Bad customer care service and poor management"
Bad Customer Service. No one in their office receives calls when Internet service is Down. Moreover we have been kept without internet for 3 to 4 days at a stretch even after paying for all 12 months in advance.

My mom had called customer care service so by 5pm, we will come there fro repair s wire. Again customer care called my mom told me so by 8pm, we would come there. They was talking not clear to anyone. Bec customer never inform n not pick anyone. They don't come there. My mom has calling many time by 7pm to 8pm for no pick. Why does customer service s not picking.??? We feel bad for repair s wire not come. My home has ready WiFi networks. But the cable s wire is there. We were waiting for not come there.

One of the worst isps you can think of. I can't believe how bad their customer service is, combine that with frequent disconnections and horrible packet loss. This is gamers worst nightmare.

I would suggest others not to use this vendor hone...

I would suggest others not to use this vendor honesty net solutions for ur wifi connectivity. If anyone is taking this vendor, than u guyz will be paying for not to use the wifi. Half of the time wifi is down.. n speed is slow than the tortoise.. and will never ever in ur life they will answer ur call... I wont give one star rating also here it's should be in minus star rating.. Not worth at all....

My internet connection is down for more than 4 days. This is not first time as well. I can understand there would be problems in connectivity. But service like this is unacceptable. I don't know why did I renew, that too quite recently. I regret it now. I'll definitely not renew in future

I have been using Honest Internet services since 2013. They were good in the earlier days.

Since last few days their service has been going down on and off during day time. There is no response from customer support and no one picking up the calls. They have become totally unreliable these days especially in terms of connectivity.

Customer support services is worst. They don t even deserve one star.

The worst internet service ever. It's been like more than a week I am facing internet issue. I tried to reach in 5 different numbers shared by them but no one is answering. There is no response to the email that I have sent. I have been asking for help and resolution since then but no support from anyone.

I would not recommend any one for this internet service.

It works like for hour or so and then is disconnected for next 3-4 hours.

Using since almost for a year now so not rating based on one bad experience.
First thing, terrible customer care. Nobody picks up the call and once they do, they talk to you as if they are doing you a favour by talking to you.
Then comes the actual service, terrible is an understatement for the kind of internet service these people provide.
The internet keeps getting disconnected every 10 mins and then when you try and reach them, they keep saying people will.come to visit and no one does.
Honestly, no honesty except for the name as such.
Won't recommend at all.

After subscribing to 10mbps package which costs around rs 500/- monthly. The average download speed is 800kbps. The customer service needs serious reform and re- training to deal with the customer and their issues. Don't waste your utmost valuable time in HNS.

Absolutely useless bunch of morons. The only reason I've given 2 stars is because IF the internet is working(and that's a very remote possibility) the speed is pretty good. Otherwise if you care about your sanity please avoid honesty

I have been using Honest Internet services since 2002. They were good in the earlier days.but now last 2 month i dont have net i was many call and complent but not short out my issue then only 2 day start my internet again same problem this is totally worg.
Very pathetic service nobody to pick the call,&if we say since 2 month their's no connection they say hamara system kharab tha sab chor ke chale gye salary nhi mila tho .I mean,give some good sevice at least Taking calls & then asking to wait & then again have to say the same issue to the present person just bcoz the former didn't understand the issue at all.Get up guys n give us some proper service. Becoz i was very old customer.

Being a customer for 7 year i never complaint even though Router reset 4-5 times in a month.its ok since i know the configuration.but this time net was not working when i need for office work when i raise ticket i came to know network cable got cut from my building when i told them to provide the cable for the issue they said they don't have network cable to resolve it. Can you believe it? Isp don't have network cable and they told me head office will provide after 2-3 days.Irresponsible ppl .ticket no. is only a no. no escalation policy is there moreover head office call centre guy telling me to change the isp if you want to instead of listening to problem facing from airoli office.Previously ppl worked hard and provide customer better service thats why ppl stick to honesty but now ppl has been changed. The kind of service i faced recently i recommend not to go for it.Aur haan at night they don't work after 9.don't try to disturb them.giving 1 star then only i can post it otherwise 0star.

Customer care is extremely poor.Nobody responds to your calls.The local guy will keep his phone switched off . If in case your Internet goes down, it'll go down for 2-3 days.The charges are heavy but you pay thinking that at least they'll provide you with the service worth the money but nothing like that. Extremely disappointed with the service!!!

Bohot is eligible for a monthly limit of 15 days from the date it is closed or the customer service has to be sent to Honesty Net that does not mean that the public has to pay a lot for the service.

HIGHLY recommended don't use HONESTYs NET..... It's WORST Service is providing worst as well customer care no. Is also continuasly ringing only. When u try 3-4 times then only they pickup it's once if u have lucky.
I recharge my pack for year and get stuck here. Request you to please don't go for Honesty. There are much local service provider in market they provide you better service.
On average 7 days of month WiFi is not working.
The brand name is HONESTY but never suits to their service as they provide. LOL...

I have made big mistake and renewed my internet plan with them by relying on their fake promises
services was bad in the past and are now worst
No one here pick up the call if they pick up they will make fake promises they have only one issue engineer is solving fibre problem in line

One of the worst internet service, speed is ok but continuous down time for internet, and special mention about service it has been worse, no one pick ur call ,if call picked up then they will made fake complaint which no one gonna address, have to make dozens of calls every issue

I could have given a less than half star only if possible. Pathetic services. Please dont do for this internet provider if its cost you more by going to another good service provider. Honest services are not 1% honest as their name is. No picking up calls when there is issue. For the recharge they will call you 3 days early but for issue they will not pick up calls. Please shut your shutters if you cant canvide good service

Pathetic speed of Internet... My plan is of 10mbps & its giving me 1kb/s-2kb/s speed. So disappointed. After opening Netflix, prime apps it just keep on buffering. Also have registered complaints so many times but there is no satisfactory solution or service yet.

Using since 3 years, normal users would find it good but the internet keeps getting disconnected more than 4 - 5 times everyday which is not acceptable to me. Complaining since 1 month, no use. Switching soon.

Worst customer service, internet goes down for days and ISP doesn't even have any idea about the situation. Call center contact numbers hardly receive customer calls. A very bad overall service, do not fall for the lower prices!
