I worked as an intern in odigma recently for 3 months. At the start, I was a bit nervous as how I would be able to cope with the new office environment. But as soon as I entered the office, it was just like a feel at home experience for me. Usually, there is a misconception that the office life is hectic and boring but thanks to the people working in odigma that I was lucky to not think the same about office culture.
Pros-
1. Supporting and encouraging seniors. They will always boost your morale.
2. The feel at home environment
3. The best place to learn the basic stuffs of digital marketing.
4. Even for the customers, they will provide you with the best possible solutions.
5. There is no boss like culture over there.
Cons-
During the internship, I didn't find any cons. usually felt good all the time.
I will recommend everyone to go and try to work as an intern in this company for digital marketing.

Good opportunity for freshers in online marketing field

I worked as an intern for 6 months and learned a lot about Digital marketing .The working environment was very friendly .For every digital marketing aspirant this is the place to be and learn and explore.

My experience with Odigma as an Intern, helped me learn more about my interests in Digital Marketing. If your are new to digital marking, Odigma is the best start to learn. Here employees have so much patience that they explain everything in detail. I did many mistakes at the beginning of intership but my guide helped me in rectifying those mistakes in a friendly manner. During my internship I worked on SEO, where my guide helped me to know everything in that platform. Even my company guide helped us in my Final report submission. Bad experience with the worst company. . ..They never assure you any job nor are they clear on terms that they will just see your work for one week and based on the performance they shall decide whether you are a suitable candidate or not. It's all a Hoax. I came for SEO analyst as a fresher and the HR mentioned that there are openings. I was asked to work for one week and then I get to decide which area I want to work for. Initially I felt it was a good idea. But the truth is bitter. They only have openings in ORM and they give you ORM related work which is very boring not challenging at all. I didn't get to work in SEO team. So they lie to you about openings for fresher in SEO team and SMM team. The HR clearly mentioned that I would be given a training once I get selected and not to worry about the pay. After a week they tell me that there are no vacancies. It did cost them for this. But the company has a poor management and no ethicates to deal with a fresh candidate. Only false hopes are given initially and nobody is actually interested in what you want to work, as they only need people to work as per their requirement which they should have told this initially. It would not waste my time nor theirs.

The work culture is a bit surprise, Good work place to start your career. And you get to learn many strategies pertaining to from the industry experts. Plus you get to work in leisure with the boss who keeps his calm and lets you do your work with no pressure. It also has a decent management. You would love it!!

Worst internship experience. For interns they give only off page and there is no value for interns. some employees act like digital marketing experts and very stubborn. I didnt learn anything here and some managers also discourage the interns. There is no proper ventilation and fans also.Totally useless company. The positive reviews are done by the company.

I've been working here as an intern for about 1 and a half month , Odigma has given me not just the opportunity to interact with them but also a great chance learnt so much about the digital marketing and search engine optimization which is really cool . I've got nothing but praises for odigma and their awesome team

My experience in Odigma is really good. This is my first company even then i never felt that after entering into odigma. Employees were so friendly they never treat me like new comer. They teach us everything more elaborate and slowly, so that we don't get stress in completing our work. Really my start up is awesome with odigma.

Seriously people who have written positive review, I don't know whats wrong with them. I went there for interview for Digital Marketing. The people who took interview for me were literally acting like IIT professionals. They tried to give as many tests as they can. Even though I performed well, they did not hire as they are expecting IIT professionals : D This HR is one useless trying to call candidates for interview without understanding the profiles. They don't think we have to put leaves and attend interviews at our own cost.

This place is too nasty inside and smelly, no proper fan/AC and it's like you are sitting inside the dark room with few candles. The office is not near to any bus stops or hotels. Everyone were sitting in a row with very congested place and working like donkeys. There Working hours is from 9 to 7, look t their greedy work timings. Uneducated management.

Don't call candidates if you are not willing to pay their remuneration and want 15 years of experience in young people which is impossible. Try to train them to give them career instead of making people to sit and work like a donkeys.

People never think of it please.
