The place is great. I do not like the soft and high beds but that is the only thing I can see as a negative. Maybe the shower drains. Not cleaned and sanitized under the grate. But great location by the Zoo, good bar, nice beer. I would go there again.

My favorite hotel in Berlin: great service, great fitness and spa area, very good location, very good rooms, very good food, until 2017 very reasonable prices, but after extensive renovation work in the rooms, in the restaurant and the lobby noticeably put on.

All we wanted to do was relax in the sauna but we were very disturbed when a naked man came in!! We specifically checked and you had to wear at least a towel inside the sauna. Very disturbing
We had a very nice stay here. At the reception one did not have to stand for long, there are four or five reception desks, which are always occupied. The online check-in is even faster. The deluxe room consists of two spacious and modern rooms with large windows for a lot of light. In the living room, which is directed to the Innenhoh, there is also a small work area. The lighting is very good everywhere, it is not too dark, which often bothers me in other hotels. There are also two bathrooms, a fully equipped with two sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathroom. It was very clean, we could not find any defects. From the bedroom you have a view of the zoo. The breakfast is very varied, in addition to cereals, fruit, cold meats, there is also hearty (sausage and bacon). Scrambled eggs can be taken or made. Also the food was with quality. There is also a large assortment of wine. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The spa area is well equipped with pool, sauna and massages. Only the parking garage could be faulted, there it is extremely narrow. Those who do not trust this or just do not feel like shunting, who can park directly in front of the entrance and leave the key at the reception, the car is then parked by the staff and also again parked. Overall, we were very satisfied and will certainly be back.

Location is not top but certainly not bad, exit to the right 3 minutes walk to bus stop where every 10 minutes a bus runs to potzdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz and left 5 minutes walk and there is next to the same bus another bus that even every 5 minutes drive, via Reichstag to Alexanderplatz, cross and walk to the right then you have reached bus stop to Zoogarden by train, S-Bahn and U-Bahn, I don't miss a car, breakfast is also very very good and delicious, certainly not sober on the contrary, book breakfast included then the price is not too bad, because if not included, it will have a dietary effect on the wallet, I will definitely return, but only after I have learned German language

Unfortunately, I was angry because the barrier did not open in the parking garage because I was in it. Must pay in advance. Although I had to go to the main meeting the vultures from the hotel forced me to come up when I did so I was ignored until I started screaming and complaining. They have somewhere such a deposit system on which the guests in the 5 star hotel would not pay something stupid.

I was very disappointed at the state of the hotel on my arrival. The foyer was in the process of improvement, however the staff and foyer were in a state of disarray.
No one showed us to our room, I would have considered this to be normal practice. We were not show the facilities, ie dinning area, swimming poo or, sauna.
We were on the 9th floor and found that there was a delay with the use of the lift.
We encountered one member of staff who appeared to be affected by the situation. Overall we would like to thank the staff for their patients and support.

I've been coming to the Swiss court since 1983. Then the Swiss court was renovated and was added to the Pullman chain. After the renewed renovation, the "Schweizer Hof" became my parent house. Great atmosphere. Great selection at breakfast. The best cocktails mixed by the best bartender in the city. Very nice designer bar and restaurant "The Blend". Wellness area up to date with the largest indoor pool in Berlin. Simply summarized tip. With this background in October 2018 we will organize a big event in the "Schweizer Hof". Because I (we) are convinced that the best is only good enough for our customers. Looking forward to the next visit to the Pullman Swiss Court.

Have stayed here twice now, and both times it was the perfect hub for me to buzz about the city. A small walk away from both Wittenburg Platz and Zoologischer Garten for transport. There are many restaurants and vendors nearby, alongside a massive shopping centre to get anything you need during the day. The staff inside were all incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the member who checked me in on this visit, Min, who gave me a small guide around what had changed since my last visit and also some of the going-ons in the city at the time. The room was fantastic, everything well maintained, well furnished and cosy, also with a lot of room. The room was well cleaned everyday, alongside there being a big emphasis on keeping the service environmentally friendly by reducing on laundry. The price was well worth the visit, especially as a swimming pool and spa is included to all guests! Will put this as one of my first choices as a stay in Berlin.
