Avoid dealing with this unprofessional agency at all costs.NO JOKE. Read the other reviews. They wont send you the documents they require after visiting a property. Try following a conversation by email...they wont answer, and most likely will tell you it was your fault, for not being more insistent.

Be wary of planning to even visit a property, because this simple task will cost you time and patience. After planning a visit on the phone the same morning, for a 1300 appointment to visit a place, I go to the office to retrieve the keys and they say that the place is already taken. I guess its hard enough to keep an excel file up to speed. They will however apologise for wasting your time. So if you are in need of hearing an apology, by all means go ahead and give it a shot with them. You will get blamed, waste your time, get an apology, go out of your way to do stuff for nothing. Unbelievable, to be honest. Following your bad review, as you can see in other post, they will apologise again and suggest you send an email. Laughable business. Incompetence at its highest level. I've never written a review. Unbelievable that I have to do it now.

I do not recommend this dishonest rule at all. I was about to accept a lease, but I declined at the last moment, so I did not sign anything. What do I receive several weeks later? 2 letters asking me to pay "withdrawal fees", supposedly marked "in the rental request that I completed". Having signed nothing, I therefore did not complete anything. In addition after proofreading the details, no mention of costs. After some research, this practice is illegal. I therefore asked, twice, for explanations and documents mentioning these costs. No response (surprising?). You are warned, at your own risk ...

This regie is really not professional and tend to lie. They never answer the phone and they seem to give the same answer to everyone (tested by some of my friends and I) when your dossier has been given by the tenant to them: "the owner is giving the flat to a member of his family (daughter, cousin...)", even though your dossier is more than solvable and was the only one given by the tenant.

By far not the best management in Geneva. Services are too long and dozens of calls were required before receiving a reminder. Serious problems drag on for months and months before an intervention. A big thank you to a few professional employees including Ms. N.G, Ms. S.J newly arrived but very efficient.

How awful ...
This management only works at will.
This management is not at all objective, it does not even take the trouble to understand these tenants and sticks to their position.
No need to waste time with emails because there is no answer, no need to phone because "The person who takes care of this" is not available, no need to write mail because "We have not received anything" ...

We ask to speak to the owner, "Out of the question".

When I read each negative opinion, I recognize myself and I confirm that they are well founded!

Impossible to reach the person in charge of my lease, neither by phone nor by email since she is always reachable and does not respond to the email! Not to mention the arrogant staff at reception.
It is a strategy for creating litigation!

I have the same experience as all the other people ... You just have to read the reviews ... the same things that everyone has already said, and that unfortunately it's true ... Lack of communication, arrogance , letting things drag, lack of professionalism and honesty, etc. One star since I cannot give negative stars.

It is my third apartment to rent with Brolliet in 20 years. No worries, for the last, registration, signature and delivery of keys are done in less than 2 weeks. The people we met were really professional. I recommend.

Execrable management where only incompetents work! More than a month that our cellars were burgled, no repairs and when called, the answer: "well you wait and that's it"! At the price we pay the rents it is scandalous and it will go further!

3rd apartment immediately rented from Brolliet, never worry when there are technical problems everything is resolved quickly. The people at the reception are generally friendly and those in charge of the rental apartment files that I had contact with were pleasant and human (which contrasts with other establishments in the place).

Stay away from this Regie if you possibly can. They will do whatever they can to extract money from you including lying about the applicable legal framework. If you have to deal with them at all, i strongly recommend involving a lawyer from the very beginning.

No professionalism, employees do not keep their word! Can not join them. If you have the (bad) luck to go to their seat you will understand everything !!! Employees are already talking about a break and start time in the morning, but why save money by hiring border staff while qualified customer-oriented staff is available in Geneva ??? And all this without talking scheming when they try to pass the note of management errors to tenants (under the note heating) while the building in question is new and labeled "minergie". To flee!!!!

Cante give them less bacause theres no zero stars. Run away from them, particularly if youre thinking about renting an appartment they manage. Youll pay the usual Genevan hyper expensive rent price and will get nothing but hostility and lowsy service from them anytime you want to contact them for any problem regarding your rent or the appartment itself. As if they would be making you a favor by making you pay the fortune you pay.

Unfortunately there is not the possibility to give less than a star otherwise it would be - 10 ... I see that people complain about rents of apartments, I worse ... I rented a commercial space after 10 months of waiting, I lost others 2 months for the signing of the lease that then the bank realized that not even signed, then another month lost to get a signature, 2 months lost to sign the dossier to be submitted in the canton, then as contract I paid the first month in advance where I found a bill of 300chf that was not provided and I never knew what it was, I paid 25000 chf in cash as a half rental deposit and for another 25000chf I paid a bank insurance ... well you want to know that after all this do not even give me the keys of the room for half an hour to make a check with 5 professionals who bring Italy for estimates of the work ... and you know why they do not give me the keys? Because they have not yet received the 25000chf insurance certificate due to a document that they never gave us despite we ask for it from the beginning of November and despite the fact that we have sent the bank statement that the money has been deposited, but they are not they even call the bank to check ...
They never answer the phone, email and registered letters ... and finally after all they send me a letter of threats that will ask me for economic damages and monthly rent until they rent the premises again ...
They are thieves, incapable, inept, unsuitable to carry out mediations ... I am disgusted there are no adjectives ...

