I live in Kensington Club "luxury" apartments!!! Well that is a long stretch!! I have not even lived here a year I pay my rent on time. The washer and dryer have been so loud since we moved in you can't have a conversation nor nap your child while they're running. They stopped working and I called a month ago about it. When I called again today they not only had no record of my first call and did nothing but say I hope we can get out soon we are short staffed!! That has nothing to do with me and I am sure if my rent was short my excuses wouldn't matter!!! Do not move here unless you are looking for 1986 decor for 2021 pricing and everything to be loud and break in under a year!!! Negative stars would be appropriate!!!
