I ordered ONE Silverline 24 x 24 back in April from Builders General and still don t have it I m beyond disappointed

Very bad work environment. During summer months absolutely unbearable heat in facility. Managers don t want workers using bathrooms during working hours. There use to be good management but all good managers left several years ago.

All 10 windows of the BRAND NEW HOUSE have 1/8 inch air gaps. All windows are perfectly square, level and plumb. A 7 DEGREE temperature difference from standing at the window and walking 6 feet away!! I can literally see daylight through the gaps! $350 in propane A MONTH! To heat a 1200sqft house?!? IS ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY GOING TO BE ANY HELP?!?!

Silverline just jumped window prices 10% on Friday August 27. Which now makes them more costly than other manufacturor. So silverline just lost a 6k order from me plus future ones.
Time to move on to actually a better operating window with a good warranty.

Having this windows is like having no windows at all bad quality windows period.

Have silverline windows in my home. All of them. Well a window was broken, no big deal I have a warranty. Well 2 months later 8 emails unanswered and a phone that just rings im now stuck with destroyed sheetrock and molding because I figured I would be covered but this company doesn't respond to anything.now I have to pay a contractor for something thay I was supposed to be covered for. Awful business and customer service.

Good place to work in but worse coworkers. Manager was very friendly and always out your safety first but coworkers (not everybody) but some are very difficult to handle. Also is very hot inside there.

Put in a request for replacement window 6 months ago. I never heard back from them at all. This is the 2nd time for replacement. Foggy windows. I called them also and no one ever picks up the phone. Awful company.

Good luck getting a response from them no wonder Anderson left them. I have a fogged up unit can't get a response been over 30 days.
