This hotel is wonderfully clean and the breakfast is super good and you can discover a lot here. The hotel we will gladly come again.

Very nice hotel, one of the very best I ve stayed at.

Everything perfect.
Starting from the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness in general, bottle of water in the room, Ameneties in the bathroom, view from the window into the courtyard, parking situation in front of the hotel (always found one and could save 30 / night underground parking), location of the hotel was great , Breakfast excellent. Price / performance is simply correct

This hotel was excellent from check in to check out. Both were a breeze. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean as well as the lobby and hallways. It has a nice pool as well. It's close to a new mall and several restaurants. It's also close to the bus and train which made it easy to travel. We used public transportation and walking our entire visit. I will be staying here if I go back!

It is currently under construction, but it will be chic.
If the reception then changes place, almost perfect. Due to the construction work in the house, but you do not get much of it directly, the staff runs all the time across the hall of the conference area. The food is absolutely great and was the finest cuisine!

Yes you can take .City close, everything within walking distance.

Very clean room. good breakfast! Nice pool and spa. Nice fitting room! Nice location few kms from Berlin zoo. No bath in the room. some parts under construction... so there is no lobby, and a little noisy sometimes.

Great hotel. Modern, spacious rooms with great tech and you can actually turn off the air conditioning completely. Really quiet rooms although located to a busy road. Great stylish reception area, proper bar with loads of cocktails and outside seating. Didn't try the restaurant.

Nice hotel, very clean, rooms are nicely decorated but a bit small, the bathroom was very high quality. Top equipment in the gym, water with lemon is offered for free and open 24 hours. The location is very close to the bikini and Ku'damm. Unfortunately a star deduction for the breakfast as it is really middle class. Little choice. Compared to other 5 star hotels, the breakfast is a 3 star level, too bad. In itself, the hotel is absolutely recommendable.

Excellent location just a few steps from the subway (the U2 line one of the most useful) and from one of the most famous streets of the city for high-end shops. Zoo, aquarium and ethnic restaurants with wonderful reviews within walking distance. The rooms are all soundproofed, sufficiently large and clean, the only drawback with a few closets, comfortable beds. Swimming pool and sauna every night, a treat. Absolutely recommended.

Nice hotel. The room seems to have undergone renovation and modern reconstruction. A ticker system that makes you want to take home. Excellent swimming pool. Great breakfast. A mediocre price is worth what you get.

Superb 5 hotel with unique interior and view to Berliner ZOO. Staff is very professional and kind. The rooms are well equipped and very quiet. Breakfasts are delicious.

Stayed here when visiting Berlin for the Christmas markets last December.

High quality hotel that looks and feels grand. Loved the bar area at the end of the night for a couple drinks, however it was sometimes hard to find a seat due to it being rather popular.

Staff were really friendly, rooms were smart and everything you would expect from Pullman.

Hoping to come back this year!

An excellent hotel, modern and beautiful rooms, located in West Berlin

Brilliantly located right at the Berlin zoo. The nearest U-bahn is a bit of a walk though. There are amazing shops nearby, including the Bikini Berlin shopping center. Some beautiful street art is everywhere around. The rooms are big with some having a great view of the zoo. The conference facilities are brilliant and the staff amazing. I needed gifts for colleagues - they got it for me and did an amazing job! I needed a very firm pillow, and had one in two minutes. The breakfast is great, the cocktails are amazing. Dinner is great, and the smaller dishes are truly divine. Not the cheapest hotel in Berlin, but you get amazing value for money! Loved it!

Simply fantastic hotel. Very large and comfortable rooms, beautiful spa and great breakfast.

The chic of the Pullman, very beautiful rooms and a particular care to the architecture and the artistic environment of all the decoration (work of art and gigantic animated luminous composition of the lounge ... bluffing). Huge pool but lack a jacuzzi (at this level ... it's done) and beware of non-Germanic because the sauna is mixed and "textile-free" (it can surprise!)