Deplorable service no reply to the message via ebrolliet no e-bill system brief reminder CHF 20.- for a property of CHF 30.- which precisely can be avoided by an e-bill service.

If you are owners, run away! This agency is unable to follow up on your co-ownership, even for the simplest things. She does not answer, and lets things drag on quietly. Your investment will not be in good hands and will force you to do their job.

Bulky rubbish next to the building almost every month from day one. This time - the whole apartment of 50 m2 of furniture and other objects, cleared on 25.09.2020 ... And there you have it - Brolliet orders to wait for the recovery planned by the municipality on 7.10.2020 ...

In response to the suggestion to contact the management:

Oh absolutely. You don't need to exaggerate either ... I have already contacted the board on September 25, while the process of disposing of this waste was underway. Apparently you don't mind at all, and we, a hundred tenants, have to wait for the municipality to evacuate it according to its regular bulky waste collection schedule on Wednesday October 7th ...

Absolutely horrible service after you've signed the lease. I have sent them multiple emails over the past 3 weeks, called every day, nobody is answering the phone, and noone seems even slightly intent on solving their tenant's issues.

I've lived without hot water in my apartment now for over 2 weeks because of their negligence. If you can avoid using this agency, you really should.

Absolutely unprofessional. The worst Regie in all of Switzerland that I have seen in 12 years. If you can, avoid them!

Their response time is indicative of their service times. 5-months is pretty fast for them.

My experience with this property management has be...

My experience with this property management has been overall bad.
The professionalism of the staff encountered is variable.
It was complicated for me to contact the agent in charge of my lease on every occasion. No response to my emails, 3-4 call attempts (about 10 minutes waiting at every opportunity) during the opening hours before you can get the person in question.
Delays to some appointment.
If this is possible (not always in Geneva), I will recommend going to the competition.

Terrible regie, stay away from Brolliet unless you are really forced to do business with them. Their only focus is to extort as much money as possible from you while providing a terrible customer service. There is nothing good to say about it as every time I had to deal with them they are extremely difficult to reach, once reached they are making an effort not to provide any help or support to customers and typically act annoyed if what you are requesting requires some work on their side. An awful experience altogether that I do not wish to anyone.

The property market in Geneva has softened immensely during the past few years, yet this agency continues to act with profligate arrogance and cheating that used to be a frequent staple of the local rental market. At the original signing they passed off house cleaning and work that they said had been done but actually hadn't, avoided doing work that they had committed to and at the recent exit promptly added items to the exit document that were not given verbally. An agency best avoided if you want a professional experience.

The management is sorely lacking in life skills and professionalism.
I had just submitted my file for my apartment and I am sent a contract which does not start on the 1st of the following month. They make me pay 200 CHF more in the end. I say nothing because I still want the apartment. The blind broke and it took almost 3 months for me to repair it. (The apartment is a studio, so the light comes on wakes me up) ... no compensation accepted from the sales manager. During the pre inventory, the gentleman told me that I have to put a little extra bulb in my pocket in the bathroom, which was never present and was not there when I entered ... I refuse and I leave the apartment in the found condition, period. Pass more than a month after the inventory of fixtures and still no sign of the deposit. I get angry and they finally react ... without apologizing of course. Knowing the person who takes over the apartment, he made a request for a gesture because living in France and because of the closure of the borders, he could not move in on the scheduled date. NO gestures on the part of the management, it had to pay less in the wind. I absolutely do not recommend.

This company is terrible. They have been sending payment reminders for months for a parking space that has long been terminated and doesn't even exist anymore.

Since replying to my review, this company has not returned a single call, answered any of my emails or answered any of my letters by post. Clearly they only care about saving face and couldn't care less about improving their service. Truly despicable!

lesser of things and respond to the grievances of your future buyers.
Which is not the case after multiple calls on Mr. D.B's mobile phone

For the management of your co-ownership, the service is almost non-existent. Brolliet leaves behind files, does not answer emails and phones. Brolliet is convinced that their performance is good, but it is time to be honest with even, that officials open their eyes, to consider your customers who gives you work and a salary. It's enough to see the number of customers who leave Brolliet in favor of other boards that offer services of much better quality.

I don't often write reviews, but hopefully this will spare someone the hassle of having to deal with this company. Like most of the other reviews, I found them to be incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. I've moved around a few times over the past few years and this is easily the worst estate agents I've had to deal with. Avoid if at all possible.
