Stylish and modern nice bar,
Rooms modern and spacious

Very new, nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed!

Very centrally located, yet quiet rooms to the backyard, hip bar with good gins, good value for money. (-) Our room was very warm in April and the air conditioning worked when she felt like it

Close to restaurants, shopping and the zoo. Very nice place for a nice price, has a big indoor pool, with spa and fitness. So I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are well decorated, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located a 5 min walk from Zoologischer Garten U and S station. The WiFi was broken for about a day and a half, apparently due to construction activity. When it did work, we got about 250KB/s down, which for free WiFi is alright for the area.

They live up to the 5 stars. Clean, polite service and staff, great morning buffet.

In the style a little too excited, but otherwise very recommendable as a conference hotel. Very nice staff and good breakfast.

Very nice chic and noble hotel, what its five stars really deserves. The corridors show an exhibition by the Berlin contemporary artist ter Hell. The pictures correspond to the original ie the interior. I really enjoyed the time and was able to recover.

For one of the new 5 Series BMWs, the multi-storey car park is a real challenge, as it is simply very small / cramped and therefore difficult to park there with such a ship -> hand in the keys at the reception and have them parked!

Overall, it was good, with such a hotel you have to look anyway for the negative things downright. I still have some: The spa area was under construction, but you could use the opposite of the Intercontinental, so actually solved well. When booking you have in my opinion but not properly pointed out. Rather, you have to click through the hotel information. The air conditioning in the room made noises. At the checkout I had to wait more than 5 minutes standing, just to hand in my room card, there was nothing to clarify anyway. Annoying, if you want to leave.

Cool hotel. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast and great staff. We did not use the spa. Great starting point to discover Berlin.

Wonderful hotel! Courteous friendly staff - clean room and a delicious meal! Price performance is therefore absolutely fine. Gladly again!

The rooms are clean, the staff is concerned. The ideal hotel for families with children who want to go to the zoo and aquarium can be reached on foot.

The hotel is super nicely decorated and the men behind the bar absolutely great. The rooms were very clean and it was a pleasant atmosphere to feel ... Unfortunately, the staff, the us at breakfast our big event has served, a bit inflexible, but otherwise everything was fine.

Management is awful, heard exchanged. Actually a nice shop, but from which is made too little.

The reception was friendly but not very competent! The suite was pleasant but in the 5 star area there is better in Berlin! At 10pm we wanted to have ice cubes, the statement from the reception was that there are none!?! In a category like that, this should not be the case, not even in times of corona! When I pay as a guest, I expect something and from a 5 star hotel I have a different claim

The spa area has been renovated and is one of the best in Berlin

Room is clean & comfortable. Also comes with Smart TV which is great for viewing Netflix & listening to music as it meant we could unwind or psych ourselves up before/after exploring the sights of Berlin! Location is great as you are about 10mins walk away from the nearest shopping district/Metro station. Attached is a restaurant called Blend which offers a good variety of beverages. Hotel also has gym & pool which is handy for burning off the currywurst I had from the night before. Definitely will stay again.

We have stayed several times and are always very satisfied. Good location, rooms to the back are quiet. Very rich breakfast, but you should bring time. Nice international hotel bar. Nice pool, only the water could be a bit warmer. Sauna and fitness we did not use, both quite small, for a city hotel but adequate.

The breakfast was amazing with diverse options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. For a late night beer I highly recommend the classy bar

Spacious room with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed. There are USB ports by the bed and a TV that allows you to mirror your phone screen and stream videos. Close to bus stops, and fairly close to the main Tiergarten train and bus stations (two stops by bus, 15 min slow walk) and Zoo. In a relatively quiet area of Mitte, with a supermarket 5 minutes away if you walk from the back of the hotel.

Been to the seminar and everything was great, including the food!

Very comfy. Definitely I'll book this hotel next time. The conference rooms are a bit too warm though when the weather is hot.

Magnificent service, great area, nice staff and breakfast is super. Rooms are big and clean, with nice beds. Simply loving it. Been here at least 10 times for minimum 4 days each time.

Despite valid booking confirmation by booking. com I was refused a room. Allegedly a technical defect of the booking platform, rather a deliberate overbooking on the part of the hotel.

No interest of the staff in clarifying the situation. Too bad.

The Pullman is an excellent hotel, quite simply. Great breakfast, wonderful staff and spacious rooms.

One of my favourite hotels on the City West. Very friendly service, great breakfast and has a pool. Unfortunately the rooms are on the small side.

The hotel is highly recommended especially the breakfast. Mrs. Schmidt is lonely class. All in all, great.

Have stayed here several times. Clean rooms, good beds, varied breakfast.
The rooms in an annex are not as good as those in the main building.

Stayed here 14-15th December, there was a young lady on reception and she was amazing, we got there early and seen right away, couldn't check in but she explained room would be ready in an hour and would take bags and looked after us, she explained everything from near by things to how and where to get the bus for city centre. It was raining and offered us umbrella also. On return she remembered us and asked how we was and got our bags. Hotel was near xmas markets and shops and bus for centre was 2 mins away. Rooms were very clean and hotel also had a spa but didnt have time to use. Next day same again the same girl was on reception and looked after us and remembered us again. I would definitely recommend.

The restaurant BLEND is insufficiently described as "Mediterranean". Modern fusion cuisine is served, great, unusual, but not over the top. You will hear a lot of good things from this chef. We were also more than satisfied with the hotel. Very well equipped and quiet rooms and bathrooms, a pleasant lobby, breakfast area a bit confusing, but spacious and not so busy. Also very pleasant is the pool, which is very large for hotels, where you can really swim, along with spacious relaxation areas and very competent spa treatments. All in all: very good, excellent value for money.

Nice hotel and cozy rooms. The breakfast is nothing special, but perfectly adequate. Everyone was very friendly - except for the service at breakfast on the second day. ;-)

The beautiful hotel is located on a side street near the zoo. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated and nothing is missing.

The breakfast buffet is plentiful and very tasty! The breakfast room has a modern design and invites you to linger.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Avoid to book a suite it's far from the lobby and long distance to walk.

Great hotel, even with pool. The rooms are big and tidy. The breakfast is very good, on request you also get Egg Benedict or Omlett. All the staff are super nice, the only bad thing is the reception which looks really cheap and ugly. The front desk is nicer in the Ibis budget, but that's the only thing.

It's currently under construction, but mostly nice. The bed is a bit firm, for better or worse. The food is ok, on par with the food in the area, which is not great. The room is decorated nicely, as is the whole hotel. Given the price and trade offs, I'd consider staying again. I'm looking forward to the lobby when construction is complete

It's a nice clean hotel. We went for my birthday and when we arrived there was arrived chocolate birthday cake in our room, as well arrived chocolates at night. Very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much.
