I normally dont like to write a review on a product until ive owned it for some time. However, I can comment on how our customer service was with Shateria. She was absolutely incredible! She was so patient with us as we tired to make an important financial decision. She was kind, and we felt that she was on our side. My wife and I left the dealership happy and content with the friendly customer service. If your going to buy a car find Shateria. She will work with you to get things done in your price range! Also, so far we love our car. Everything was laid out with no hidden fees. They gave us the carfax, presale inspection that included all the work done on the car. Its hard to trust anyone when buying a car these days, but we felt that we could trust Shateria who is a great representative of Honda. We have had the used car for a little over a week now with no problems at all! The car runs great and we feel like we got a steal. Super amazing buying experience. Thanks again
