It takes more then 10 minutes for beer to come. And you will probably get something wrong

Stay in the annex. I walk indoors fairly from the main building. The facilities are new and beautiful. There was no bathtub. Breakfast fulfillment.

Sad how guests are treated in a crisis. No trace of free cancellation options as with other companies. Conveniently, a postponement of the booking will be considered, which has to be done within the next 6 months. If you can't, bad luck. Not very customer friendly! Addendum July 21 I am still waiting for my money. NEVER HERE

Great bar next to the Pullman Hotel if I am not mistaken it belongs to Pullman very nice location I can recommend and wish you a lot of fun.

Very modern hotel, great stay with a view of the zoo!

From the large walk-in shower over the bed to the pillows: there was nothing to complain about! We would stay here again anytime!

Nice hotel at very good location. Very comfortable and good stuffs. Zoo, aquarium and shopping malls all are within the walkable distance.

Good room condition and location for site access. Hotel service very good, friendly. Only complaint is that iron press board not available easily.

Hotel is nice, rooms spacious and well maintained. Only gripe is the service in the hotel bar is painfully slow. Better off heading out than wasting any time there. Likewise food in the hotel restaurant whilst OK wasn't worth dealing with the poor service for.

Very central, yet very quiet hotel.
Due to the corona situation, the bar & restaurant were still closed in June. When we stayed in October these were open again. The selection of dishes in the restaurant is - presumably due to Corona - severely limited. However, it is encouraging that the prices are more than fair. The food (in my case the cheeseburger) was delicious and fresh.
The breakfast, as long as it is a buffet again, is rich and fresh.
The rooms are good and spacious.
Only the shower takes getting used to, because on the one hand you can hardly use cold (!) Water and, above all, the eco shower head only lets through extremely little water - so the showering process takes a very long time.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Bahnhof Zoo - and yet in a very quiet street location.

Unfortunately, I didn't use the sauna, swimming pool and fitness area because they were closed.

Nobel, great and quite affordable. Eim must if you are looking for a good hotel in Berlin. Practically immediate location on the great Berlin Zoo.

We loved our two nights at the Pullman. Beds in 180 with incredible comfort and view of phew on the zoo for a super reasonable price. What more...

Very nice and modern rooms. Swimming pool really great, but the sauna area absolutely flop. For such a large hotel there are 2 small saunas, on the walls partly mold and the relaxation area is in the swimming pool where of course many children swim ....
Breakfast totally overpriced and in very dark rooms. Therefore, to stay great, but to relax and enjoy rather not

Everything was very good, but we especially like to highlight the great, courteous and absolutely friendly staff! From the housekeeper to the cook, everyone was extremely nice! Thank you we will be back.

We chose this hotel for our stay in Berlin where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Its location, its wellness center, its renowned restaurant, its magnificent ratings, encouraged us to do so! A success! The room, excellent, clean, equipped, cozy. All staff, from Carina at reception, striving to attend us in Spanish and design for us dream days, through Nina Kersten, the excellent public relations that has filled us with details. In short, SUPER RECOMMENDED, so much, that we are already planning another getaway. Berlin is worth it and we have felt at home. A 10.

Luxurious hotel, courteous and pleasant service, the pampering spa floor is well equipped and maintained to a high standard.
The hotel is in a very central location close to Leca de Wa to the zoo and bus stops of lines 100 and 200 which are important lines

Hotel that is well situated and clean, plus has great views looking out over the city on one side and the Tiergarten on the other. The downsides - I had the housekeeping service knock on my door at 0750 in the morning (!?), plus there is a lack of lifts. There are only 3, and all of them very small, meaning if you are staying on the upper floors it is a chore getting to and from your room.

Excellent hotel, really comfortable stay. Friendly staff, great room, except the water pressure in the shower was slightly low and the aircon was a bit noisy when going to bed

One of the better hotel experiences I've had the last couple of years. The staff are kind and helpful, and the lobby is clean and stylish like the rest of the hotel.
We did get a room that smelled like cigarettes, but they moved us to another one without question.
We really felt at home here.
Unfortunately i didn't have the opportunity to try the spa and/ or the restaurant and bar.

Great atmosphere, always friendly staff, well-kept spa and modern rooms.

Modern without being tacky, functional, clean; attentive staff; simple but complete rooms, comfortable and cozy. Very good.
