Very poor customer service and follow

Very poor customer service and follow
up. Sales were great. But when there were problems on their end after the purchase, and I had questions, the customer service was terrible. They were rude and refused to help solve problems they created.
My temporary tag expires today. 2 days ago when i called they lied about having filed the paperwork in a timely manner. I just found out from the tag office that they didn't apply for the tag until yesterday, AFTER my complaints. This means I'll be driving around on an expired temporary tag. And it means that I spent my morning at the tag office because they didn't do their job correctly.
