Beautiful swimming pool and beautiful suites. But the service is not up to par. The rooms are not cleaned properly every day and there is a constant lack of toiletries that you have to ask for. But where has the housekeeper gone?
Disappointing breakfast. Where have the generous buffets gone? Everything is served in small quantities even at the beginning of the service despite the crowd. The result is that the trays are often empty. No squeezed orange except on request. Bacon is inedible.
One more disappointment.
Impersonal and personal lobby, unfortunately often indifferent except for the manager. As now in many Accor hotels, even on 4 and 5 .
Too many trainees or insufficiently trained people. Ditto for the restaurant ... The group wants to save money but this is incompatible with the standard of the hotel.
Pity..
