Upscale hotel, excellent cuisine. Since check there was only a day event, I can not say anything about the rooms. Therefore 4/5 stars.

Good clean modern hotel. Very good beds, nice breakfast and lots of cool art around hotel. Location is also pretty good.

Very nice room and hotel. Unfortunately, from now until further notice the spa including pool will only be open from 12:00. A bit annoying as I would have liked to swim a few lengths before breakfast. In addition, the steam bath should be replaced when the occasion arises. Overall, however, a nice stay.

Good location at the zoo, but not too much excitement in front of the door.

Classic Pullman. Lovely beds. The room is simple, but everything is done well. The pool is very spacious for hotel pools. Slightly inconvenient location, but very quiet surroundings make up for this.

Nice hotel, good location, comfortable, clean rooms and good service. However I was put in a twin when I requested king bed.

ALL is really perfect: rooms, hall, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna etc.etc ..

2 "small" faults: the pool is a little cold ...... but we do not care, when we just get 10 kms by 35 degrees in Berlin, and the metro station is relatively far, when arrive loaded like jacks (950 meters) !!

Otherwise come without hesitation: I paid 615 euros for 6 nights from 8 to 14 August 2018, including breakfast, booking and paying 6 months in advance!

Extreme atmosphere. This place is very luxurious and elegant the food tastes and the service is great.

Amazingly clean hotel. The hotel has been remodeled and is completely new. The beds are amazingly comfortable with Egyptian cotton. The free wifi is decent for a hotel this large. The rooms are high tech and have usb charging stations by each side of the bed. The hotel safe uses your credit card to secure your belongings. (Free of charge). Hotel concierge and tourism desk is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I booked this hotel. 5 stars for sure !.

This hotel has everything to be perfect. Transport to restaurants nearby. It is close to the center with a very pretty decoration! The rooms are superbly comfortable, very quiet. The hotel staff will do their bit to make your stay a dream. Bedding, location of rooms, baths or showers in short, you have the choice! The pillows are so comfortable that we would like to take them home.
The only thing that bothered us was the water mixer which regularly gave us cold water.

The spa and jacuzzi with the hotel swimming pool are extremely pleasant. You will have to go to the intercontinental hotel but it is on top! In short a faultless with pleasure we will come back :)

Completion of the hotel spa work by May, no need to go to the intercontinental afterwards.

I only stayed here one night, but I was impressed by the room at the price point. The restaurant was not very tasty, but perhaps we got the wrong items.

The staff were helpful and got us checked in and out very quickly.

The hotel is a bit old but it definitely worth the star, service are amazing and attention to details. I really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Everything really good! The renovation phase is well resolved and does not bother the guest. Great pool even with small bar, fitness studio up to date, great location, what more could you ask for.

Good business hotel. Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice bar. Technique in the seminar rooms is still room for improvement (wavy screens, no standing desks, open wiring with tripping guarantee).

Had an excellent experience at Pullman Hotel Berlin. The staff was amazing, which always makes such a difference. Good location, really nice pool and spa facilities, great breakfast!

An elegant, modern hotel with a central location, right next to the Memorial Church, which leaves nothing to be desired.
We found our room clean and tidy.
We noticed that the safe could no longer be locked, which was fixed immediately by the courteous and friendly service.
The comfortable beds enable a restful sleep.
I can also unreservedly recommend the pool and wellness area, everything was very clean and well-kept.
I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Berlin, due to the unbeatable price-performance ratio!

I stay at the Pullmans very often and also in other hotels and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is just right here - super-friendly, hard-working staff (an employee turned half the hotel upside down for 15 minutes to get me a piece of chewing gum), beautiful, elegant, neutral and perfectly clean rooms, a great breakfast - you couldn't ask for more.
In the rooms there is everything you need: kettle, tea, coffee and in the bathroom cotton pads, Q-tips, nail files, even conditioner.

In short: The Pullmans is worth the price - I've already paid more for hotels that are much worse.
I will always come back!

A great business oriented hotel in center of Berlin. Great location. Recently renivated: new look to the lobby, big modren rooms with a wide well illuminated desk to work with your laptop. A generous breakfast worth booking in advnce. Fast internet avialbe. A nice modren fitness center for those who exercise at the end of the day.

Business stay. Nice place and of a high standard, but very strange to find no native English TV channels, unusual for a good hotel of this standard.

Very nice room, impeccable littery and very helpful staff. We can regret the breakfast at 27th per person ... not done so I can not give you my opinion on the quality.

