Really bad. They told me when I arrived that the swimming pool was not available. Told me that I could take a 30 minute taxi drive to their other hotel to use swimming pool. I asked for a quite room. They emailed to say I would be happy with the room. When I arrived at hotel, again asked for quite room. Two ladies at reception confirmed it was a quite room. First thing in the morning I woke up to very load noises, which went all day long. They were doing building works. Felt cheated by them. I called and asked to speak to manager. Was told she would call me back, which never happened. Sent email complaining about noise, which was ignored. Was clear that they just wanted money and no care about customer. Would not recommand anyone stays at ths hotel.
