Was here on business. Beautiful house. Extravagant design of the lobby. The giraffe over 2 floors is a Hinkucker. Friendly staff good kitchen. Great breakfast. I felt very well.

Great hotel with modern rooms, but in my opinion not at all, is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi separately, the hotel can of course argue that 256kB Wi-Fi is available free of charge, but everyone knows a bit with technology, that's ridiculous.

The hotel bar was great, the receptionist was extremely friendly and courteous.
The view (9th floor) was awesome ...

Beautiful hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms, cozy bar and good food in the restaurant. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. The beds sleep well and the room is silent. Great walk-in shower too. In short: definitely worth 5 stars! The free WiFi is on the slow side and you don't get a cookie with the coffee in the bar.

The Pullman Berlin Schweizer Hof is beautifully located opposite the Berlin Zoo. Many train and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and good.

We had a few problems with our room, was solveged by the manegment in a very smooth and professional way. Pullman hotels is sure a company ill stay with. Thanks to fabian from the lobby and Christoph hiller for the superb service!!!!!

Great hotel, trending, well maintained, great breakfast. Mega pool. A visit to the bar for an extravagant cocktail should not be missed!

Beautiful hotel with a totally modern and typical Berlin interior. Room to feel good and the blend is a feast for the eyes. The cocktails are amazing.

Fantastic hotel and breakfast. So caring- they even got my boyfriend a birthday cake. Location means you will have to walk a bit to the next bus stop or train station but it wasn t an issue for us. There are some great bikes you can pick up from anywhere as payg :) would go again for sure

Very nice, modern and newly renovated hotel. Good location, many hotspots are within walking distance. We will be back. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work properly (tested on Android and IOS).

The airport we came from is an up-cheap, not recommended, no food, water, everything at a charge, but going down the stairs is tiring, not recommending! Here in Berlin, the hotel is a 5-star Pullman!

Outstanding experience in this hotel.
Very comfortable rooms. Gigantic pool (although can be a bit overcrowded at some times) and very friendly personnel. Bar is also very good with a nice selection of beers. The only downside is that breakfast costs 24/person and is slightly overpriced IMHO.

Always great. Only the rooms and seminar rooms now really need modernization and renovation, if I like the hotel and am there. As "motivation" to do something about group management, therefore only three stars. Invest! your great employees deserve it!

Great hotel opposite the Berlin Zoo. Beautiful rooms, great Spa with large swimming pool and great restaurant. Great for both business and private visits to Berlin. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel is centrally located right on the zoo. Many sights can be reached faster. The service at the hotel is very good, from the check-in / out to the reservation. The rooms are well equipped, bright, friendly and above all clean. Everything looks well maintained. The staff is very professional, always approachable and always friendly. The breakfast is very generous, special requests are also gladly fulfilled. Also the bar, the evening restaurant as far as the spa and sports area can only be recommended. Summary: Anytime again.

Parking garage access is not for vehicles (like Vito, Viano, T6 etc.) with long wheelbase - goes, but beautiful is different.

We stayed in the junior suite for 239 euros the night. It was a bed, a TV, a couch, a table and an armchair in the very spacious main room with a wonderful view of Berlin. Furthermore, there were two smaller rooms with mini bar and coffee machine and each a very well equipped and clean bathroom. Only to continue to recommend!

We stayed for one night in this very nice modern hotel in a deluxe double room.
The entire hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very good and modern equipped. Breakfast is provided as a very rich international buffet by very friendly and attentive staff.

Nice, clean rooms, beds very good. The food is good, friendly staff, only the prices for the parking garage are exaggerated.

Fully recommended. The staff are without exception super friendly, without being overworked. Special requests will be received without any problems (vegan breakfast). The spa area with pool and gym is just great. Such a large pool is rare in city hotels. The rooms are modern, clean and lacking nothing. Toiletries, free water, coffee and tea, W-Lan. We would like to have stayed longer.

Establishment offering comfort with its relaxation area and gym overlooking a large pool, all in the basement but with natural light through a patio. Rooms of appreciable size with quality bedding and modern and spacious shower room. Special mention for the atmosphere of the bar and the dining room, both decorated with style. Buffet breakfast very complete.

Location was very central and convenient. Easy to get to. The rooms were comfortable but dated. In particular the bathroom and electronics could be freshened up. The service was great, bar staff friendly. We had an issue with the wifi signal so they brought a router up to our room.

Since I favor the "Accor" group and am back regularly in Berlin, I have already tested some hotels. No matter if Novotel, Mercure or Sofitel ... So far I have not found one that performs as well as the Pullman!