About 10 minutes' walk from Berlin Zoologischer Garten train station, directly opposite the zoo, you can enjoy impeccable service.

Tickets for Berlin's public transport system can be obtained from the concierge, who will also give you tips for excursions.

The rooms are well-kept, clean and solidly furnished. The rooms can also be individually air-conditioned. Nothing is missing. I'm not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms, but I can't fault it here. Every day there was a fresh bottle of water in the room.

We hardly noticed anything from the street - only with the window open. From the corridor side, too, everything was quiet. At most I could perceive a few fragments of conversation from the next room.

The room was luxurious and had everything we needed to make us comfortable, for example the shower is equipped with a warming towel rack so you can dry towels or anything on it. We didn't even need our European charger adapters since they had USB outlets right by the bed. Nice! Maid service was superior and always dependable. We enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend.

Again and again, sometimes here. After the renovation, the charm of a dignified house seems to have given way to a rather forced modernity. The synthetic icicles on the ceiling in the bar area do not want to match the other, pleasantly dark cosiness. Overall, still very pleasant, but unfortunately also high priced.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious and well furnished room. The rating is quite low because I chose a hotel with a spa and paid a lot more than other hotels, just to be able to use the spa and I could only use it partially, the pool. Sauna and Turkish bath must be completely naked, men and women together. For me it is absolutely absurd that a person cannot choose how to enter the sauna. After I paid, should I use the wellness area not feeling comfortable and at ease ?? Absurd indeed. Moreover, having breakfast is practically impossible: 25 euros per person, 50 euros for breakfast for two. The buffet is fine, but with 50 euros you also have to eat the table!

What to say.... Excellent hotel in excellent location.

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. The rooms are equipped with top quality materials - huge TV, nespresso machines, superb showers etc. The decor & ambience in the lobby/bar is great. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel offers budget accommodation and typically German cuisine. The waiting period is quite short though they may make do with more waiters. Overall, it is a nice place to experience the German touch of perfection in planning. Lovely place and staff. Worth trying it out.

Unbelievable, you feel really welcome here. The staff greets you too much with a smile on your face, so you can not be in a bad mood at this hotel. :) next Berlin vacation definitely back! Thanks to the staff at the bar who gave me very good recommendation for Berlin thank you soon!

My Stammhotel in Berlin not so much luxury as in the Waldorf or castle hotel but good 5 star standard

Clean and uniformed hotel would not rate this 5 star but maybe verging on 4 due to the simplicity and uncomfortable beds. Does contain a swimming facility that I did not take advantage of.

Stayed 4 nights on top floor. Great location and spacy room - quiet too. Friendly and fast reception service. Slight minus for slow wifi and poor air conditioning (not stuffy air but very warm). Great pillows but too hard mattress for me. Some renovation going on but not much disturbance. Did not eat in and the bar was not very tempting either. 24 for breakfast way too much so skipped it too.

We had 4 extremely beautiful days in Berlin. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds, very friendly staff. We visit Berlin once a year, but this was the best hotel so far! Rooms without criticisms, cleanliness, mini bar, amenities, all top, plus great location, train station zoo within walking distance, bus stop in front of the door ...
The bar has moderate good prices and the staff is also very friendly! Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

What an excellent hotel! Very nice staff, check out is at 12pm, very clean, great location, nice views, high speed internet that really is up to speed, efficient with checkin and good rates (however I did get mine through Hotwire as my final time using it.

We were guests from Friday to Sunday. Great room, great breakfast, also the staff in the breakfast area very attentive and efficient!
BUT: in the evening at the bar - service and waiting times a disaster. After a long wait, the wrong drinks were delivered. Then at some point the right people and then less than 2 minutes later the employee is in front of us with drinks and is surprised that we refuse.

The bill, and we were no longer surprised, was consequently a long time coming ...!
So there is still a lot of potential here !! Hence only the two stars.

Deeply disappointed!
The hotel makes a good impression and house guests will certainly read every wish from their eyes.

But i'm mad. As a non-house guest I was unfortunately forced to drive into the underground car park (because there was a car behind me), but I found the price list of 4.50 per hour not appropriate, so I wanted to drive out again immediately. Unfortunately, this was not possible, and you could not call reception at the exit either.
Upstairs in the reception, after waiting for a while I was told in a friendly but firm manner that they couldn't change that and that it was my problem. I found this situation a real shame because the way it was done was not acceptable. A real shame!

In every other parking garage, you have the option to drive out again without having to pay for the first hour!
