple drug test for new job and Dr decided to question 1out 4 other meds I take felt discriminated against it's not a med they just to everyone its private,Anyway all meds side effect is drowsy but he pulled on that one med and wasn't sure id be capable to do the job in which I told him been on that med for over 10 weeks or more also have been driving running machinery etc.He insisted on knowing job title I was applying for I told him and even had employer talk directly to doctor Which is Unprofessional of this doctor to question a a client I was there for a DOT drug test and physical if I couldn't perform work duties on that medication im prescribed I'd have a doctor's note and wouldn't be needing a DOT Exam.
At the end of test Doctors Secretary was Unprofessional & Rude I was concerned about what the Dr had told her over my certain medication When I asked what the issue was I got a rude response.I definitely wouldn't recommend any one privately at all especially at DOT Exam at this facility

If I could give 0 stars I would. Choosing to go here for your medical care is a big mistake. I would say the service level goes beyond poor and some members of the staff here actually seem to make decisions detrimental to patient care deliberately and maliciously. They should not be in business.

A first class one stop medical facility. Good doctors; Lab, Specialty and Optical services. Early hours for lab work is a real plus. Excellent automation for data sharing between departments and specialties. Comfortable waiting rooms and a relaxing environment. I've used this clinic for over 20 years.

I ve been a patient here since I was born.. the practice used to be amazing, especially when Dr.Ostroski worked there, over the past few years this practice has completely fallen through, the doctors are rude and insensitive, the nurses don t fully comprehend what you are telling them ever, they re always late, they never seem to want to help or figure out what is going on with you, they just prescribe you some drugs and call it a day, I m horrified by how I have been treated recently with so much judgement, after being with this practice for many years, I ll be saying good bye, deffinetly not worth anyone s time and money.

Been coming here for years and ever since reliant took over, everything has become way more complicated and slow. Like requesting medical records used to be almost same day or the next, now it's a minimum of 5 business days. Also my PCP has become less attentive and my records online are not being updated properly with all my health history after several requests. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Starting to look for a new provider cause I'm just fed up.

This place was AWFUL. The lady at the door did not even know where the office was located. The first office we went to was very helpful. The second women in suite 3 was disgusting. Just the way she spoke to you made you feel so uncomfortable. Talking so loud so everyone could hear. Very unprofessional. The women in the rehab center was so rude. She had no idea what was going on. We were 20 minutes late because you had to walk to each different office to find where to go. Which made it a no show when I was there! She did not care at all. What an awful experience. I will NEVER go there again. You go in for a problem and they all make you feel worse!

We had a very good experience at this clinical facility. Practices communicate with each other and everyone is very respectful. Pediatric office has especially served us well. Love all the providers there.

Called to speak with the on call nurse, did not receive a call back (over 6 hours). After many calls back to the office the receptionist said the nurse called a number that is not affiliated with my information. Then I was placed on hold until the facility closed and the call was never picked up. I waited 30 minutes.

I have been a patient there for many years. Dr. Baht is a wonderful doctor.
I have multiple issues with chronic pain, and other things, which I prefer not to discuss however they do include heart, lung and blood clotting issues.

I don t understand why they refuse to diagnose my problems instead of a collective Band-Aid non solutions.

Joan Zamberetti Will not even refill a simple prescription that I absolutely need since my primary care doctor is on vacation. This has happened quite a few times. With the exception of Dr. Baht .... some NP s are fantastic but also some hear you but they do not listen ! Choose wisely. It s Extremely frustrating and possibly could even be life-threatening to me and perhaps other patients.

A lot has changed. I was a patient since childhood. The specialty department are not that friendly and leave you blaming yourself for diagnosis instead of treating the patient with kindness the doctors in that department just see you as just another sick patient. Unfortunately these stories have now replaced my great childhood memories of what good medicine was once like there.

I moved from rhode island 3.5 years to Marlborough...

I moved from rhode island 3.5 years to Marlborough and my concerns was to find a pediatrician that i would trust like i did with my kids previous pediatrician. Likely i found dr Gyltrom who is so humble, kind and takes time with her patients. Thru out these years having her as my kids pediatrician has been a blessing and they love her as well. All i can say is that I'm blessed to have her as my kids pediatrician.

This place used to be a good facility. Now it is a mediocre place that can never seem to get anything right, I scheduled my appointment three weeks ago and was told my doctor couldn t see me until the middle of September but that the nurse practitioner could see me the following week. I said no thank you as the last time I saw that nurse practitioner I ended up in the hospital due to a poor diagnosis and not properly listening to my symptoms. (What I described as pneumonia she persisted that it was post nasal drip and then when I requested a chest x-ray she said I didn t need one. A week later I ended up in the hospital for several days.) anyway, they said ok we will schedule you in with your doctor on the 19th of September. I get a notice in the mail a few days ago saying I missed my appointment on the 4th of September. I called them to speak about this and they said it was my mistake and that they can t see me until October now. I told the receptionist that they must have had a mix up and had the wrong date in their calendar. She says that s impossible and that I have to wait another month.... when I tell her that I need to see him her response was aww well, things happen. We can see you in October.... seriously?! Get bent Southboro medical. I ve been a patient there for the last 27 years of my life... not anymore. Bunch of uncompassionate and inconsiderate jerks.

