Hotel is perfect. Only the parking garage is really hard to navigate because of its small size.

The rooms are very nice and luxurious, besides, the breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool just great

It was my fifth visit to Berlin, but that was the best hotel so far! Room without criticisms, great location, train station zoo within walking distance, bus stop in front ...
The bar has moderate prices despite the upscale atmosphere and the staff is also very friendly!

Excellent hotel, very large and very pleasant swimming pool. A small course accessible from this one. My room overlooked the park, the view was truly exceptional. The welcome was really pleasant. It is certainly one of the hotels that I will recommend without hesitation.

To celebrate my 80 year birthday I invited our children and their family to Berlin with 3 nights stay in your hotel. We all enjoyed the little holiday , because it is a very fine city to visit. Your hotel contributed a lot to the succes - the hotel is nicely situated next to Kurfurstendam with a beatiful view over Tiergarten, the beds and the rooms are agreable , the breakfast is overwhelming and your staff is efficient and helpful . On my birthday our breakfasttable was nicely decorated and I received a birtday cake in the room.

We stayed here for two nights two weeks ago. It was great. The location is perfect, right by the zoo. The hotel was super clean and the rooms really well equipped and a super comfortable bed.
Despite Corona and unfortunately closed pool and sauna, our stay was great. But the best thing was the super friendly staff. The service was really great.
We will be back definitely...

Hotel facilities were beyond expectations, it was worth the price yet we encountered a rude hotel receptioninst.

Our room was clean and tidy with a view of the zoo. Value for money adequate. Great large well-kept swimming pool and sauna area. Unfortunately, sitting outside was only possible on the main road. Nice service, good food. Unfortunately, we were there exactly during the renovations in the summer there, which of course brought some restrictions and noise.
The location is very central.

Especially the reception and the bar arrived very late at night and it wasn't a problem. Very quick and smooth check-in.

Very nice, stylish hotel. Location top, but therefore also in noisy, busy street. The breakfast is varied. However, staff are likely to quickly clear the table, i. You will always be asked if you can take this and that with you. That's a pity.

Okayish hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, all you need for a comfortable night of sleep. However we were quite disappointed with the local restaurant "Blend". Although it's not the worst restaurant we've ever been the food just tasted quite bland specially considering their rather steep prices. But that was our Berlin experience overall (overpriced and tasteless food). Upon arriving at the restaurant (twice) and the bar (once), we were also completely ignored by the waiters and had to literally ask them whether we could sit for dinner or not. We are also quite picky because we come from Paris so take this into account (different standards). The wellness area was nice - very nice and clean gym (an A+ here), very nice hammam as well. The only downside was the temperature of the water of the swimming pool - quite cold. The location of the hotel was okay - close to Wittenbergplatz tube station, so it's convenient to travel around the city. Overall, the service was correct - and that's just it, do not expect an outstanding service or friendliness, after all, it's Berlin.

Perfect location between the Zoo and the shopping streets of Berlin Chic. I love their huge pool. The largest in a Hotel in Berlin. Excellent, impeccable service.

A really lovely hotel with nice, smiling staff. The rooms are really nice, daily organised and all the beauty products filled up daily. The breakfast is amazing, you have many choice and the chef prepares any kind of omelets that you just ask for. The appearance is modern.

The location is great and the facilities are clean and generally satisfying.

Very nice hotel. Buen placed near the zoo. Rooms very clean, functional and comfortable. Only downside: the exorbitant price of breakfast (42 euros!). Pity...

Totally super, wonderfully quiet to sleep and friendly staff.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, although I was really happy beforehand. The bar was closed, the restaurant, the spa area and even room service did not exist. If I had known that beforehand, I would never have booked there. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

The hotel has a Wow factor as soon as you walk in the entrance you are met with fabulous decor. The staff are attentive, welcoming, really helpful and happy!

For me the Schweizerhof is one of the best hotels in Berlin. Here are the price and performance as well as the great breakfast buffet. I have not found anything better in any hotel in Germany. Whenever my wife and I head to Berlin, we drop off at the Schweizerhof and have never looked back. Therefore 5 stars for excellent service, for top rooms and a very modern ambience. Here you can enjoy Berlin at the highest level!

Great hotel with spa. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Hotel of character perfect for hosting events and conferences. The spa includes swimming pool sauna and steam room, it was very welcome to relax after the busy days of sightseeing.

The hotel building is impressive, the room just great and cozy. Despite little contact with the staff, my impression was not a bit negative.

I have only positive things to say about the room. The bed was absolutely wonderful and definitely a highlight of my stay.

I can only recommend the hotel and will certainly decide on my next trip to Berlin.

A very nice luxury hotel located at the heart of very distinguished shopping centers, with the incomparable charm of the Tiergarten park at the foot of the hotel. The pool is just amazing. The rooms are a little mundane compared to the rest of the hotel.

We enjoyed a nice weekend in this wonderful centrally located hotel. The service and the rooms are unique. We will come back! A special experience is the way to Spa :-)

Fantastic hotel! Favorite in Berlin! Wonderfully spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower! And then the wellness! What a swimming pool! (It is just a walk but good) Nice sauna and pleasant gym. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, something pricey but you see that usually in hotels.

Very nice hotel, great beds, rarely slept so well the first night in the hotel

The service was a bit overzealous, but otherwise looks good. The air conditioning was slightly too fresh and could not be adjusted within the room, but only in the central office. There is free Wi-Fi. Toilets were very clean. There is plenty of tea to choose from.

Rooms are very well decorated and exceptionally clean. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. They asked what room preferences I had were and got us in the perfect room. The hotel also has a really nice restaurant in the reception area with great food. All in all it's a very good hotel.
