Response was very prompt. Communications were courteous and helpful. Within 48 hours of me sending the item (by normal post), they had acknowledged receipt, assessed it, despatched a new unit and delivered to me. Couldnt have been better. Fantastic service. Thanks.

I recently dealt with this company. They were excellent in every respect of their dealings. In particular:
1. My unit for repair was a Harman Kardon MS150 portable player (which is now a discontinued model) which had ceased to load CDs. Multicare issued me an RMA number, which tracked all movements of the unit through all stages. Their systems were highly efficient.
2. They quoted a fair price for the repair and return shipping for me to approve before starting the work.
3. Multicare replaced the defective part in the unit within a few days and advised me it was ready to be returned.
4. Multicare did not ask for any funds until the job was completed. Fairly rare these days!
5. Although I had sent them the unit from the UK, I requested that the unit be returned to my address in France. They quoted a fair shipping rate for this via UPS.
6. They dispatched the unit the same day I paid their invoice.
7. I received the unit within 36 hours at my address in France.
8. The packaging was really excellent with thick foam pads around the Harman Kardon box, then placed in an outer carton. Makes an Amazon carton seem really flimsy in comparison!
9. I plugged in the unit, and it is now working perfectly.

In summary, Multicare UK exceeded all my expectations at every level. I have nothing but the highest praise for the way they conduct their business.

The worst customer service you could ever imagine I'm not talking about the time taken for their "engineers" to do nothing, promising to assess the device in a few days. Actually taken 3 weeks. And if I wouldn't call, it could be definitely much longer... But the swearing receptionist in front of the customer is just a "cherry on the top" . Just the time wasters.

My JBL Charge 4 developed a fault and Multimedia were extremely good and fixed it as quickly as they possibly could. Despite having to wait for an extra part to arrive, I received my speaker back within 2 weeks of sending it off in perfect working order with a new main board and battery- great service, friendly staff and really quick response times. They organised delivery for free as well - would definitely recommend.

I have had a very good experience with this company, I have owned a JBL product that has broken a few times now. Multicare Electronics have been able to repair or replace my product without any hassle. The only thing you could slate this company on would be the time it takes for the courier service to deliver.
