I have been a Solomon Team Member for 13 years in multiple leadership positions.

Some of the most important cultural contributors for me as a Solomon member is that they provide career advancement opportunities, transparency and honesty, autonomy, inspiration, open communication, and positive relationships.

I am allowed to be passionate about my work and empowered to get the job done while encouraged to support and lead my team members.

The Solomon environment consists of a work place that I am inspired to demonstrate my abilities that produces overall achievements and personal growth.

I work within a very supportive management team and I feel that way because the leadership stays accountable at all levels.

My loyalty to Solomon is driven by how they invest in their properties, their staff, they reward when warranted, promote from within, and make the employee's health and well being a priority with great health insurance, time off, COVID safety programs, etc.
