Very poor net services. Ridiculous don't people. Please don't take this internet connection. They don't have resources to take call of customers. I am calling from last 3 days but they didn't take single call. I have already change my wiring 2 times but again they are saying we will check wiring and then only start new data pack. Just want to take extra money from customers. Giving one star only because it's mandatory else I will give rating in minus.

3rd class service. And 3rd class provider. And no one responsible person useless fellow in office.

Very bad service, net gets off for daily 3-4 hours a day..when you call to customer care number no one answers it. Everytime you call no one will answer very bad service even internet speed is also very very low.

Worst completely worst!!!!!! Service is totally bad bymistaken I have taken the package of 1 year and after seeing their service I ask them for refund they were not ready to give and nor they were improving their service. And after long waiting when they pick up the call they start there drama "Sir Engineer will come to your home resolve the problem thank you for calling honesty" . Every week alteast twice I have to call them regarding compilation of internet They have given the power supply from my house and they were not ready to pay the payment and every time we call they have the excuse on their tongue. Finally after breaking the connection forcefully they had given the payment. The staff is totally illiterate I think specially who all are in cabin

The worst network ever the team are fraud. Worst support team. The customer no think so they put in their a**s. Never attend the call. If incase they attend the call they only raise the complaint but no one visit the location to check the problem. Fake talks. switch down ur company if you can t handle it out properly. They don t deserve any customer.

This is the worst and pathetic service ever received. I prefer not to choose this internet provider. Its been 3 days my internet is not working for which i am constantly trying to reach the service provider as this is impacting my work but seems like there is no one to respond the call. My call was answered only once where the receiptionist was so arrogant and failed to provide me with an ETA on the fix also disconnected the line without listining to issue which i am facing. Its my request to all that to not to choose this internet provider as they provide very beggarly service to their customers.

One of the worst internet supplier in Bhandup.. I will not recommended this to anyone.. not even on a trial basis... Every 4th day there is something wrong with the internet.. and if you complain there is no one to pick the call.. they are not interested in costumer service.. then why should we waste our money by investing in them.. BAD

its a third class internet service provider Highly Recomended dont use this third class honesty internet service ... use hathway instead of honesty you will never face any problem .. i paid them 1600 rs they didnot give me internet plus they didnot even give me refund also ...... its a third class internet service provider

Very 3rd class service. Never pick the call if you want to complain about something. Keeps the reciver a side you will always get a busy tone whenever you try to call them. Their technician are not available. Net doesn't work half of the time. Very poor quality of net as well as service.

For last few years net service was pathetic... No body bother to pick up the phone at bhandup branch....

We took 1 year subscription, that is the worst decision ever made. Almost every weekend there is internet shutdown. Worst service we ever got. Don't use this internet service.

Wanted to give 0 star. Worst experience from past few months. From last 2 months net gets disconnected at 12 night n again gets connected in morning n still issue not solved by them. Further customer center not picking up many times. Switching to another. After reading some reviews thought of just upgrading to 1 more star. However if u r planning to take this net then make sure to pay month by month rather than on bulk coz after a while their service gets bad n u might be stuck.

Worst ISP. Down most of the times. Wish there was an option of 0 star.

I Would like you to inform that i am complaining since two months regarding my network connection issue i.e. the connection gets lost, disconnected,no internet connection, wifi not working, network connection gets lost anytime in the middle of anything,etc but still haven't got any support from your side the customer executive's keep saying engineer will visit and there is no sign of anyone. I have already spoken to your Mr. Ashok Sir(Operation Manager) i was promised your engineer Mr. Suresh will come and look into this matter personally but since two months he is still coming. If you can't afford to send him tell me I will personally come and pick him up since the operation Manager himself failed to give me the support which I was promised I have totally lost trust in you, honestly speaking there is no honesty in HONESTY it's just a name who doesn't care about it's customer. If by the end of this day, today i am not getting my problem resolved i want my refund for remaining 6months and if you don't I will make sure this will be the last year mine with you also i will let my friends and neighbours know about your worst and pathetic services so that they to can change before it's late but I don't think it matters to you maybe for you we are not customers we maybe just a business asset if one goes another fool comes in. This will be my last mail to you because I am totally fed of contacting you and asking for help I have paid in full and I want what I deserve and what I have paid for and if you're not capable of giving that after so many complaints from my side either give me refund or get ready to loose 4 to 5 customers because we aren't just a complain box sitting here to pay whatever you ask and still getting this pathetic network connection and on top of that while complaining no support for months. There may other service providers who are happy and ready with open arms to welcome us in their family not like you who after getting the payment done don't even bother to hear a complain and look into this for months.

If there is an option to give Zero star.I would have given. Waiting for new connections, since 2 days and he is saying he cannot come. I think the service would be very very bad. Also called the customer care and they dont pick up the call..

I bet 500 if somebody finds a more worst service provider than this. Pay more but dont ever go for them. Update - Ask them for a bill they I'll ask you to pay tax

When the internet is working the speed is not bad . But the main problem is that it keeps disconnecting very very frequently and not a steady connection. Using it from about 3 years .

Many of the time honesty net is not in service. The server is down many time in a day. Today afternoon i have launched a complate about net issue, the lady on other side told me that she will send an engineer to resolve the issue. But today evening when i came back from office no engineer has been visited to solve the issue. Once again i called to honesty net solution but the guy on other side said that your complaint has not been resigisted. He also ask me to call me in morning and to speek with that lady about the isssue. And also told me that he will send an engineer to resolve the issue. Let see...

Low price. Normal speed.. Super bad customer service Internet disconnects 3-4 times in a year and they take 3-5 days to sort the problem

You people are really providing a very good service. But sorry to say during lockdown period you have not been so supportive. I always recommend everyone Honesty net. But don't understand why you people are not even answering the call. My wifi is not working past 5 hrs my office work is impacted due to this. This is almost 3rd time in past one month. Really not happy this time. Nobody is picking up the call tried all possible no. Really not happy because someone work is getting impacted is not right and not a gud position for someone.

Pathetic internet services. They take money for shifting connection to another place and the technicians don't turn up to start the services at the new place. Staff is rude as well. Not at all recommended. Bhandup services are worse. Cheap plans come at the cost of bad customer support

Bad Customer Service. No one in their office receives calls when Internet service is Down. Moreover we have been kept without internet for 3 to 4 days at a stretch even after paying for all 12 months in advance. Would not suggest this company to any one.

Some times WiFi connection failure happens but we called Ashraf to solve problems and he done those problems on priority . So we get great response from Ashraf .

Poor/Unsatisfactory/Inediquate/Unacceptable/Nigligent and careless services offered by Honesty net solutions. Guys never opt for WiFi services from this broadband company. They are highly unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Once opted services from them you will only regret like me.

They don't care about the customers nor do they listen to them. I am stuck with this provider because I have subscribed to 50mbps pack but I am posting this review using my mobile data because their connection is losing every 2 minutes.

Do not subscribe to their services...if you do you will have proper working connection for 2 may be 3 days in a week and you will have to enjoy the rest of the days just calling and complaining about the issues.

Very unprofessional, customer care number is always switched off. Paying for speed of 50 mbps but what I get is 0.75 mbps. This place is not worth a single penny, please find another internet service provider.

They have good package for internet connection. The staff is helpful and attend to the issue immediately. Service is good & very few issues in internet connection.
