Victoria Park Plaza hotel Review

Lovely, well-appointed, modern room with touch-screen controls for lights, curtains, temperature, and more. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with tub and good toilet paper. Security checks for room key when returning late to the hotel. Wonderfully close to Victoria Station. Adequate breakfast. Decent complimentary WiFi.

Nice ambience and good place to grab a quick bite and have a meeting in the lobby coffee shop. Surprisingly, you can get quite a bit done despite the people milling about and all other kinds of ambient noise.

I attended for a conference, but did not stay overnight. The venue was easy to find, and there were clear directions to the conference rooms on arrival. The meeting rooms were spacious and well equipped. Catering was of a high standard, with good options for specific dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would happily attend functions there again.

Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. The room was what was expected and very comfortable

Helped arrange a two day international conference here. I haven't seen the bedrooms but the conferencing staff were v helpful. Bent over backwards to help.

Great hotel All the services offered correspond to its stars.
In our case we have gone down to breakfast at the two cafes on the sidewalk in front.
And around it there are many very good and varied restaurants.
Highlight how well located to move to the airport and especially to go anywhere in London with the subway.

Very rude staff..came to pick up a friend and was stop very rudely and told how and where to park and misbehaved with and accussed of parkin wrong wen told i know how and where to park but they kept insisting they know more and where i parked and more over which car was mine and wouldnt let me go up when i had come to them at the counter to ask for a particular someone and there room number so very dodgey and rude service and for no reason as it would have been easy to first ask me if that particular car was mine then accusing and calling security and then later trying to apologise and then hidin away when I asked for management so just decided to leave and call my mates downstairs

Room was expensive to begin with and we called ahead of time to make sure the room had two queen beds, not a single king, as it was for double occupancy. We went to the front desk @ 8:30 this morning to remind them of the arrangements and they said the room would be ready @ 1pm. At 5pm we went to check in, and they didn't have a room with two queens, so they asked us to go have a beer in the bar (on them) while they prepped the room. An hour and a half later we went to check on their progress and magically it was ready...only to go to the room and find a single king bed. Upon informing them that the room wasn't right, their final solution was to make two twin beds out of the king bed....really? The should have given us a 2nd room for free and asked us if there was anything else they could do for us. It is difficult for me to recommend them to anyone else.

Great hotel but it will be nice if the staff speak a little french or make the effort a minimum to speak slowly english that we understand better if they do not speak several languages :)

Easy check in. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Great location to explore the city.

Excellent rooms, stayed for 10 days. 2 minutes walking to Victoria station. Restaurant near by all over, shops in Victoria station too. Gym was amazing, open till late at night.

It is one of the best accommodation in London. Staff members are polite and active, helpful for all matters. Neat and clean environment. Food is delicious. Definitely come back to London and stay here again. Nice experience.

Loved it - the location, atmosphere, price & cleaness. The hotel looked recently renovated. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but enough & tasty.

Great location near the Victoria staion with plenty of eating options. Rooms are a good size and love the Elemis revitalize shower gel and shampoo. Small things make a difference!

very good hotel The rooms are very large and comfortable. The bed is big. The pillows comfortable too. Well located, with restaurants nearby and almost next to Victoria train and subway station

It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary on 14th Nov. My husband booked this hotel and the Billy Elliot show to celebrate our day. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was lovely and deserves a 4 star rating. However the room was so cold I asked for the heating to be turned on. At first I was told it was still on summer times! in November. An hour later nothing had happened so I asked again and was told there is no central heating in the hotel and a chap arrived with an electric fire The room was spacious and it took ages for it to get slightly warmer.It is for this reason that I have scored a 3 star rating . Normally the air conditioning units are dual purpose hot & cold in hotels of The Park Plaza standard.

Went there for a conference. Within walkable distance to Victoria station and underground. Food was very good. The only thing I was missing was power supply for laptops in the meeting rooms

I really enjoyed my Christmas day in this park plaza Victoria. they are so lovely and kind. the food is amazing. the rooms are big and posh. and i cannot wait to go back there just because the service is very wonderful. me and my 2 children had a great time here.

