Counter staff not wrong, although forced change of medication (by insurer) has led to problems without any warning and, from a practical point of view, having medication taken by someone else who happened to be there was no longer an option. This is due to frequent hassle and lack of communication.
The lady on the phone is a real disaster, doesn't listen, just keeps on flapping and does all sorts of things without consulting or asking from me as a patient. After finally calling for the umpteenth time I was accused by her of having caused problems by switching to another insurer (which is recommended by the DVN). This is really unacceptable.
As a result, I now switched over immediately after having been a customer for more than 30 (!) Years.
A pity, but just really necessary, it is no longer my pharmacy.
