Clearly I had bigger expectations... It's not a 5*... Even though they claim it is... They need to visit Pullman's across the world too see what 5* is all about.

Yes, the service is friendly... Rooms and the lobby and the walk to the rooms are really sad.

Hot water is not consistent in the shower.

Small bathing towels...

I can be on and on...

I can't be at the Capital of Germany. Not possible. Lesser developed nations have better 5* than this.
