I have been a Solomon Team Member for 13 years in multiple leadership positions.

Some of the most important cultural contributors for me as a Solomon member is that they provide career advancement opportunities, transparency and honesty, autonomy, inspiration, open communication, and positive relationships.

I am allowed to be passionate about my work and empowered to get the job done while encouraged to support and lead my team members.

The Solomon environment consists of a work place that I am inspired to demonstrate my abilities that produces overall achievements and personal growth.

I work within a very supportive management team and I feel that way because the leadership stays accountable at all levels.

My loyalty to Solomon is driven by how they invest in their properties, their staff, they reward when warranted, promote from within, and make the employee's health and well being a priority with great health insurance, time off, COVID safety programs, etc.

I am proud to be a part of Solomon, and will be for many more years.

I live in Kensington Club "luxury" apartments!!! Well that is a long stretch!! I have not even lived here a year I pay my rent on time. The washer and dryer have been so loud since we moved in you can't have a conversation nor nap your child while they're running. They stopped working and I called a month ago about it. When I called again today they not only had no record of my first call and did nothing but say I hope we can get out soon we are short staffed!! That has nothing to do with me and I am sure if my rent was short my excuses wouldn't matter!!! Do not move here unless you are looking for 1986 decor for 2021 pricing and everything to be loud and break in under a year!!! Negative stars would be appropriate!!!

They are an incredible company to work with. They continue to upgrade units and add amenities to give their renters the best living experience. I would recommend any of their apartment communities.

I have been a long term resident of the Solomon properties, having transferred from Albany to North Carolina. have always received excellent service from management and any work orders were attended to immediately. highly recommend.

Highly recommend living in one of their communities. Ownership is constantly striving to provide residents with a positive and comfortable living environment. Grounds are well kept and staff is friendly and quick to respond.

After working in many places over my career I can honestly the Corporate team is a great group to be around. They work hard and care about what they do and the people around them and expect the same from others. It s a great work environment and I couldn t be happier here.

My family and I have been living in our apartment for years and have not really had any issues. And whenever something popped up, big or small, the management company was easy to get a hold of and extremely attentive and all work was done in a timely manner. I know Solomon Organization manages many different properties and I can only speak for my own experiences but I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend them if you find yourself looking for an apartment!

This is a company that truly cares about creating value for its residents. Management is wholeheartedly committed to providing all renters the maximum utility for their dollar. If you want a great apartment with a responsive and caring ownership team, I can't think of a better team to recommend renting from than The Solomon Organization!
