Bought a new BMW at south Motors today and I couldn t be happier. Jean-Pierre was my salesman and he did an amazing job of describing my car s features, answering questions, and helping me find the car I finally chose...a Series 4 convertible. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could take the car home today! Jean-Paul coordinated the process so this could occur. Charlie, the BMW genius, guided me through the car s features so I felt very comfortable in driving it home. A few days earlier, I had my other car serviced at South and it was easy getting an appointment and having work completed on it in a timely and competent manner. I highly recommend this dealership!

Charlie explanation on the opinion of the BMW features was excellent. Francisco in sales was excellent raking care of us . We are repeat customers, I believe this is our 5th Beamer and we are very happy with the purchase.

I just leased my fifth car with South Motors BMW and I expect to lease many more in the years to come. I would like to first and foremost highly recommend Frank Garcia as he is an excellent sales advisor, very diligent and knowledgeable. He was very easy to communicate with and he was able to get the deal set up before I even set foot on the lot. In times of COVID, this is an amazing advantage. I worked with Frank three years ago with my previous lease and I made it a point to go back and work with him again because of the outstanding service he provides.

From start to finish, working with the staff at South Motors BMW, was an absolute pleasure. The financial advisor was very kind and patient; willing to answer absolutely every question I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting Octavio Diaz, the sales manager, who went above and beyond in helping me to return my former leased vehicle early and assist me with reaching a fair deal on the new car.

I love my new car and more importantly, I am very happy with the tremendous service offered at South Motors BMW.

I made a appointment to have my A/C and seat warmers checked, selecting to wait for service.
After I checked in my car I waited 35 minutes before a service advisor would see me. She requested I leave the car overnight. I did not select this service when I made this appointment, nor was I available to pick up over the next week due to a travel commitment. Horrible service. I have always been a Mercedes guy over the last 35 years, first BMW, and now last. Mercedes dealerships heads above BMW service. Have your BMW serviced elsewear

Weber was great. I felt welcomed, and his personality is well diverse. Charlie is super cool, and showed me how to get synced with my new BMW.

The whole process is very simple, outstanding service I had an appointment at 9 am with Mark Smith I told him my concerns with my vehicle and he continued from there. I received a loaner vehicle and was off about my business. Mark kept me updated through the whole process making me feel confident I was getting great service. The entire dealership in general is fantastic my husband and I have been doing business with South Motors BMW since 2006 and would never consider going anywhere else.

Horacio was very quick to get me on the road right away even if it was a rental. Best service I ve ever encountered with a car at a dealership. South motors so much so far is exceeding my expeditions.

2020 year of abundance!!!

My parents car had plastic pieces causing damage to their car and almost causing an accident left in the vehicle after a service job. We ve been on hold well over an hour and have only gotten excuses.

Mario Carvajal was my advisor. He exuded the expectations I expect from BMW. I have been a BMW customer for over 20 years. My only 2 negative takeaways were:

1. There was not a BMW loaner available to me. Being such a long standing BMW customer, I do expect a loaner.

2. While they were eventually arranging a loaner. The front desk girl (sales side). Was very unprofessional. I was first sent there by mistake and she was calling the loaner/service reception and kept on referring to me as some guy is here after I corrected her that I was a customer she still referred to me as some guy when conversing with her co-worker. I felt very less than or more like a delivery person than a 20 year customer.

If it weren t for Mario s professionalism and excellent customer service. I would be looking elsewhere to take my current BMW and my future BMW s in Miami.

Carlos in the BMW Genius Department made sure I understood all of my vehicles features, and very attentive and polite. Marlon in finance did his very best to give me the rate that I wanted. I was very pleased with the rate I got. I was upset when I first arrived to the dealer because I was waiting on a follow call from the previous day, after calling multiple I spoke with someone and they didn t follow up as promised. Then they advised that the Sales Manager would call as soon as he finished with a clown hand I never heard from him. But the staff at the dealership made of for it when once I was there.

I never fill reviews but this time I feel I have to, the experience I have At Bmw south motos was amazing thanks to my service advisor Steven Robertson he s a great person very knowledgeable with tones of experience.