This hotel is located near a zoo near Berlin.

The atmosphere from the front to the lobby has a sense of luxury.

I did not have a chance to see the rooms etc. There is a concierge at this type of hotel, but it is quite a humble person and he teaches me a variety of recommended restaurants, casual, delicious and relatively cheap shops It was good to respond flexibly to requests that say.

However, I took a taxi for about 10 minutes but it was convenient to go by taxi, but it still took more than 10 minutes, so I checked it and it was a place 2.5 km away from baking. It may be vague to have said that, but it is good that there is a concierge who will respond freely.

Easy check in, beautiful hotel with clean, classy rooms and friendly staff. Everything is very up-to-date and the pool/sauna/steam room/fitness center are nice additions. The on-location restaurant (also does room service) is amazing, and the hotel is just on the edge of the park, good access to the rest of the city.

Beautiful swimming pool and beautiful suites. But the service is not up to par. The rooms are not cleaned properly every day and there is a constant lack of toiletries that you have to ask for. But where has the housekeeper gone?
Disappointing breakfast. Where have the generous buffets gone? Everything is served in small quantities even at the beginning of the service despite the crowd. The result is that the trays are often empty. No squeezed orange except on request. Bacon is inedible.
One more disappointment.
Impersonal and personal lobby, unfortunately often indifferent except for the manager. As now in many Accor hotels, even on 4 and 5 .
Too many trainees or insufficiently trained people. Ditto for the restaurant ... The group wants to save money but this is incompatible with the standard of the hotel.

Only had a drink at the bar but nice and clean, friendly staff. Quite expensive though.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and our room was. It was clean, modern, and interesting decor, the bed headboard is designed an elevator door. Service was excellent when we checked in. Cute little garden patio. Overall awesome experience.

Very modern. First renovated in 2017. Breakfast was great. However, there could be a lack of space at full occupancy. Room and wellness very nice. Staff very friendly. At the bar very attentive and own creative cocktails. Parking fee a bit covered. Park house drive carefully, as closely.

My favorite hotel in Berlin. Perfect location and a great wellness and sports area. I would recommend this hotel anytime!

Excellent hotel, great facilities, very convenient for zoo/aquarium and Alexanderplatz. We liked the free WiFi, coffee machine in the room and quiet, effective air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up on the first morning thinking I was at home.

The spa and swimming pool are excellent, and the pool didn't have to be cleverly photographed to make it look bigger than it actually is as it's a good size. The attentive staff kept it clean and tidy, and replenished wet towels quickly. We didn't use the gym but it looked very well equipped.

Great !!! .. from the friendly check-in on the beautiful room to the nice staff in the restaurant .. In the entrance there are three small check-in counter. This creates a direct personal impression at check-in .. after a friendly check-in we were brought by the bellman to the room .. the SPA area is unfortunately currently being renovated .. as compensation we could use the spa from the opposite Interconti hotel. (Pool, sauna, etc) .. Fits !! Successful stay .. gladly again!

We arrived at the hotel earlier in time and received a number, such as ordered (6th floor, windows overlooking the park). The room is very spacious, light and clean. All the necessary cosmetics are also available. Separately for breakfast: a huge selection for every taste. Thank you to the hotel for a great holiday.

Really good hotel, big rooms and everything you would expect. Bed was big but not that comfortable for our taste but that is only because we prefer it softer so not their fault. Restaurant is expensive but food is worth it. Friendly and helpful staff, all speak English as well.

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean rooms except the woman in concierge was a bit annoyed when I asked about billet to the airport.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and nicely decorated.

I happened once to enjoy this great hotel, as another was more free within the rates of my company.
In addition, I was lucky and got an upgrade to a great suite.

The Pullman leaves nothing to be desired and is also very centrally located. Everything is great, and the staff very friendly and reserved.

PROS:
Minutes away from Tiergarten and closed to other attractions;
Staff always try to do its best to help you;
Curtains makes the room dark so you think it s midnight even if it s 9:00AM ;
Mattress is comfortable x 100.

CON:
The water in the shower was super hot, then hot, then terribly cold, then super hot, etc.
This is why I put one star down, once they will fix the problem it ll be 5.

Can only judge that as an event location. That's why it's great. Staff friendly and helpful! Great location for Berlin visitors.

Great rooms, good breakfast (but but cheap) and lovely gym

I really liked it at the Hotel Schweizerhof. From the front desk over the room quality to breakfast everything was perfect. I will come back at my next visit to Berlin. Only the parking garage is a little bit tight ... with a large car you have to be very careful at the entrance.