I have to say that the only thing Southboro Medical Group cares about is making money. I had a snafu with one of my online payments for a bill. By the time I tracked it down and it was a small bill less than 120 dollars, they referred me to collections. Not only that but the collection agency put a ding in my credit report. After I tracked down that I did in deed make the payment and got it all sorted out. I found out that there was an action in my credit report. I am completely outraged. I will no longer seek medical care from them and I would tell you to be very very wary of any company that would put someone with insurance who made many payments in collection for a minor bill. This is a horrible clinic and they have no customer service....I

Called the business office because I received a claims report from my ins.co. and wanted to know if they had charges pending and the woman raised her voice accused me of yelling at her and threaten to hang up. I didn't even raise my voice to her. Told me I had a 0 balance and when I wanted to ask another question she said she was hanging up and ending the call. Wow I thought I was the patient and the one that would of been given help. I got accused of doing something that never happened, probably because she didn't want to do her job. ONE STAAR IS TOO MUCH, unless they fire and hire nicer people.

I like the doctors and the care. Last year they were bought by Reliant. I'm not very happy with them. Reliant is more difficult to deal with for billing, they added additional "services", like annoying phone calls. You can't pay your bill in person any more, you either have to sign up for an on-line account, or you have to call and wait on hold to talk to someone. Recently my health portal account was disabled for no reason. Just a lot of annoying facets all because they are now owned by this larger company who feels a lot less friendly than the local management used to be. If I was starting over trying to find a place to meet my health needs, I would look elsewhere rather than Southborough because of this.

My whole family goes to this location n we have been for over 10 yrs. On Monday the 31st my Dr had me come in for a lab. I went n had the lab done. I called the next afternoon n was told i would get a call within a day. It is now Friday April 3rd n i still do not have a answer from my lab that was done on Monday. I'm extremely uncomfortable n have been having systoms for 7 days now. All i need is a antibiotic n they r ignoring me. I understand things r quite unusual right now but to ignor a patient that is cruel. I came there for help not to be ignored. So disappointed in how i was treated. I probably will never bring my children or myself there ever again!!!

The bottom line is that if something immediate com...

The bottom line is that if something immediate comes up either during the week or on the weekend, I am seen expeditiously. The staff has always been friendly and for me many times, they have gone above and beyond. I have always found the level of care to be excellent and I have always been treated well. The facility is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Also, billing is easily and professionally handled. I'm very happy about my many years of being a patient here.

This facility was poorly managed, and understaffed. Except for a few of the staff most were just interested in socializing not contributing any therapeutic value to the place that pays them. The food was atrocious, the sleeping conditions were tortuous and the facility was nothing more than a holding cell where severely mentally ill were held with people who had mild depression.. I hope the Department of Mental Health can improve their treatment of the mentally ill.

I went there for a Mammogram and a bone density test. The building is in a residential area, which in turn makes it confusing. Once you get to the building the parking is great, alot of handicap parking. The first half of the building (entrance lobby)is actually very relaxing, you don't feel like your going to get your breast test or any test it's that nice. The rest rooms are roomy, and changing rooms the same roomy. They do have stairs which can be hard for some people but they are a slow grade up. That makes it easier. My experience was as pleasent as it can be. I was early so they took me early.

Doctors are good, but I will not be their patient anymore because I was charged for 15 minutes consultation like for 40 minutes. That consultation was simply referral to another doctor, and I even don't need referrals for my insurance. I tried to dispute this but with no luck so I paid the bill and will find another provider.

Dr. Carswell is a great doctor; not a problem with him. A few at the Reception Desk and some of the people that answer phones need a refresher course on how to deal with the public. I worked in customer service for over 25 years and if I had the attitude that was expressed here I would have been called in my boss s office. It takes very little to be polite and at least act friendly if you re having a bad day. If it weren t for Dr. Carswell I would go somewhere else.

They do not get back to you when you have important questions The receptionist tells me the nurse will call me back shortly and most every time I have to call several times before she does Even then it is late, and they don't always have an answer as to what to do I have gallstones and gastric pain Their phone service is awful I was scheduled to talk with my PCP at 4:45 p.m via Zoom. After waiting all day, they tell me she is running about 25 minutes late it is now 5:21p.m and has not gotten back to me I am very disappointed , upset and in pain Thanks for nothing

The orthopedic group might as well have children running the place. Had to ask 3 times for a copy of a letter sent to my workplace. Took them 10 days to send it to me. And what's worse is the info the 'MD' signing the form indicated was wrong and false. Paperwork looks like it was filled in and the 'MD' just signed it without review

So tired of this place and their scheduling practices. I dropped a back doctor after three times in a row waiting OVER 45 minutes past my appointment without being seen. Each time I stated I didn't have that kind of time. The final straw was they stated they gave the the first appointment of the day, I walked in.... "he is running about 30 minutes behind"....at 9:00am. Forget it. Now I had a 10:45am for a different doctor/different reason....go to check in "he is running about 30 min behind" (which means at least 45). No. Not doing it. No notice, no call. Mr. Ness, I see you have a 10:45 and the doc is running behind, please show up at 11:15 instead". Is that so hard? The more we allow these idiots to schedule this way the more they do it and think it is ok. Just say no.

I have been a patient here for decades. It has slowly been going downhill, has finally hit an all time low. If you call, they will just tell you to go to your local walk-in clinic because they are too busy to deal with you. If you are one of the lucky winners who gets to come in for an appointment, you will be greeted by a nurse who acts like she would rather be anywhere else. The doctor will bless you with her presence for maybe three minutes and not care what your concerns are. They will throw a prescription your way and shoo you out the door in hopes that you don t return. What is the point of having a primary care doctor if they just tell you to go to the local clinic every time you call? Go elsewhere, run.
