Charlie and Armando, great service today! Was very happy with my experience.

Please do NOT take your vehicle here for service because they WILL crash it and completely give you the run around. Just look up the news report on local10! They havent even fired the employee that crashed it! He has a suspended license and multiple driving incident. Save yourself a headache!

Took my X2 for engine oil check. Service team did a great job and checked also the tires and other things. Got a video of the service which thought was nice since I am overseas and my sister took the car there. Very satisfied with South Motors BMW, although is far for me but worth doing the service there.

Forget What I said before. Louis and his manager sold me a car with the breaks exhausted...and do anything about it when I come back to claim how are you will sale a $45,000 sports car in this condition.

I had the impression that I had bought a car on their online system, they asked me to send pictures of my trade in, choose a car, they gave me a VIN number and told me to go to the store to pick the car up and to just ask for the manager when I arrive to sign the papers.
Next day, when I came to the store, they made me wait more than an hour for nothing, only when I was leaving I think the manager came out to ask me why I was leaving! Jajajaa what a joke is this store. All the time I waited, there was a lady having a discussion with a salesman who had sold a car she had already paid a deposit for.
I went to Braman and bought my X5, Braman has excellent service and plenty of salesmen willing to help you and do business.
I'm only grateful that I didn't buy my car at South BMW.

I ve been going to south motors for over 3 years. I had an E60 M5 and I recently got an F10 M5. You don t just trust anyone with fixing these cars but I would highly recommend you talk to these guys; especially Steve Robertson in service. He always looks out for your best interest, isn t pushy, gives you great advice, and the thing I like the most, he s always there to answer a text about any issue you may have no matter how simple it might be or at what time of day. You know, when you re talking about something with a buddy, or on a forum, or you just want the correct answers to your questions from the pros . He will also fight for you to get something done when management or a warranty company initially says no. Lastly, he ll put the best tech to work on your car so you know it ll get fixed the right way. I promise you won t regret working with Steve in service at South Motors BMW.

! I have been going to this dealer to purchase and service my vehicles for over 15 years. I have been a loyal customer of theirs and even so far as referring my family and friends to this dealer. I bought my current vehicle here back in May of 2020. My car needed to go in for service, so I took it in and dropped it off with South Motors. While my car was in service in the possession of South Motors, the car was involved in an accident. As it would turn out, the person who had been driving my vehicle while it was in service, has multiple traffic violations. At this point, I am upset that my new vehicle that I have had for a total of 6 months has been involved in an accident while in the possession of the dealer I had purchased the car from. Not only does this further depreciate the value of my almost new vehicle, but now the dealer has lost my trust in their ability to be able to handle cars for service as they had been grossly neglectful while the car was in their possession. It speaks volumes as to the kind of business this dealer is running that they had someone with the kind of negative traffic record this individual had driving vehicles whilst it was in their possession. I have tried multiple times since this event has taken place to hold South Motors responsible for the damage they caused to my vehicle and they have been negligent in even providing any explanation, apology or even a means to correct the valuation of my now damaged car. After 15 years of being a loyal customer and even referring them clients that assuredly has generated thousands of dollars of revenue for them over the many years of being a faithful client, I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated. The way this situation has been handled on their part, their lack of responsibility in the matter and utter negligence has caused me to sever all ties with this dealership altogether. I do not recommend anyone to trust this dealership under any circumstances.

Edit, just went to trade in my vehicle I purchased from south motor, there was an accident on it, when they showed me a clean carfax. Now my value just dropped.

Used side of the house is horrendous. Bullied me into the sale(i had already looked through the state, only one that wasn't wrecked and had the exact specs I wanted) was extremely rude as well. He didn't send half of my paperwork and lied on features(car play). Didn't send promised items. In 31 vehicles, they have been the worst dealership by a landslide. I wouldn't tell my enemy to go there.

Worst run dealership and service department of all time. There are no managers available for customers on duty. Service department is a mess. No one gets back to you and they re all sitting on their phones while people wait. Had to return twice because they didn t reset a sensor after working on the car. Also the purchase process took literally 6 hours. Go anywhere else! The only reason I gave one star is because Google forces you to. This is a no star review.

I ve been servicing my vehicle here for almost a year now. I can t express enough how awesome this dealership is. The entire process is well done and I ve always felt taken care of. My advisor (Matheo) has always gone above and beyond to make sure my issues and concerns are resolved, and I highly recommend him for anyone who doesn t have a service advisor already. The entire staff and team is courteous and helpful, from the valet guys outside to the cashiers and reception desk clerks. 10/10 !

Great experince here with the genous group! How hard is it , to not trust a staff who surpasses an BMW knowlgede. NICK , Camille , and Michael all behaved amazing. All the from finance to sales with Armando.

Dealership cannot be trusted. Bought a brand new BMW i8 in October 2020. Purchased in Miami; drove it back home to Jacksonville. Upon arrival to see the car the rear drivers side tire was very low. I asked them to check the tire and fill it with air. Of course they said it was fine.....

The vehicle was Brand new. Driving back..... the tire went out of air (completely flat) in the middle of nowhere on the interstate. I was stranded, waited hours to get towed. Then, it took two full days to get a replacement tire (another dealer had to help me) South BMW was NO HELP, they said they would send me $500 for my inconvenience and the cost of the tire. $500 was nowhere near my inconvenience. However, from OCT until now, the measly $500 has never arrived. I asked several times, it's always "in the mail" but never here. On a $140k car keep in mind. I would never ever buy anything from this dishonest, careless dealership again.

I brought my BMW 325xi in for a recall part. Daniel Davila the Assistant Service Manager educated me on what the recall was all about and how it could affect my vehicle's performance. He even got my rental vehicle covered. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. I highly reccomend the South Motors BMW's service department.