Loved it. Had a squirrel eat a nut from my hand :) unreal... He took it from my fingers very softly, adorable. This park is gorgeous. Green, so green, just like England lol. Wonderful.

Good hotel for afternoon meeting. Staff in the bar very attentive and efficient

Really nice hotel and good value for London. We were upgraded to an apartment which was awesome as it had a kitchenette. The staff were nice especially the house keeping staff very friendly. They have umbrellas you sign out for those rainy days they even have spare adapters in case you forget yours. We had breakfast included and loved it. I especially loved the sausages they served very yummy. It s super close to Victoria station which makes getting around very easy. I would definitely stay again!

I recently attended a conference at the Park Plaza Victoria. The location is ideal as it is only a 2 minute walk from Victoria tube and rail station.
The conference facilities with regards to technology where first class both visual and audio.
The conference refreshments where well timed, very well laid out and of high quality.

Nice hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Attentive and friendly staff. Near Victoria station o 30 minutes from gatwick airport. Gets more stops in London.

Comfortable bed in a clean room - fancy control panels for lights, blinds and air con. Breakfast was okay, maid just ignored Do Not Disturb sign, but hey I was just watching YouTube.

Excellent venue for holding an event. Very spacious, clean. This is the third time we've been to an event here and have always been impressed.

Very good location and service. But the bed was not comfortable. Really liked the service provided by them. Restaurant service is really enjoyable.

Was a host of a work event at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. Spaces were great, but with such a big event it is always have to judge the noise levels and the spaces didn't help with that unfortunately. Not a deal breaker at all though.

Attended a business conference here last month and the venue is nicely situated close to Victoria Station. They had this awesome Photo Booth by a company called Paparazzi VIP... not sure if it is part fo the hotel or not but great fun.
Conveniently located with many restaurants closeby also. Staff are friendly and the interior inside is well kept. I didnt manage to stay in the rooms but will note this for future visits.

Nice room, extremely well situated for London Victoria station. Fitness centre available. Only negatives are the noise from the lifts ( 9th floor room) and unable to get showed hot enough

Clean cosy rooms, nice service and good breakfast. A bit problematic WiFi access with a low bandwidth. Hallways are a bit dark and seem to be a bit to hot there. Bit noisy air conditioning.

Magnificent hotel, central and modern, well connected, Victoria station 5 minutes walk and walk to Big Ben 20 minutes. We were treated wonderfully, at reception they were very affectionate. When I go back to London without a doubt this is my hotel

Hotel very close to Victoria. I stayed there for a convention. In fact, the underground floors have many rooms and are suitable for hosting numerous meetings.

Nice place. Can t comment on the rooms but the conference facilities in the basement are good. Buffet lunches are above the standard I ve come to expect for such places which is great to see (and eat)

Most important: the location is great!
Service: the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcomed.
Breakfast: excellent!
Maintenance: need to improve. There is a little noise form the bathroom of pipes. Quite a few Burned-out bulb and food left inside the refrigerator..
Most of the problems were fixed.
We do recommend the hotel!

Came here for a conference. Quick simple access without any hold up from the hotel. The conferencing suites were spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were catered to a high standard.

I exhibited at a conference here and found the facilities good, very centrally located for travel too.

Very nice place for a conference. All amenities were provided and the hotel food catering was excellent.

Very easy to navigate due to easy to find signage. Plenty of variety of restaurants and bars with wonderful ready to help staff in all.

We are a group of unpaid carers that meet on the Third Tue of the month, 18:00 for 18:30 start until 20:00 hours. We have a coffee in the ground floor bar and share our experiences. As there was a fabulous pianist in the bar last night unfortunately it meant that we couldn't hear each other properly, so we found a quiet spot two floors down. Although we didn't ask him to, the super-helpful waiter brought our drinks downstairs. Superb empathy and service. Well done.
