My family and I have been living in our apartment for years and have not really had any issues. And whenever something popped up, big or small, the management company was easy to get a hold of and extremely attentive and all work was done in a timely manner. I know Solomon Organization manages many different properties and I can only speak for my own experiences but I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend them if you find yourself looking for an apartment!
