Deeply disappointed!

Deeply disappointed!
The hotel makes a good impression and house guests will certainly read every wish from their eyes.

But i'm mad. As a non-house guest I was unfortunately forced to drive into the underground car park (because there was a car behind me), but I found the price list of 4.50 per hour not appropriate, so I wanted to drive out again immediately. Unfortunately, this was not possible, and you could not call reception at the exit either.
Upstairs in the reception, after waiting for a while I was told in a friendly but firm manner that they couldn't change that and that it was my problem. I found this situation a real shame because the way it was done was not acceptable. A real shame!

In every other parking garage, you have the option to drive out again without having to pay for the first hour!
