Incredibly friendly staff, sexy decor and great location. What else do you need?

Well located

Tried Lamb and red snapper at the restaurant. The Lamb is great and melts in the mouth. Also had three truffle fries which was not very good (very little truffle).

The hotel is great - trendy and in a great location. The room was lovely - all the necessaries readily available to make my stay easy and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Recommend this hotel

It was unique and good. As a business hotel, the room was a little bit flawed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a few nights. It was as expected from the photos and previous reviews I'd seen.

The location is great, so easy to get around by foot or the MRT.

Our room was very well equipped, had everything we needed as well as complimentary toiletries and mini bar. It was very clean and very stylish, included some nice techy touches also!

We did not eat at the hotel at all so I can't pass comment. We did however use the rooftop bar for cocktails, what a view across to downtown. Cocktails were very tasty and the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Location is good for business visitors who have meetings in Raffles Place area.

Really bad. They told me when I arrived that the swimming pool was not available. Told me that I could take a 30 minute taxi drive to their other hotel to use swimming pool. I asked for a quite room. They emailed to say I would be happy with the room. When I arrived at hotel, again asked for quite room. Two ladies at reception confirmed it was a quite room. First thing in the morning I woke up to very load noises, which went all day long. They were doing building works. Felt cheated by them. I called and asked to speak to manager. Was told she would call me back, which never happened. Sent email complaining about noise, which was ignored. Was clear that they just wanted money and no care about customer. Would not recommand anyone stays at ths hotel.

Excellent, stylish and nice retreat in Singapore. I especially liked the proximity to Lau Pa Sat food market as well as the modern interior of the lobby. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the design of the rooms is very modern - it even has iPads to set everything in your room to your liking - temperature, curtains and even the DND sign on the door. Would definitely come again.

The staff are lovely. The breakfast is delicious with lots of different options and well cooked food. The room is large after a free upgrade and the bed delightful. However, there is a damp mouldy smeel to the room and constant banging noises from the floor below.

This is a fancy, deluxe hotel. It's in a pretty small space, so there are a lot of stairs and narrow hallways. It looks great, like a boutique hotel. But it's probably horrible if you're in a wheelchair. The bar is excellent.

The stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made my stay very homely. Elena at the reception desk and Nazar at the concierge desk were exemplary in performing their duties.

We were very happy with the service provided by the hotel staff, especially the concierge staff. Ismail in particular was extremely helpful. The room provided was a peculiar shape and didn't give us enough room to move around. This was disappointing. However the pros did outway the cons.

Small building, the pool is very cool but too small and bad maintain.

Stayed for one night with my family for the Coldplay concert. The sheets are the most comfortable I've had in any hotel, got a good night's rest especially after the tiring concert. I love how the iPad centrally controlled the room from the lights to the temperature to the TV, very convenient. It's well-stocked with good quality amenities that we had everything we needed and more. My favorite was the mini bar that comes free with the stay, unlike in other places where you have to pay for it separately. And to top it off, the interior is just to die for. Service from the staff was excellent too!

Fun boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore. Staff are super friendly and service is amazing.

Excellent staff, very attentive and friendly. And very quick service. However the food is not up to standard. I had the steak and quality of meet was just bad. Also all the dishes were drowning in oversalted gravy. So enjoy the restaurant for tea or coffee but not for food.

Located in heart of CBD, it is easily accessible by bus and MRT.
The decoration as well as the professionalism shown by the service staffs has been exceptional
As this was to celebrate my wife birthday, the hotel staffs took great efforts to decorate the rooms with balloons and flowers. My wife was quite happy with this and we had a great time at the hotel

Brilliant place for feel comfort ,loving hospitality

Sofitel is located in the heart of Singapore at Raffles place. I went to sofitel for a simple lunch. It was great and the staff were very kind.

Its was very nice, and it is based at a good location. I enjoyed my stay.

I was surprised by the unusual style of the hotel after staying at many other more formal Sofitel's in the past few years. This modern and more casual approach really differentiates it from many others within the same brand and this flows through to the overall greetings, check in service and interactions with staff. It was so warm and down to earth yet fully professional. The location is very handy with a street food emporium across the road and the park nearby for outdoor exercise.
The rooftop pool and the bar are a great break from the busy streets below and again the staff casualness belies the underlying great service.
Topping if off was the morning checkout, smiles, laughter and the efficiency of Lily and the team making sure we got our coffees before heading off on the next leg of the journey.
Really look forward to coming back again.

New renovated boutique hotel in downtown Singapore. Very stylisch equipped rooms with everything you need. Rooftop bar with a small pool deck for some relaxing hours.

A bit quirky but comfortable rooms and the staff are universally friendly and helpful. Lunches and dinners are excellent quality but breakfasts so-so. Try to avoid rooms facing into the inner well as flashing lights may keep you awake. Not the hotel s fault, but closure of Boon Tat St in the evenings can make access by car/taxi very difficult. Not much in the way of shopping nearby, more of a business district. Nice rooftop pool. Torn between 3 and 4 stars - staff tip it over to four!

A very comfortable room located in a great central area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only item for improvement (which is something we should have initiated but didn't) were the very soft pillows which resulted in neck and back pain the next day - which had to be treated. Like I said, i'm sure if we mentioned something it would have been easily addressed .. but we didn't.

Terrific location with easy access to MRT stations. The hotel has a warm and homey feel and the front of house staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are stylish with contemporary and modern feel. Rooftop bar and pool is a must.

We enjoyed the design and decor of the hotel and our room-the light box is great. The combination of the historic building and the new addition is very cleverly done.
We had extremely good service from all front-of-house staff and particularly concierge.

I selected So Sofitel Singapore from location first.
The room is cosy and facile and all hotel staff is well hospitality.
I am indeed satisfied the facilities in the hotel and recommend staying here.

As my previous stay, it was relaxing and enjoyable. It was enhanced by the fact that the staff remembered me by name and came up to me to say hello and as always the service was as I had expected.

Had a great 3 night stay, very friendly staff, very clean and hope to stay again
