SONY scams consumers of their products. The SONY XPERIA Z1 is not waterproof and the warranty does not cover liquid damage specifically, indicating that it is acting in bad faith.
I have a Z1 taking pictures in the pool, my daughter turned off and has not turned on again and SONY has told me that it is irreparable, but that they will not fix it or give me another.
I have had it for 10 months and the warranty lasts 2 years but it does not cover it !!!
IT IS NOT WATER RESISTANT !!!
LIE !!!