A super great hotel in the middle of Berlin with a great view. Breakfast was very delicious, the rooms super nice and modern furnished. The only drawback was the underground car park which is very close to the traffic ... I can only recommend the hotel ... Thanks for the great service. Thank you

Dazzling entrance to this hotel

Nice comfy bed and bathroom but room was bit small

Bathtub was big but not great for baths as it s more focused on showers minus 1 star for this

WiFi was hit and miss and slow most of the time and you have too pay for premium WiFi which is ridiculous for a Bussiness focused 5 star hotel. Minus 1 star for you

Breakfast was not the best but was ok.
They have chef making omelets and pancakes all morning which was great but sausages and bacon were cold and tasteless

Really great hotel
From there you can easilly reach the city center by bus. Brunch breakfast is quite good and the staff is friendly and helpful
If you feel tured after a long day you can stop at the spa-area and relax

Nice hotel near zoo and Memorial Church. Nice big rooms. Service due to Corona limited, but is not noticeable. Breakfast is also highly recommended in Corona - really good and excellent service.

Good hotel and good area, although the shower drain smelled very bad. We reported it and they only said that if they had listened to it and that they would look for it to repair.

A wonderful hotel, very well-kept, absolutely courteous staff, minibar prices ok. The swimming pool is beautiful, plus a sauna and a steam bath. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is great.
Only the parking lot is a bit expensive at 30, because we noticed on the last day that you can park next door in the bikini car park for 20 a day.

I am very happy to stay in this hotel I recommend to everyone not only for one night

Great hotel! Extremely friendly and attentive staff! Also to us as a young couple very friendly and not pejorative as it often happens. Rich breakfast! The hotel itself is really nicely decorated and pleasant big rooms. We were very satisfied and will be back!

Nice house, very well maintained and clean. The spa area is great. However, the relaxation area is not, as it is located above the huge pool and is not acoustically separated from the swimming pool. The house staff are very friendly. Even if the staff at the bar were apparently overwhelmed with about 10 guests. Tables were not cleared so that you could only sit at them. Due to the empty bottles and glasses standing there, we were only noticed on request.
Nonetheless, we had a wonderful 30th wedding anniversary that was sweetened with a few attentions. Many thanks to everyone involved.
We still liked it a lot and will definitely be back. Clear recommendation and therefore 5 stars.

Has been to meetings here often. Everything was super organized. It is noticeable to me that there are always the same buffet for meetings. He does not mean that it would not taste.

The charming hotel has pampering showers and the beds are great. The staff is very kind and my service. The gym and pool are clean and inviting. We were in the fifth to saturday hotel on the eighth floor and we all enjoyed the stay. recommended.

I am in this hotel every two years during fair times and I am very satisfied. The rooms are very modern and clean. I can fully recommend the hotel.

Modern house in the middle of da city yet quiet. Parking garage in the building - but respect is really tight!
Rooms are top. Fitness and wellness is modern and rich. Good offer. Breakfast is delicious and the chef tries to serve perfect eggs Hey management: In my home pans in which burn food in the garbage! Facilitates the cooks their hard work that already have enough to do with the sometimes grumpy guests from all over the world ...

I visited the hotel in 2019 with my girlfriend for her 18th birthday.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The cocktails at the bar are also recommended.

It has been a long time since I was as disappointed with any hotel as this one!

During my 3-day stay I had to go to reception 5 times because my room key no longer worked! A nightmare, especially at night! In addition, my room was located in the dependence of the hotel, so that I had to walk several minutes to and from the reception every time! When I repeated my complaint, I only got to hear: I'm sorry!

The whole hotel seems completely understaffed anyway. Although the hotel has at least 5 lifts, the reception was mostly only occupied by one employee, which always led to very long queues!

BTW: elevator! Although the travel button was pressed down, I was repeatedly 'kidnapped' by the elevator upwards.
Worse still, that the elevator doors trap passengers in the elevator door frame instead of jumping open again with little resistance as elsewhere!

Housekeeping doesn't have it on anyone. Day managed to clean my room before 4 p.m. In addition, my closed travel case was opened and ransacked in my absence! An absolute NO GO!

And even after these serious complaints, I kept hearing the obvious mantra of this hotel: 'Oh, we're sorry !?'
